Horrible cheap equipment!!!! Bought a piano board from here and moved 1 piano and the board cracked... Same with their moving dollies, it cracked, very cheap quality and poor customer service satisfaction... I move pianos for a living and I have never seen a board this low of quality... I called to see if there was anything they could do and I got the run around... Waste of money... Be smart buy somewhere else!!!

I was told by my Mover to go here for boxes and supplies for the upcoming move I was making, the Staff was incredible, Brian & Paul treated me like I shopped there all the time. New Havens prices, quality of products and knowledge are 10 steps ahead of anybody I have ever dealt with in regards to a move. If you are moving and need to get supplies go here, they are right across the street from the New Outlet Mall in Eagan. Thank you for all your help!!!!

This location has moved to 5371 12th Ave E in Shakopee, MN - so save yourself the extra driving. I tried to submit the change on google maps several times but it keeps getting kicked back. I’ve been going to New Haven for 20 years and they really stand behind their products.

These guys are great! We always get our moving supplies and boxes from them and wouldnt go anywhere else.
