Stone Solutions is a great place to get your hardscape materials. Lonnie and JoAnn are very knowlegeable and great to work with. Timing is always of the essense and they were quick to deliver what my contractor needed to finish my job. They have the best display of installed pavers in the city. I love my hardscape and I highly recommend Stone Solutions!

Very helpful staff and a wide selection of stone and products

I will stop my business with this place. Not only they almost never get an order right, they tried to charge me more than what I had ordered in some occasions. And would say this was my fault but couldn’t provide a receipt. It’s ridiculous. Lonnie refused to work things out with me this last time. I would give 0 stars if I could.

This is the best Mom and Pop business of any industry. Lonnie and his staff are as knowledgeable and helpful as you’ll find anywhere. There is something special about doing business with them—they genuinely value you as a customer. They greet me by my first name every time I walk in the door. I should also mention that you will not find a better selection of materials. The front of their business has at least 1/4 acre of completed patios, fire pits, retaining walls, and pizza ovens, which is very helpful to anyone looking for ideas.

I started using Stone Solutions in December 2017. When seeing their Yelp reviews, I was skeptical but I decided to keep an open mind. Lonnie and the lady at the front desk were always very helpful (providing material recommendations, offering installation advise, and showing displays and arranging for inventory to be quickly available). I quickly valued my relationship with Stone Solutions.Previous to my last visit, Id noticed multiple instances of customers returning to Stone Solutions upon finding out they were loaded with the wrong materials. I also experienced this on one of my visits. On my last visit in June 2018, I must have caught Lonnie having a bad day. I shared with him a small mishap which occurred in the loading yard. My intention was to simply inform him of what happened. I wasnt looking for any sort of compensation, but having him share some empathy or even an apology would have been appreciated. Instead, he chose to side with his employee and didnt care to listen and understand the situation as I experienced it. He quickly suggested I shop elsewhere, and then followed up this suggestion by stating that I am no longer welcome to shop there in the future.One morning Lonnie is mentoring me, walking me around his grounds and suggesting different patterns for patios around fire-pits, and the next morning he has no regard for this same customers experience and is unwilling to listen to any feedback. This sudden change in the valuing of his customers is troubling. Should Lonnie or office staff read this review, I would be willing to return my business to this company upon receiving an apology from Lonnie. I understand every one can have an off day, and all of my other interactions with the company had been positive. This is why Im leaving a 2 star review and not lower.

Not a week goes by without the mentioned of Stone Solutions around our office. These folks have been rockstars in getting us the materials we need to complete patios, retaining walls, and even some outdoor kitchen projects. Couldnt do it without you all!

I have now dealt with Stone Solutions for over a year with multiple projects. They have been nothing but great, forthcoming with tips, product information, and general recommendations. Both Lonnie and JoAnn help out as much as they can, whenever they can. Their displays are also great so you can get a feel for what they will look like when installed.

Went in with low expectations based on the ONLY online review. I was super pleased. The folks here were super helpful, super friendly, and when they found out I was a DIY guy, information about everything else Id need came spilling out in the form of phone numbers and prices for sub-base and a free magazine put out by Family Handyman magazine just for DIYers. They werent condescending or rude about it and never once hinted that I wouldnt be just as important to them as any contractor.
