Tina is an awesome manger. She has excellent customer service skills where shell explain a product to you to the best of her knowledge. She know how to help customers on understanding the sale of items. I hope her staff can learn from her & understand customers need.

Obviously Michaels is awesome if you are a crafter!! As prices rise every where, if you can, wait for their sales and sign up for their coupons!! This store has friendly helpful employees and is neat and clean!

Nice clean store. But. I have never found everything on my shopping list. The acrylic paint has empty slots...and I really wanted Prussian Blue on my last visit.

Amazing deals on Christmas trees! I needed a new tree and thought to check here after looking around and not finding what I wanted. They had the exact size I was looking for and at the best price I had seen in any store.

They offered me 20% of my purchase to sign up with their rewards program. It was well worth it considering all that I was purchasing at the time.

Its a nice store location with road exits at both ends of the large shared parking lot so access is very good and the store is as advertised. Nothing special but certainly what it is supposed to be with hobbies and crafts and very very friendly staff that respect all covid-19 protocols.

I am super happy to say that I feel safe shopping here! They have wipes available upon walking in so you can wipe down the carts... employees are wearing masks and doing their part to make us feel comfortable enough to shop. Very polite and pleasant cashiers.

The a least have a wheelchair. They are wheelchair accessable.I still think Michaels in KC Metro areas should have an electric scooter available.Its amazing to me that the Michaels in St. Louis areas have electric scooters.They are so very good and friendly.Koodos to the framing department. You had just what we needed for hanging up our pictures.

This was a typical craft store. They had your typical supplies of paper and scissors and markers and such. The only reason that I gave it such a low rating is because the store manager would not honor the advertised sale. I brought a flyer in, I showed the clerk the sale prices, and the clerk could not direct me to the right section. When the manager was finally retrieved, she sent me to the clearance section. The clearance section also failed to deliver on the promised discounts. I feel that this was a clear bait and switch.

It was okay. The rewards plan is awful. They were out of the cup I wanted. But iys better than hobby lobby.

One of my peeves is to walk into a store and see multiple areas of empty stock shelves. Points to a lack of caring, sloppiness or management failings. Honestly, the impression given was this is a store on way down and out.

A lot smaller than the HobbyLobby stores Ive been to, but they had what we were needing. Was hard to find an associate to help, though.

Waited over 2 weeks for a custom frame. They ordered the wrong size. Then had no way to fix it sob it would be 2 more weeks to get it again. Forget that. Understand your sizing options Michaels!

Ordered frames online from Lee’s Summit. Has to drive 30 minutes to get them thought I would look around since I was there. Found another frame size I was looking for. Turns out it was in the wrong price slot then it wasn’t on sale. By the time the very nice pleasant cashier got a manager to finally come up she was rather put upon by us. As we were leaving my husband noticed one of the preordered frames had a broken corner so o went to the back to exchange it. I ran into same manager in the back and she was rude about the whole thing.

Daughter loves arts & crafts in which the typical retail store doesnt supply nor accommodate serious artists. Michaels provides more authentic items to take her creativity to the next level.

Sale items were very picked over. Low stock on everything but already have Christmas crafts. Disappointed. If it werent for COVID I would give one star, but staff is nice.

This is my go to place for craft supplies, holiday gifts, decor and room party items for the kiddos. The friendly staff is always highly accommodating. My kids have enjoyed attending Birthday parties with friends, while crafting wallets and purses from duct tape.

I always adore going to Michaels. It is one of the happiest, most creative places to go. Plenty to explore and a knowledgeable, friendly staff!

I knew what I wanted and where it was so I was quick in making my selection. The reason for only four stars is because check out was s.l.o.w. and delayed my exit.

This place had a nice wide selection of material for my projects. The prices were reasonable. I had a hard time finding someone to help me but the other customers were very incredibly helpful and knowledgeable :) I have to give their customers very high Marks. The items I purchased were nice quality and I would come back here again.

I love this store! The prices are reasonable for craft supplies, typically half of my items are usually on sale or I use the Michaels 40% off coupon on their website. The store itself it well stocked, clean and the people working there are helpful.

Okay store experience. They had just about clean out of their Christmas trees.

Small selection of yarn. Mainly just 1 aisle to choose from. Its fun to check out their sales and they have a decent selection of planner supplies and accessories. The store was fairly orderly and things were easy to find. Not as large as some other craft stores but overall I found what I needed and more.

Had what I was looking for. Long checkout lines during the holidays but all cash registers were manned. Everyone is in a single line and next in line goes to the next register to open so the line moves quickly.

I went to Michaels after trying hobby lobby to get Christmas flowers They were out so had to make a trip to Michaels who still had Christmas flowers in stock at 50% off!

Shopping here makes me want to be so much more creative than I am. The variety in their inventory is helpful when it comes to budgeting and the staff is great at finding that thing that makes that stuff kind of inquiries. Always great sales and coupons too!

Excellent selection of craft goods here, and great, friendly service from staff. My only caution would be that the frame shop could be better cared for. Many of the large frames in stock appeared dinged and scratched, I found broken glass loose on a shelf while picking through inventory, and of the four mats I custom ordered, one was severely crumpled in the corner after carefully unwrapping it at home. It seems some more care for packaging, handling, and transport of their items here would go a long way toward keeping this section in top shape.So other than this, the rest of the store is amazingly well kept up, and is a reliable place to browse and pick up craft goods. I will definitely come back, though do be careful to check framing goods over carefully before making a purchase or leaving the store with an order.
