Took almost 3 and a half weeks for them to fix my dads chair, they sent someone out to replace the remote which was NOT the issue and we even told them that, 2nd time they come out they came the NEXT day and early in the morning that they previously said theyd be here and still couldnt fix it. Theyre HORRIBLE at communication and giving a proper time window.

I have had multiple issues with the wrong supplies being sent and receiving supplies I no longer wanted. Then when they sent me the wrong supplies again and I had not noticed until I had opened it, the store manager put the blame on me. I should have noticed and if it happens again, I will be charged for it regardless and they will not take it back. How about you check your orders before sending, ensure you are only sending what is needed and that you follow through with your customers. Even when they tried to make it right, they sent me the wrong size. There are other local suppliers to order from or go online for control without the errors. Sorry, but after multiple mistakes and them not taking ownership of the problem, I am taking my business elsewhere.

I went to liberty oxygen today very frustrated as I needed to get a bipap asap. I worked with Haley and she was phenomenal with their customer service and patients and was able to service our needs and went way above and beyond! Way to go Hayle appreciate all your hard work!!!! THANK YOU

If you have a PAP machine for sleep apnea, this is THE place to get equipment and support. I have nothing but good things to say. They have excellent customer service, they have what I need in stock, and their event days when you can meet with manufacturer reps are fantastic and helpful. I cant speak for any of their other services or supplies, but for my PAP needs, its LibOx for me!

Underwhelming service and selection...idk which was worse! Dont even bother with this tiny location. Head to Jackson Medical in Bloomington...they had knowledgeable/helpful staff and better selection than anyone in the South Metro.

The person who helped me was Malinda. She was very friendly and helpful. Answered all questions and then some.
