This FedEx has got to be one of the most inefficient stores of all time… no updates on packages, the employees are extremely rude, and the drivers, they must not now how to drive…This company in general is driving me nuts. If you have the option to deliver at this date and time, you have to stick to it, this is ridiculous.

Web site said they were open until 6pm. I was there at 4pm & they were closed up with no store hours visibly posted. Nobody around anywhere. Definitely not a good experience

The guy was nice but its $11 to send a small bubble mailer package. Rip off

FedEx is the worst delivery service in the US. Over the years I’ve constantly had packages marked undeliverable person not available or business closed, but I am at home and it’s not a business and there is no attempt despite the delivery directions stating to leave at outside door and no signature is required. I’ve also had packages get returned to sender with absolutely no attempt despite correct mailing address and accessibility. Also, I’ve seen blocked entrance which is a complete joke and never have I ever lived at a home with a “blocked entrance” and those times I’ve also been home. UPS and USPS is the only mail service anyone or any company should ever go through. I see a package is coming from FedEx and I can always count on issues; every time. I was suppose to get a package today and per the usual package delivery time in my town house association I waited hours past that time at my window on my laptop waisting my day for my package to come when a notification popped up that it there was no one home to receive package/ business is closed. Didn’t see said FedEx truck, but I did see the trusty UPS truck pull in 30 mins later doing their wonderful job and rounds. Also was on the phone for over an hour today waiting to talk to someone that did not help and directed me to another automated system that wasted my time. Such an awful experiences with this company and to be dealing with this regarding items for my birthday is a joke. Worst experiences ever from FedEx. UPS and USPS is amazing!!! FedEx is garbage and their delivery drivers are lazy and have no honesty or integrity. COMPANIES STOP USING FEDEX TO SHIP ITEMS!!!! Doesn’t matter what shipping location either. All have been garbage over the years. Moved to the Shakopee/Savage/Bloomington area and this is no exception to the garbage service you are guaranteed. Worst service ever.

They deliver packages to wrong homes, and say they delivered it to you! With no proof then they don’t refund your money!

If you need your shipment(s) to arrive safe and sound and on time, you need to go to this FedEx location and ask for Cesarine Ntanga. She surpasses all expectations and has never failed me. Her employee that helps her out handles shipments with just as much care. I now travel from my business the extra 15 minutes just to have this facility handle my shipping. You will not be disappointed.
