Ive tried to think about how to write my review and the reason Ive tried so hard to think about this is because I had such an excellent time with my granddaughter. I made a reservation for a cake decorating class for my 10-year-old granddaughter with Becky the owner. Who could not have been more nice more accommodating and most important knowledgeable. Well, and very patient with a talkative 10-year-old who was so excited to be there every now and then she would just bounce up and down a few times with sheer excitement. I had seen her sunflower cake on her website and fell in love. Initially I meant for my granddaughter and I to learn how to decorate this cake. But my granddaughter was so excited all I could do was stand back and watch these two get along so well and truly seem to enjoy their time together. Plus little did I know they have one of the best banana milkshakes I have had in many many years. And yes its made with real ice cream not whatever some of that stuff is that you receive at a drive-thru and I wonder why did I bother. So for many years I hadnt had a banana milkshake but after a gentleman came in and ordered several shakes and one of them was banana I decided to have one and it was extremely delicious! Then a lady came in and ordered a $10 box of chocolates. Becky immediately picked up a most beautiful box lined it with beautiful paper put these beautiful little candies inside of it in all for $10! Im not kidding I really would have thought that box would have at least been $18 if not 20, and no Im not kidding. You have these beautiful hand decorated candies in this beautiful box for $10! I was stunned. I cannot wait to go back and purchase candies to give as a housewarming gift a thank you for inviting me over gift or I just want to be nice to you gift. So as I started, do yourself a favor, hop in your car go for ice cream cookies candies or order yourself a wonderful cake or better yet sign up for a fabulous cake decorating class. Believe me, you wont regret it!

Went to Serendipity Kandy for the first time today! This place was amazing!!Becky was awesome with the variety of sweets to offer and the prices were excellent... I will absolutely be back❤❤❤

Best, best, best candy store. They create unique candies of chocolate covered varieties and sweetness. PLUS, there are plenty of gift or self shopping options. Adorable statues, figurines, art and decor. All nicely gift boxed for taking home or gifting to a friend. I cannot wait to go back!

Amazing Experience !!!!! Becky went above and beyond to make my moms birthday special!!!A beautiful carrot cake was delivered to my mom and she even stopped by Kroger and picked up flowers and balloons!!!!Covid may have dampened my travel plans to spend time with my mom on her birthday but Serendipity made my moms day special !!!!Thank you so very much !!!

I can not say enough good things about beckys items, my sister in law lives in Shelbyville so I always order cookies from her on special occasions birthdays, Christmas and today we got spring ones. Her sugar cookies are by far the best I have ever had, I will not purchase them from anyone else but her!! She has never ever has disappointed us with her sweet treats!

This is a great little place, wish I knew it had opened back in November so I could have tried it sooner. Tried their cannolis and chocolate covered cookie dough and both were delicious. They have a huge selection of desserts, all of which I believe are hand made. They also have hand dipped ice cream flavors and a seasonal shop with neat gift ideas. We spoke with the owner as they were closing up and she was very friendly. Will definitely be back soon, wishing this place the best!

This is the cutest little candy shop! The cannoli I had was excellent and hopefully my mother in law will not read this review because shell be receiving some cannolis for her birthday coming up!

The type of thing Downtown Shelbyville needs. Good Selection on Icecream 8 flavors helps you to decide. Lots of different little candies to choose from. Purchased several different ones yesterday. The couple pieces i have eaten so far were awesome. The icecream I ate yesterday was really good. Flavor I chose was Buckeye something. Owner is real nice and the store its self is inviting. Made me think of some of the stores in Brown County or Gatlinburg. Will be taking the family back.
