We went to the Rolling Cow on Memorial Day. Our previous experiences had been positive. The employee was reading a book and said no ice cream not enough people because she was new.The other employee would return in 30 minutes. We thought doesn’t make sense but we’d come back later. About an hour later the other employee had returned and was busy. The first employee was in the food court reading her book. We waited about 10 minutes she never moved. The second employee takes my order and informs us the the price is $6.99 not $5.99 as posted. Then she charges $7.00. The math on this transaction was so off I asked for my money back as soon as It dawned on me. She looked a bit dumbfounded and returned my money before she could close the register. It’s really too bad because my friends and I usually had positive experiences. Maybe the owners should be present.

Ive only ever gotten boba here, so I cant tell you about the ice cream, but the boba is delicious. I recommend Taro Milk Tea or Horchata Milk Tea. The employees Ive met there are very polite. Definitely recommend.Edit: so I finally got the ice cream and it is DELICIOUS. If I could give extra stars I would.

We went to the Rolling Cow tonight at the Shawnee Mall and the young lady working there in the Shawnee wolves shirt was probably the rudest employee Ive ever encoutered anywhere. She barely spoke to us and when she did it was hateful with dirty looks which was sad because my daughter was so excited to go there. She dropped our change on her side of the counter on the floor and refused to pick it up and give it back to us. She slammed our items down on the counter didnt say a word gave us dirty looks and walked off. I dont know if she didnt like white people or just hated her job??? We wont ever go back.

Will never try to do business here again. Came by two days in a row, different times of the day to be told no ice cream, specifically today “I’m not making ice cream”. Great way to do business!

I disagree with the current rating. This place deserves better. Ive went twice and the service was amazing. The ladies at the counter were very polite, and the tea and ice cream was too notch both times. I reccomend Taro Milk Tea with any kind of pearls :)

The ice cream flavors are great but my favorite thing is probably the taro milk tea. Its RIDICULOUSLY good and adding some popping boba makes it that much better. If youre looking for something different this is the place to go.

This place is AMAZING and is our new favorite ice cream place...Tons of options and they all come out looking like art! Delicious!

The girl with the pink hair and glasses was awesome and very friendly. I didnt catch her name but she seemed to be pretty good with people. Im in customer service and if i had my own bussiness i would steal her lol
