Horrible experience. I will never purchase anything from this store again. I Purchased a mattress and was given a free base. Wanted to upgrade to a better mattress and suddenly was going to be charged $600. For the free base and he could not take it back. Very long story short I had to dispute the charges before he would agreed to exchange the mattress. After the exchange I reversed the dispute. He then calls a week later about the letter he got from the credit card company and I told him I reversed it the day of the exchange. He then tells me he took the letter to the police department and I had until the end of the day to bring him a cashiers check or cash or he was filing charges. Save yourself a headache and shop elsewhere.

I wanted to let y’all know that I would recommend if your needing furniture at a good price and great quality I would call this location. I was given great customer service and knowledge about a product without being pushed to buy it. This place is where I’m gonna buy all my furniture needs. Veteran owned and Veteran operated. The staff was extremely helpful when choosing a new bed as I am a disabled veteran with back and hip problems. They loaded it up for me too. Great people. They will get 100% of my business from here on.

After purchasing at least 6 mattresses from this store over the years, they no longer want my business. Store hours are posted as open until 6:00 pm on weekdays. Yesterday, I hurried to the store after work and drove into the parking lot at 5:07 only to see the store staff driving off. And yes, they saw me pull in and check the door as they drove past.I called at 3:30 today to make sure I could get to the store before it closed. Was told they were leaving around 4:00 to 4:30 today and asked how fast I could get there. I left work, got half way there and decided to take my business elsewhere.I called to let the store know I was going to purchase somewhere else. The salesman wasnt concerned at all about losing a $400 sale. I recommend others also buy from a store that actually wants your business.

Bought a mattress, the company went out of their way to make sure it was delivered asap as I had a small window to have it delivered. Very honest about what they can do as far as price, not the typical pushy sales pitch you get everywhere else.
