I love coming to this location! They always greet you and make sure to ask if they can help you find anything so you arent wondering around like a lost puppy. Staff is always polite. I come here very often because the cards are always a dollar! Plus whenever I need balloons for a special occasion.

Great place for party supplies. They have a decent selection of supplies for theme style parties for kids. Theres great system to keep all the chaos of costume shopping under control during Halloween. No returns on costumes. Make sure you bring your child to try on costumes before purchasing. Costumes run small. They do have some adult costumes as well.

I was in looking for confetti balloons and didnt see what we were looking for. A very nice and knowledgeable woman approached me and suggested we cut up some streamers and fill the balloons with them and then inflate them. I was amazed in their willingness to help me solve my issue! The ladies helping fill and inflate the balloons were also very very helpful and willing to ask questions to make sure they were just right. This was one of the best experiences ive had any ANY store in my life. I appreciated their dedication and willingness to help. Thank you!!

Workers need to work on their work ethic. Got what I needed in the store but the cashier fails to even greet, acknowledge, or say thank-you. Cashier looked annoyed and I was hastily handed a receipt without a word, or even a glance.

Came in a couple months ago. They had great selections. And also have good birthday card i would say it has great items for birthday event cant complain good store to shop

The previous visits I’ve come to this store I normally have a decent experience,however, not today. I came to blow up balloons and Bri was very rude about it. The entire time she kept complaining and making comments to her coworkers. I felt very uncomfortable and wanted to leave immediately. I understand she was having a bad day but I did not appreciate that she make me feel uncomfortable.

Lots and lots and lots and lots of party supplies. Every kind of licensed kids cartoon or show imaginable. Very,very busy around Halloween time. Prices are higher than say Target, but they do have anything you could need or want.

They have all your favorite characters prices are in the middle definitely go to for Disney stuff also has costumes and other holiday stuff

I’ve never had a bad experience until this weekend and it was a miscommunication/misunderstanding that I felt could have been handled differently. I originally went in to buy a 4 pack of the large 24 inch balloons and the woman who assisted me that day was very helpful. She had asked me if I wanted to have them blown up and I explained that I wouldn’t need the balloons until the weekend and then asked if I could return to have them blown up. The woman explained that if I brought my receipt I could go to any party city and have them blown up for free. I thought, great! But when I returned to the store the morning of the day that I needed the balloons, I was told that it would be a charge of $10 per balloon. I was frustrated because that wasn’t expressed to me at the initial purchase and if it would have been I would have understood. But to pay $40 when the balloons themselves were under $5 was very disappointing.

Terrible, no helium for balloons! On top of that, the girls working late are very immature and just goofing off. I waited at check out for 15 minutes while the 2 girls talked amongst themselves and they seen me there waiting. Just didnt care to ring me up. Absolutely poor customer service.

They advertise $10 for akk Halloween costumes yet that wasnt the case. Staff was rude store was a mess. The prices were impossible to find so when I checked out my total was $89!!!!! For a measly wig and mask and costume. Absolutely ridiculous. 😡
