I WAS a first time customer. Initially I was pleased with the products they had however I was quoted 2 different prices for the same carpet/vinyl and install fees within 2 weeks of one another. A $350 difference to be exact and when I questioned the quotes (which I had in writing from Bobby Jo) I was told that I would be able to buy the carpet/vinyl however they would not be installing it because I questioned the discrepancy in price quotes. Also I had to have my bank call them personally to reassure them my credit card wasnt fraudulent.........very disappointed and embarrassed for them......SAD and VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Needless to say THEY refused my business and said that had I not questioned the quotes the outcome would have been different.......sell less carpet and invest in some humility or grattitde.

Great customer service, they made sure we left happy with our choice even though we are very lucky. They showed us everything they had and what they can order.
