I love the customer service the manage Miss Patti and staff are great 💯 this is the one on Kickapoo in Shawnee

Tried to buy a pressure washer and the older lady didnt act like she wanted to mess with it. Even after quoting a price of $110.00. then took it in back to, supposedly, try to start it. (Didnt sound like she pulled the rope to me.) Came out very soon after and said she couldnt turn it on. Everyone knows you start a small engine by pulling a rope! You dont, Turn them on. So, I said well, Ill take it anyway. (Missing the water nozzle/gun also). She then stated, well, i dont really want to sell you it because it doesnt work. Anyway, I really need one in a bad way so I guess I have to go to a competitor. #stumped

Very rude and unprofessional! 2 ladies in office using fowl language loudly and no one ever came to counter to help so I left. I went back today to see if a better experience occurred but unfortunately it was just as bad. The one who was helping me was fine but another lady butted in and acted like it was such a bother as well as being hateful/condescending. I will never go back there for anything ever. Tecumseh location is only one I will go to from now on. The owner needs to clean house in Shawnee on Kickapoo and he would have a lot more business results.

The staff here can be really rude. The store has a big selection and some really good deals. Luckily the staff could care less about given help so you don’t have to be treated badly except at check out. There is maybe one or two really nice people on the whole staff. You can’t beat the deals and selection in Shawnee.

Lied to and ripped off. Was told when I put a shotgun in layaway by an employee there that I had a year to pay my layaway off but I had to make a payment every month I understood that but if I didnt make a payment and it was pulled off the shelf that I would have a store credit well I knew I was late on a payment and by the way I made three payments and they only have two of my payments in their computer informed me that that money was lost because they had to pull the shotgun and I informed them that the employee told me that I would have a store credit if I was late on a payment and they didnt know what I was talking about so as I said I was lied to and ripped off I will never shop here again I wouldnt recommend anybody else to do business at Circle D pawn.

This place is horrible! I saw a used shotgun listed by Circle D Pawn with minor wear cas seen in photos on Armslist.com for $289.00. I called to verify that they still had it and they confirmed they did. After driving an hour and half to check out the firearm I found that it didnt function. Neither the safety nor trigger work. This firearm doesnt function. When I inquired about a price break because of the misrepresented ad I was told that the gun was $589.00 not the $289.00 posted on line. Buyer be wear, this store is represented by employees who dont care, are happy to misrepresent, mislead and deceive. Oh, yeah, theyre also selling silver bars for $50 an ounce.😲

Recently pawned my Roku TV to get by through the week. TV was brand new with no defects. Got it back yesterday and the screen is obviously bent like something was dropped on it or layed on top of it. Screen is now slightly discolored and a white line at the top of the screen. They refuse to accept responsibility for there lack of care for my device. DO NOT PAWN ANYTHING HERE. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR PROPERTY.

I was assisted as soon as I walked in on a Friday evening. Even the gentleman who walked in after me was immediately assisted with pawning items. Comparatively to other pawn shops the staff were more pleasant to deal with then pawn shops in OKC.

90% percent of there stuff is over price even with discount, fars selling to them no want you use tv, or any other used junck I understand stand that but I wont pay Walmart prices or even close for a use item that just Barry works at pawn shop.

I went into this particular pawn shop to look at electronics and was greeted with sarcasm and disrespect from a younger large emo kid working there who butted into a conversation I was having with my S/O telling blantant lies regarding the price of something. The lack of respect that I was greeted with was enough to drive me to the American Gun and Pawn on Harrison who was much more respectful and reasonable. I wounldnt recommend Circle D on Kickapoo unless they change some staff.

Im taking that star back circle d on kickapoo is a joke whoever reads these need to tell that long haired kid in there to try and not be so disrespectful great customer service you guys I will never go to a circle D again word of advice hire people who know what there talking about peace for life con artist 😬

Not a review. The store hours have changed. 9-7 Mon-Fri. 9-5 Sat. 12-5 Sun. They will be closing an hour earlier when Daylight Saving time occurs. There was a change in ownership and the Google+ account information was not transferred, so it cannot be edited on the internet.

Literally the best joke the state of Oklahoma. Dont go hear unless you plan to get ripped off. Brought a $900.00 t.v. in to pawn all they would over me is a $115.00. These people are conarists.

Not a fan of this pawn shop. The items are tremendously overpriced every time I go in. EZPawn on Harrison is a much better place to shop, and in my opinion the best pawn shop in Shawnee.
