Every time I come here everybody is very welcoming and friendly and they fix exactly what is wrong and I feel they are decently priced as well

Had a set of bars put on my 2013 CVO ultra classic, brought my bike to sharon from Erie PA to have them done. Thunder Technician did an outstanding job. All the staff were exceptional and very nice. BIG thank you to Mitch in service for all his help and the Technician as well he took time to talk with me and also a friend who followed me up with a question he had, alsalso Rhonda in parts.

Beautiful clothes selection for both males & females, young & old. Many motorcycles with experienced sales people that are willing to answer any questions about their products. Fair prices on all they have to offer. Great business to deal with. The showroom is set up beautifully. You can browse at your leisure & not feel pressured but theres always spokespeople close by to help if you need it.

Jared was awesome to deal with. We got to the dealership and the bike we requested to test drive was outside ready for us. No hassle or waiting. We were treated great, all our Questions answered and we left with the bike we came in to test drive. Also their party is on June 29th, food music and beer.

We stopped by for a t-shirt... And ended up talking to service guys about Michigan football! Which was an awesome convo to have in PA. These guys were great... Helped us through the store and took their time to make sure we were happy with even a t-shirt selection! I wouldnt hesitate to buy a motorcycle from them seeing as how cool they were about the apparel!

I just want to let you know you have lost a customer. I will never do business with you again. I brought my bike (2016 Street Glide Special) in for service on Wednesday, I had a problem with my gas cap not tightening all the way and my bike is burning oil. I can smell it after riding for awhile and I come to a stop. Sunday a buddy was riding with me and said my bike is burning oil, it puffs every time I throttle. Yesterday i got a call saying your guys replaced the gas cap and they couldnt find any signs of it burning oil, he said they put about 20 miles on the bike and didnt see or smell anything. I picked the bike up last night and there were absolutely NO miles on the bike. I know this because when I dropped it off he asked how many miles were on it, i told him 4,108 (4,110 at most) because I wasnt sure if I saw 4,108 when I got on my bike or when I got to your place. When I picked it up it had 4,109.

Salesman had bad attitude and no interest in sell me a bike.

First time there, very polite n great ppl.,parts where available unlike any other Harley store. Enjoyed being there n I will definately go back !

I brought my bike in for about $500.00 worth of work and felt as though something is seriously wrong with how this business is run.First I come in to inquire about scheduling an appointment for work and the guy behind the service desk asks for me ID so he can put me in the system. This is where things started going south. I wasnt put in under my first and last name but under my middle name. So every time I called to check on the status of my part I was told it was not even ordered yet or that they had no idea what I was talking about.2nd- I came to get my bike and again no one has any idea because its in the system wrong. So when they figure it out I have to wait another 30min for them to fix all of my information in the system. This was an inconvenience that should have been fixed well before I arrived there since they knew about it due to the part issue.3rd- I had a rockerbox gasket replaced due to a leak. One day after receiving my bike I hear a change in pitch on my exhaust....... the bolts fell off my bike exhaust flange. I went to the nearest harley and bought new bolts.The whole reason I went to thunder over the closest dealer is the mom and pop vibe and a person I know recommending them.Unfortunately this experience was so unpleasant that I decided to check other dealers in the area for another bike purchase and settled on my new Indian Scout to compliment my Sportster. Thunder missed out on over 10k. That dealership was the one who suggested I contact you and let you know what happened as they believed it was not the norm for your dealership.
