Michelle at the Shawnee Walmart Supercenter Vision and Glasses Center was so prompt, helpful and knowledgeable when I came in with my demolished glasses I had stepped on. She did a very difficult repair in no time and was so polite and courteous! She even gave me a chair to sit while I waited. I will certainly buy my next pair of glasses there. Thank you, Michelle! Revisited this same store with another set of broken frames and Joanna was so polite and professional! She found frames that would work-not an easy task-and they were far cheaper than I expected. Excellent service and product knowledge. Cant find that kind of customer service at any price! Thank you!

I had a great experience with the Eye Center of Shawnee staff for my appointment, and Joanna in the Vision Center helped me afterward. She was very kind, answering all my questions about prices for each set of lenses and helping me pick the best option for me.

Went to the optometrist located inside Wal-Mart. The front desk was super kind and very quick. The doctor was even more of the same. 10/10 would go again. Thanks guys!

Go somewhere else! The people that work there act as if youre inconveniencing them when you ask for help. They messed my moms order and didnt apologize when we had to go back twice! I second the review that said they are rude and lazy. They say as little to you as possible and are the furthest thing from friendly. You can find similar prices online or elsewhere, trust me!

Awful service. The people that work there are absolutely rude and lazy. They lack the mental capacity to properly handle the basic paperwork theyre supposed to fill out and will take all of the time that they can from you.

Worst Vision Center for Walmart I have ever encountered. Please go elsewhere if you can. I could go on and on and I am not the type of person to complain. At all. Having worked in customer service before for years, I understand mistakes happen and people have off days but this place goes beyond rude and incompetent, to say the least. They messed up my moms eyeglasses TWICE. After the first time, I swore I would never go back but decided to give them a second chance. Never again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. The workers are just lazy. All you have to do is look at them and you can tell. They will blame any and everything to cover themselves. Save yourself the hassle of coming here. You will regret it.
