I have a New Year’s Day tradition of smoking a beef rib roast in my Bradley Smoker. This year, we were in Kansas City (Chicago area is home) just before the holiday so I figured I’d try some KC beef. After looking for a quality source, I found A Cut Above Natural Meats and I’m very happy I did. The service was outstanding and the quality of the roast was superb. It was the best roast I had made in my 8 year tradition. Next year I will have them ship me the roast so I can continue to impress my family. Thanks A Cut Above Natural Meats-job well done!

Five stars from me across the board. The guys at A Cut Above are knowledgable and friendly. If you want to try something new to you, the staff will answer questions on how best to cook it. Ive been buying my meats from them for 4 solid months now and Ive never had any problems. Always fresh and the taste is absolutely fabulous. Their sausages are to die for too! Prices are just as good as Price Chopper and really good if you watch for the sales they post on facebook. Excellent, excellent, excellent.
