Very nice people. I had to install a new battery. the only problem was it took about 4 hours. But they got the job done. I guess they had to wait on Oreillys to bring them parts which kind of messed up my day. Other than that fairly reasonable prices . I will be back If I have car problems in this area

Well, its a long story. Used tire buyer, and they shipped the tires to this place.I had went the morning the tires were supposed to be delivered, told the guy we were leaving for Florida in the morning and needed to get a tire before I went. He told me they mite come in this afternoon to be patient and they would let me know. Never did hear from them so I went and got a used tire, this was on a Thursday, that Monday, I looked at my email, and seen they were delivered, not me upset, but hey no biggie, never did hear from them saying they had my tires, so I called on Wednesday to see if I could get them put on, and a alignment as well, Made an appointment for Friday at 10 to put the tires on and 11 for the alignment, so it would be ready at 12, drop it off, go get something to eat, come back at 12, just for them to tell me it would be another few hours before they could do the alignment, I couldnt waist my day, I had to go to work. But if they wouldve let me known at 11, that they couldnt do the alignment I couldve gotten it done somewhere else. I get ready to leave guy pulls it up, and says oh by the way your tire light is on, I ask him what was the deal with it, because it wasnt on when I pulled in here? He said Im just a laborer, but if you need to get it looked at they could put it on the machine, but it would cost money. By this time Im upset, I tell him no it aint, he said I needed to talk to the guy at the desk, so 30 mins later, after i tell the guy what i need, Thank you Google, another guy comes out and fixes it. So now Im at 3 hours just to get 4 tires put on, which is why I made an appointment in the first place to avoid. I will not return..

This place has changed my attitude about service people. The team that worked on my car made sure everything was perfect before they let me leave. The manager worked for me with the owners to make sure I got the best deal possible . While I waited on my car I witnessed many occasions that service and cost was more than fair to several customers. My thanks to all there for saving me lots of money.

We took my van (2001 Mazda mpv) in with some huge major issues. Hopeful we just needed a catalytic converter but knew she was having some insanely major issues. These wonderful people never gave up getting her running right again!! They tried one thing after another after another and at the end-when I was able to go pick her up- she runs better than she has since I bought her!!! Thank you so so much guys for never giving up!!! As a single mother going to school this van is so very important to us :) I truly can never say thank you enough.

Then the folks at Tire & Muffler contacted me and suggested that we try again. So we did.I wasnt looking for a high mileage tire for my old pickup truck, I wanted a good value: reasonable price, smooth ride, fair handling and basically trouble free operation. I feel like my initial needs have been met. The tires that I purchased are not winter tires; they are summer highway tires and, honestly, thats what I need 90% of the time.If these nice people provide the service, as advertised, on my purchase, then my future edited review will be:Awesome.

Receptionist was so incredibly RUDE this morning, if there had of been anyone else who could have done what we needed fixed today I would have went. I hated to give them any of my hard earned money.

Outstanding customer service, fair prices, and qualified, helpful staff. Tire and Muffler USA is my choice shop when I dont have time to work on my vehicle myself. I appreciate their honesty and dedication to their customers. My fuel pump went out on 231 south 7:30 at night. Called the shop at 7:30 the next day, they recommended a tow from Rays Towing (also outstanding) and they had it fixed by 2:00 the next day. Great staff! Keep up the good work guys! A week ago Saturday I had a blow out I am crippled and could not change it out I called greens towing had my truck towed to usa tire and drop off they had to order a tire when they got tire in they changed it out I told the them I had to get a driver they said not to worry they delivered my truck at no charge to me unbelievable great people )

Great, honest people. Budget Brakes in Murfreesboro tried to take advantage of me not knowing much about cars and told me my repair would cost $550. In reality, I was just paranoid about my brakes and they’re just fine. Any time I need car help, I’ll be going here.

WOW .. ..after getting a $320 tire mounted only to find out my $300 wheel has been scraped and deep chunks taking out from their tire machine and they say they will need the wheel for a couple days so they can weld and grind on the wheel to try to make it look new🤬 after buying $1500 tires you think they would be a little more concerned. .there goes a customer

Revised 2/11/2020Had a great experience from them today. I put very few miles on my vehicle, around 2300 per year. I finally took my truck in to have tires balanced and rotated that I bought from them in November 2016. I originally purchased their lifetime service agreement so there was no charge today. I need to add, Ive had a problem with drivers front going flat for about a year now. Ive brought it in numerous times to get the tire reflated and never been charged. Once they even carefully checked the tire and told me there is a minor flaw in the rim causing the issue. Today they removed that tire from the rim and roughed up the contact points with the tires all the way around, remounted the tire with a sealant, balanced it then did a normal balance & rotate the tires. Also, I am now disabled so I had a friend who works at a nearby business drive the truck to work. The guys at Tire Muffler picked up and dropped off the truck to his workplace. NONE OF THIS WAS I CHARGED FOR! I have depended on them for nearly 10 years since moving to Shelbyville. I had one visit with a hiccup but otherwise every visit has been handled with kindness and professionalism. These guys definitely go out of their way to make their customers happy and I can say without hesitation that from me, they have a customer for life!

Took my truck in to have tire rotating did great job on drivers side passenger side never it wasnt touched so had to go back next day to fix.

I always have a great experience there, & today was no different. I would & do highly recommend my friends to go there for service.

They do more talking than working smh. The lady at the front desk was really rude on arrival. Also they tracked mud all in the floor mat.

All these places usually suck but this one takes the cake. Took an hour and 35 minutes to fix a tire leak which I was told would take 10-15 minutes to fix. Then they try to give me some bs excuse about how it’s going to take a little bit longer.
