I was in for an oil change. Eli in the Service Department greeted me and he is always so professional and a pleasure to work with. He addresses all concerns I have and he goes above and beyond to make sure my experience is a great one.

I bought a 2018 chevy 1500 from this place a month ago. When i bought it the front two tires were pointing inwards. I brought it up to the salesman and he said to bring it back in a week, so i did, they replaced 2 upper control arms and when i got it back it still wasn’t aligned and the tires were not rotated when i asked them to. (after the sales guy said they did) And i called them back and said “we can’t align it, the tires are to big” they said all this after they said they did it, so they lied. When i bought the truck they didn’t do a safety inspection on it, which is illegal by the way to sale a car without a safety inspection. and now, there pretty much saying it’s not there problem anymore, they want me to bring it back up there to align it again, after they said they couldn’t. when they replaced the upper control arms they said it cost $3,000 (which is a lie) i’m a mechanic myself and i know dam well it don’t cost that much for $3,000. Never will i go back and buy another vehicle.

Everyone was friendly and Edgar to help me. When I got there they met me @ my car & had my potential new car sitting out front. And Ive had one courtesy call already and that was Awesome. They werent Pushy about trying to sale me a car. I needed a reliable car because I travel to Nashville 4xs a week to visit my Mother in the nursing home. I REALLY like my car 😁😊🙇🏾‍♀️

Helped my daughter purchase a keep grand Cherokee for pre auction line, they said as is as we saw but they said vehicle went through a SAFETY inspection prior to selling, Headlight on passenger side has issues immediately! When did the headlights not become a safety issue????headlights for these vehicles are VERY EXPENSIVE!!!!my daughter took it back and they said for 150.00they would look at it?!yea I wouldn’t recommend them.UPDATE!! Received a call from Justin George about my issues and they corrected them,a stand up guy!Maybe just miscommunication on both parts and it got taken care of so give them a try, nice people that do value their customers!!

It was pouring rain and I needed a boost and the service guy came to my rescue. All of this was at 5 o’clock when I’m sure he was ready to go home. I followed him back to the dealership and they installed a new battery. I realize I could have gotten a cheaper battery elsewhere, but I want to do business with the fine folks that give good service. I certainly appreciate y’all.

Was immediately waited on pulling into the service bay. Got greeted and asked about what was needed, was told the price for the work that was going to be done upfront. Service manager made sure the techs protected my car by using seat covers and floor mats. My vehicle took a little longer to be ready then what I was told, not a big deal. Waiting area kind of cramped, no cream or sugar for coffee, and sales people kept walking like they were trying to find someone to trade their car. I noticed my vehicle sitting outside the service bay for 15 mins so I went and seen if it was ready and it was I just never got told it was. Service was great and my vehicle got what it needed just wish it could have been run through a wash before being given back to me like most other dealers Ive been too.

Excellent experience. Quick in, quick out on an oil change and rotation on a certified used purchase. Small town feel, felt like a valued customer, which is rare these days. Drove from Murfreesboro based on reviews and pleased I did. We have an all GMC stable and we’ll likely shift our dealership of choice to here in the future.

Coming from a GM family and a GM Retiree myself with 42 years service time including my wife as an active dedicated GM employee with over 24 years of service we had a very positive experience with Newton Chevrolet. I called right at closing time and got a quote on a truck I hadn’t even seen yet. The staff was great. I had two working to get the info I needed and to get me a price within minutes. They answered all of my questions and got back with me ASAP! I was very surprised that they even wanted to deal after hours but they did!! When I finally got to test drive my husband wasn’t with me and they sent me home with it.!! Everyone was extremely nice and made sure all of my questions were answered. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Would give 0 stars if possible, Visited the Store a few times interested in buying a truck, took me a few days since I like to shop around before deciding on a vehicle . Finally decided on a 2011 F150 they had on the lot, sit down and got all the paperwork signed, ( including the extended warranty ) . The next day after purchasing the truck the check engine light came on, thought maybe a simple fix took up to the local auto store and they ran the code for a P0016 ( Crankshaft Sensor ) so I called the dealer and stated the issues I was having and they told me to bring the paper from the parts store and the truck along with me, I arrive and they pull the truck in to check it out, the next thing I know I get handed a Bill for $83 diagnostic and a quote on what it’s going to take to fix the truck, $ 1600, paper work states it’s a stretched timing chain which now I’m aware after researching very common on this vehicle, guessing there “ extended warranty “ does not cover this, even though on the paper work it says it does, I have had this thing less than a month, haven’t even made the first payment, and I’m having to fork over $1600, I understand as is no warranty but I bought the extended warranty which says covers any parts that oil touches how does that not include a timing chain, so how am I having to fork out $1600 to get a vehicle fixed, told them to put me into something different if they could, get to the lot the next day sit for close to 4 hrs and they come back and tell me They can’t approve me for anything they have on the lot, and told me the only Option was to pay the $1600 bill and get the truck I don’t want back. So the extended warranty I bought didn’t cover the repairs cause there was a service bulletin out stating that this issue could be present if the symptoms they described were present, so the extended warranty turned the claim down . Now they have me paying payments to satisfy a bill I really didn’t deserve .DO NOT BUY THERE EXTENDED WARRANTY AND DO NOT SHOP HERESeems to me I should of went elsewhere with my business like you should, I’ll never even think of coming to this establishment again .Be Aware

I had went in to look at a vehicle and meet Moody who showed me the Jeep that I ended up buying. He was very professional and friendly. We found Newton Chevrolet while searching online for a new small truck.Our first phone contact was with Tim, who was unavailable when we arrived, unannounced, to look at new trucks, so Drew quickly stepped up to help us. We browsed the lot and selected a truck with the features important to us. Unfortunately it was blocked in by no less than 5 other new vehicles! Drew never hesitated and with help from his teammates the vehicles were all moved within a few minutes. After our test drive Barry, the sales manager, stopped in to introduce himself and helped to identify incentives we qualified for. He quickly honed in on our sense of humor and soon we were quipping back and forth like old friends. Our last stop was with James in finance which was flawless. We had not actually intended to buy that day and didnt bring our checkbook. No problem at all, just take the truck home and bring us a check tomorrow! How; that for building trust! Had my check engine light pop on and after spending $150.00 for the diagnostic test. I was told that my fuel pump was going out and that my car has two of them. The one that is going bad isnt covered under warranty. And its going to cost me over $600 to get it fixed. I understand its a used car I havent had it 90 days but I wasnt expecting a major problem so soon and having to come out of pocket.

The vehicle was prepped and ready to go as promised. Brought my 2017 Impala in for regular oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted immediately and they started working on my vehicle. Half way through they gave me an update and possible work that may need to be done in the future. Shortly after, they told me the work was completed and off I went. It has always been a great experience getting service at this dealer.

Knowledgeable staff, very accommodating, great price. Worked tirelessly to get me in the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. Went out of their to show my son a good time, let him climb around every car or truck he wanted. This is where we will buy from now on! Cassidy and Tim have earned my loyal business!

We took our car in for service (oil change, etc.) and the service at Newton Chevrolet was great! Staff was courteous and helpful, we had no problems at all with our visit. We got a call from the shop as soon as our vehicle was ready for pickup. We have also received follow up calls checking to make sure that the service met our expectations. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dealer and service department.

The dealership added a 2500. 00 warranty package to my deal on a new truck. I realized it about 3 months later. It cost me almost 600.00 to cancel it. Deceitful sales practice. I did get a refund of 1900.00. That is a lot of money, but I am retired on a fixed income and 600.00 is a LOT of money also. 2. I took my new truck back for service to them. There was grease on the leather steering wheel and on the door panel. And a lug nut was left off one wheel from tire rotation. I do NOT recommend this dealership. And I will never buy from them again.

They did a wonderful job from explaining the vehicle controls to explanations on finance etc. The only suggestion I have is they need more customer parking and an area to stage the new vehicle the customer is buying. Way too many new vehicles are crammed close to the showroom entrance. It’s difficult to navigate a brand new full size truck in that area.

My husband and I just purchased a Chevy equinox from Newton Chevrolet and we had a wonderful experience! Moody was very thorough in explaining all the details to us and did not tell us wrong information but checked his facts when we had questions. There was only one thing we werent completely satisfied with. Hence the 4 stars. When we sat down with the finance guy to sign all the paperwork there was a $400 service charge added to the amount we financed. We signed all the spots he told us to but did not look over the vehicle purchase agreement. When we were finished the man helping us said with the purchase of your new car you get 3 years of unlimited oil changes and tire rotations. Which we thought was free...but no! That was the $400 service charge. We feel like that was a hidden fee they tagged on without asking if we wanted it! Just a heads up, before you finish any purchase make sure all the amounts on the page are things you asked for and they have explained!

This purchase was a great experience. Brian responded to my internet inquiry by phone in a matter of minutes. The vehicle was parked out front and ready for me to look at, on time, with Sam ready to assist in a relaxed and no pressure way. Justin worked with me on price and found additional GM incentives for me in a completely honest and straightforward way. James was ready, organized, and efficient in the finance office. I felt appreciated throughout the whole process. I would certainly purchase at Newton again.
