So Im not going to bad mouth, Ill leave the facts for you to decide. I called as soon as I noticed that my fork seals were leaking. I called and asked how long the wait was and if I could make an appointment. They said I could. So I set up the appointment and even mentioned I needed my bike back as quickly as possible and asked if my appointment would get me through any faster, and the guy said yes. He told me they should have the parts it would just be a matter of doing it. I dropped my bike off on the day of the appointment and figured a couple days Id have it back. Well I called Thursday (I dropped it off Tuesday) and asked on the status. I was told they were running behind. I was understanding and said I get it. I called again on Tuesday the next week and asked for an update and found out parts werent even ordered yet. Thursday and Friday when I called I got attitude saying parts could take up to a month to get, and the guy acted like he did me a favor taking my call and friday they hung up on me. So long story short, they didnt get around to fixing my bike so I just picked it up. I went to deniskirk.com and am getting all my parts in 2 days, and will fix it myself. I dont have the time but I guess neither do they. I personally would go somewhere else.
Just purchased my first bike, the staff made the purchase easy and were very helpful !
I just bought my 2nd motorcycle from Cities Edge, first from Clark and then from Kevin. Im just getting back into the game after 25 years. So, I had a lot of questions that I needed to have answered. Clark and especially Kevin showed an incredible amount of patience with me. My questions were answered thoughtfully and thoroughly. I felt very comfortable with both of my purchases. Would highly recommend to anyone that asks.
We love our new wave runners!! Thanks Kevin for your service and answering all my questions. Great dealership to work with.
I must say I’m very disappointed with the parts department at this establishment. Two weeks ago I ordered a fastener bolt for my 2020 Suzuki motorcycle, the part I ordered was a specialty item directly from Suzuki. Just to be safe I brought one of the fasteners with me upon ordering it because it had an allen head and a shoulder on the bolt. I explained to the parts department what the bolt was for and for what type of motorcycle and where the bolt was located on the front fender specifically. As I explained previously I brought one of the bolts with me so there would not be any confusion as to what specific part I was in need of. He took the part in his hand and proceeded to look on his computer at the diagram of the motorcycle and the application the bolt was for. He then told me the part was available, actually a pair of bolts were available in Pennsylvania directly from Suzuki. Great! My wife and I paid for the part on the spot and gave him our information, Phone number etc. and he told us since it was in stock it should be a few days and he would contact us via phone call and let us know when the part became available at the store. So a few days shy of two weeks he calls me to tell me my part had arrived, so my wife and I drove to their dealership which is 46 miles one way from us, once again just to be safe I brought one of the bolts with and now to find out he had in fact ordered the wrong bolts. I was very agitated at this point to say the least and to add injury to insult he refused to take ownership for the incompetency on his end. I asked for him to refund my money and I will never frequent this business ever again.
They were able to do an inspection on a motorcycle that I was selling. They were great to work with. It was hard trying to figure out where the bike entrance was though because there was a lot of stuff in front of the service entrance.
I bought my first waverunner, a Yamaha FX Cruiser SVHO here today. When I showed up these guys were amazing and treated me like family. All my paperwork as well as my accessories order was ready to go. Service made sure my battery was charged before I showed up. The transaction went as smoothly as I could have asked for. Kevin helped me load the machine and thoroughly went over it with me. He took extra time discussing a future waverunner with me as well as a future dual sport. He helped me decide on accessories as well. Alyssha was sweet as well. Overall I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Id definitely buy here in the future and recommend them to friends and family.
Parts department is great and are very helpfull, however I brough my bike in to have the front forks checked out and it took 3 MONTHS for them to get it done, and i understand being understaffed but there was NO communication on their end, literally nothong. I went in to check on the bike and check on the bike and get some parts and find out my bike has been done for a week and noone called me. Very disappointed in the service here, probably wont be bringing my bike back here after the service i got for $1000 dollars.
Got an oil change and it took a couple hours after they spilled oil all over the bottom of my bike. Lame, not going back.
This place has the worst customer service I ever experienced. Clark the guy who is on charge of financing has a very goofy attitude and acts like he dirás not want to sell the bikes . Also Eric the other employee has a very negative attitude I just move forward and bought my bike from other place because these guys vibes made me quit.
I didnt have my part but they were very helpful to find the part for me at another store very good customer service.
Went there with a friend and the service was great! They helped us out but left us alone enough to do our own thing, while still being available to answer any questions we had! 4 stars only because I wasnt there to purchase anything and therefore didnt deal with purchasing anything otherwise likely 5 stars.
I bought a super cool motorcycle for a great deal thanks to Kevin Zim! Never had a problem with it and Ive had it for years!
Shopping for a snowmobile helmet. I have done a lot of research on the subject. Unfortunately, you cant try them on for size over the internet. Was approached by a younger male employee who was very nice, and explained that if we were going to try on a helmet, to make sure that we brought it up to the counter so they could wipe it down. I agreed obviously during a pandemic and would be concerned if that was not the case. Continued to try on the first helmet of 2 that I had narrowed down. Another male employee proceeded to say as he was walking by, Just wanted to let you know that youre not allowed to try on the helmets because of covid. (There was a sign displayed that All helmet sales are final) Noticeably, the younger gentleman looked at him and shrugged. I then took the helmet off, put my glasses on, put my mask on, and calmly walked the helmet up to the counter where the first kind sir told me to place it. I was intending to quietly leave when the second male employee says without making eye contact or anything, in a louder voice, You gonna go with that one? I calmly looked up and said, I was up until a minute ago, Ill take my business elsewhere. I hope that wasnt a manager/owner.
Great customer service. Stopped in for parts for a 90 kaw mule side by side, and Jamie in parts was most helpful and highly knowledgeable guy.Oh and they sell great bikes too!
Cities Edge has always treated me fairly. Staff have always been pleasant and helpful. Needed a link removed from my chain before the big 4th weekend and they took care of it, FREE OF CHARGE! How awesome. Thanks Cities Edge.
Staff is friendly, we like it there. I bought quite a few things at Cities Edge from atvs to motorcycles, always new and always cash including many parts, gears and 7 helmets. I use their service dept as well. I bought two bikes last weekend, both cash. The prep fee of $500 on my kids bike at $2,999 was quite ridiculous why I am giving 4 stars. I didnt want to argue but wasnt happy with it, the fee is disproportionate from the sale price. I still recommend, as I mentioned earlier, we love the store and staff. Just disappointed this time around though regarding that fee, $350 wouldve been more appropriate in my opinion.
2017 Kawasaki ZX10R KRT Edition - Transmission Gear RecallI brought my bike to these guys for the recall and I am not exactly sure what they did to it when they replaced the gears for the recall work, but the bike shifts like a dream. It is literally like a different bike and such a pleasure to ride. Every time I shift it makes me wonder what did they do to make it that much smoother? On top of the unexpected performance I gained in the shifting I also was very happy with the staff and the way they do business. I didnt have a ride to drop off the bike and showed up pretty late in the morning completely expecting to be told I would need to make another appointment. Nope all he said was I have you scheduled, so we can do it today Great experience overall and I hate letting anyone work on my bike, but these folks did it right and made it painless. I told the dealership I bought the bike from (they are no longer in business) that there was no way I was bringing the bike to them for any break-in checkup or even if the engine blew up I told them I would just have them ship it to me and they wouldnt be touching it. True story I really told the salesman that but, I wouldnt hesitate to bring my bike to Cities Edge this was a great experience! Thank you all for your help!Jason Johnson - Mpls. MN.
Great place for any ATV type vehicle .. Clark helped me out getting my kx450parts guys were very good too! ... taco loco just across the street.. nice.
Where I bought my motorcycle and get all the maintenance done.
I went to get a new tube put in my motorcycle tire. The service man told me it would be $40. He said that he had time and can do it now, so I told him I would wait. While I waited, two other customers came in complaining about the service they were receiving. One guy said that they had his sons four wheeler for over a month, and didn’t even do any work to it. He was there to pick it up. After over an hour he came up with my wheel and he told me the price was $65. I asked to talk to the service manager, he said there wasn’t a service manager because he quit two weeks ago. This was my second experience with cities edge, and both have been horrible. I will never go back to cities edge for any reason.
Would not recommend. Dealership is a nightmare to deal with. Would rather take the extra time to drive elsewhere.
We stopped by there Saturday and were blown away by the exceptional service. We were on our way out of town and got a flat tire on our snowmobile trailer. We tried multiple tire business to get it fixed but they were either closed or were not able to help us. When we got here the employees went out of their way to fix the tire. They didn’t have a spare that would work with our trailer but they spent 45 minutes repairing our tire and getting it to hold air. They were friendly and extremely helpful! They didn’t charge us a cent for all their hard work. This isn’t the first time they have gone above and beyond with their customer service! Thank you guys! You’re all amazing!
Would highly recommend, great place to shop, is worth the drive !
I got my new CBR there. I have never been nor heard of this place, but service was awesome, people were abnormally friendly, and continue to help me with questions and servicing/advice after purchase. Selection is not quite like Motoprimo/a big dealer, but if they have a bike you are interested/want I would go. It’s worth your time for sure. I would recommend over a big dealer tbh. The sales manager had more knowledge than other places I’ve been.
Bought a used bike here and they were great. They had a good price and then did some extra maintenance for free. Nice staff and the buying process was smooth. Thank you Kevin for a great experience.
I bought my first bike here while deployed to the Mid-East. Clark did a fantastic job of helping me complete the purchase electronically. When returned to MN 2 days earlier than I had told them I would pick up the bike, they went out of their way to prep it and make sure I could go home early with it that day. Great service above and beyond expectations.
My husband called to request a hold on a motorcycle at 10:20 am this morning. The guy at Cities Edge took down all of his information but said he didn’t need to make a down payment because he would be coming in same day to purchase the bike. My husband made the appointment for 3 pm (same day). We both took a half day off from work and drove an hour one way with three young children. When we showed up at 3:05 pm, my husband was informed that the bike he had placed a hold on had been sold. A guy had walked in an hour earlier and they just assumed it was my husband and sold the bike. This company had my husbands name, address, drivers license number...everything they would have needed to verify the correct person was purchasing the held bike. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company, especially if you need a hold placed in order to make that purchase.
I visited Cities Edge on a wintery Friday afternoon on a day off from work. I was immediately made to feel welcomed by a front desk staffer and three different sales reps. None of them were pushy. I returned the next day with my wife and we bought a Z125 from Kevin. The purchase was quick and hassle free. Cities Edge has quickly become one of my favorite retail establishments.*** EDIT ***I returned to buy a Z900 RS today. The buying experience was every bit as impressive as the last time. Same people — Kevin and Leah (I hope that’s her name). The buying experience here is consistently good because the people are just good folks. You can trust this dealer.
The crew at Cities Edge has always been helpful with whatever I needed. Recently purchased a second bike and they made it super easy. I will definitely continue going back for whatever I need in the future.
Great service and parts team. Have an 03 Honda Shadow that needed a full carb rebuild and its been running great since Cities Edge worked on it. Super helpful parts team getting me what I need to winterize it as well!
Great staff at Cities edge, very helpful and personable. Highly recommend!
You’ll know you made the right decision, on the right purchase at the right Dealership! They know their stuff and always give me a high Class friendly welcoming, filled with friendly honest info and stats. Kind, Fair, Support filled with Respect and Integrity. They haven’t just made a customer, but a customer for life. No stress, no confusion, evertime a purchase was made there, we know all was done Impressively over the top, and correctly.Thank youLove my new Suzuki!!
I took my 1998 Artic cat atv in for repair. The service manager was awesome . He treated me like I was going to spend a ton of money . The repair was done in couple of days and was very reasonable
Caitlin was amazing! My husband and I went in there a few days ago and we are trying to figure out what is the best fit for us. She answered all of our questions and was so sweet about it! She especially answered our questions about lowering bikes since I’m so short but I’ve always wanted a bike. She answered all of our questions about side by sides as well. I will for sure be going back to work with Caitlin. Thank you Caitlin if you see this for all your patients and help.
Went in to look at a bike, and was promptly greeted by Kevin Z and had all my questions answered. I also appreciate how straight forward he was. I Was able to work out the details and get all paperwork signed for within 2 hours, including the drive to the bank. I was impressed with how I was treated, and would gladly purchase from them again.
Great place, sales staff was very helpful, made finance and purchase very easy ! Highly recommend !!
Great dealership Phil has been nothing but helpful. And Kevin in sales is knowledgeable and a great resource when determining what is best for me.
Enjoy the monthly rides that they put together to meet others and go riding in the summer months. Not many dealerships do this
Amazing Sales Staff. I was really struggling to find a new bike that didn’t break the budget, and while these guys are pretty firm on price, I had shopped around and they already are the best price in the cities, but they worked with me to fit my bike into my budget & had tons of finance options. Will definitely recommend, thank you for making this a memorable purchase experience!
I checked it out because it has been a local business for quite some time. I was looking for a helmet and looking to see what else they carry. I didnt even get a hello. Im not a shopping snob by any stretch of the imagination. But if you want to keep a brick and mortar retail business open in this age, you need to acknowledge and/or greet your customers. If not, we just go online or elsewhere. To be completely fair, I was only here once. However, this was the first impression they made. Sometimes you only get one shot to make that impression.
I just purchased my first Motorcycle from here after shopping numerous other Motorcycle dealers. Purchase experience was made great from initial first time in the store to help with finding the right bike for me that I liked and felt comfortable with . ( I am very particular to where I make purchases at retail stores because I own my own business and have high expectations when shopping ) . Everyone here was very helpful and patient during my decision process. Thank you to Clark and his staff as I will be enjoying my new Motorcycle and will be referring any friend or family your way!.
Always a great experience here. Helpful staff who genuinely cares about their customers
Good people willing to help
I am a first time user of the service department. They fixed my wifes Arctic Cat for under the estimate, helped load the sled and gave me an honest review of which models have a good track record for low repairs. They also took pictures of the necessary repairs.
Bought a new 2018 DRZ from cities edge. Sales reps were helpful and knowledgeable. I was out the door in a short time and will be bringing the bike back soon for its first maintenance. I would definitely buy again from Cities Edge Motorsports.
Showed up cash in hand to get a new wheeler met at door by a work coming out ask if I had a mask I said I didnt think so he said I could come in he walked off to his truck left not very helpful
They have a great selection of bikes, snowmobiles and 4 wheelers, plus parts and accessories. They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff. A great place to visit.
Called during covid to get price over phone so i wouldnt have to drive 250 miles and not buy they were kind of rude
Refusing service wont finance said only cash on new unit very sketchy dealer stay away !
I am on my 3rd new sled from Clark, (and recently Kevin) since 2014. I also get all my gear there. They always given me my 20% off discount, (if you buy a sled from them you get the discount for life). If you find things you want online that they carry, e.g. Klim boots. I just email them the part number, they apply the 20% discount and order it in for me. I dont know why anyone would pay full price on gear when you can get 20% off. If you factor in the savings you will have over the years, it’s worth paying more for a sled just to get this discount. When I bought my first two sleds from them I needed everything, i.e. helmets, gloves, boots, coats, etc. I had to outfit four people so with my discount I saved over $800.00. I have bought a ton of gear over the years from them, so I have easily saved thousands. Both Clark and Kevin are down to earth people that make you feel like you are talking to some old buddies you have not seen in a while. I have never felt like I was working with a sales rep, EVER. Im really looking forward to my 2021 Arctic Cat Riot that I pre-ordered last month. That too was such an easy process. Kevin had the one I wanted ordered in about 10-minutes over the phone. I did not have to go in and spend hours with them to get it “on order”. If you have ever bought a sled, ATV, motorcycle, etc and felt like you were dealing with a sales rep vs a friend, you don’t know how easy of a process it could be along with a great “gear” discount to boot, pun intended.
Ive purchased both my motorcycles from Cities Edge Motorsports and everyone Ive dealt with have been AWESOME!!!! My first bike was a 650 used Yahama under $3k, and after 3 years on that bike I was ready for something bigger. Now I have a brand new 1700 Kawasaki that I paid a little over $13k for. Regardless of how much I was spending, both times were an excellent experience! Jamie helped me this last time and he was very knowledgeable. He wasnt pushy, and any concerns I had were addressed. I was a little timid about going to such a large bike, and he went the extra mile to find me a similar used bike to ride around on. Ive had my bike serviced there since, and the service and parts staff are fabulous! Thank you Cities Edge Motorsports for continuing to provide awesome customer service!!!!!
Greeted right away, super nice sales staff, every one was really helpful and not pushy. Purchased my new atv here. Thanks Kevin and Clark, will be enjoying my new Honda for this winter.
Kevin was a great help when doing my research and deciding which utv to buy. I will definitely be back for all my future needs! Thanks again Kevin!
I have had several excellent customer service experiences from the service department at Cities Edge. They helped me prepare my KLR 650 for an international bike tour. I appreciate these guys a lot for helping me out. Thank you all!
Avoid the service department if you want your bike back in a reasonable amount of time and all the work done on it. I brought my bike in Sept 2 for fork tune up with seal replacements. Billed as 2 hours of labor got my bike back Oct 4. They never called me to tell me the hold up, I had to call them to find out they ordered the wrong part more than once. I was never given a time line when the bike was going to be done even when I dropped it off. I have had this bike for 7 years and the fork feels the same as when I brought it in, still diving. I was looking to buy a new 750 from them, but since no one talked to me both times. I was in there dropping off the bike and a month later when I went to pick it up so clearly they dont want my business. Im very happy to not give them my business. Zero stars if I could pick it.
Great selection. Staff is friendly and very helpful!!
Poor service department last year and this year. First year bike came back with handlebars very twisted. This year after they worked on the brakes I have a very annoying squeak while cruising. Ive had my bike stored there both years and when I called in advance, 2 or more weeks ahead, to have my bike ready it wasnt ready. Did not return my messages and never left any messages that my bike was ready, always had to call.
Bought my first bike here, the staff was super friendly both Clark and Steve were friendly and helpful. As well the parts crew were eager to help and set me up with the proper gear. Top notch service!
Honestly i have no clue who would want to buy anything from their sales team. They do not treat you well at all. I ended up walking out and went elsewhere and bought a ATV. Couldve been an easy sale but no. This review is soley based on the sales team. Ive serviced my stuff here with no complaints.
I have been interested in purchasing a motorcycle for some time now but have been too afraid to pull the trigger. The staff at Cities Edge have been so patient with me. The sales staff is always very willing to answer all of my questions and I havent felt rushed or pushed into purchasing before I was ready. I visited a couple of other dealerships in the area and I always felt pushed by pushy salesmen to buy buy buy. My experience at Cities Edge was completely opposite. Caitlin was especially helpful to me with her knowledge of the different choices I had and with her experience as a rider herself I felt very comfortable with her advice. Not only was she very professional and kind, she had extensive knowledge of every bike I looked at. I would highly recommend this business especially if you are a woman looking for a relaxed purchasing experience where you wont be bullied or pressured by men who just want to make a sale. Thank You Cities Edge for an amazing experience!
Kevin was the bomb. He was super helpful and I’m happy with my new sports bike!
Best sales team Ive ever dealt with. Top notch customer service, very knowledgable, friendly people! The place to go if youre looking for an honest deal.
Usually have what you or theyll get it for you. Good staff, always had a good experience.
Cities Edge is unbelievable! Everything from service, to pricing. Ive shopped and compared pricing and they will meet or beat hands down. Do your homework and youll find out that Cities Edge is hard to beat. They will have all my business. Thanks again!
Have been shopping for the last 4 months on a side by side, went to multiple dealers and did not purchase, This store by far turned out to be the best place to buy a motor- sports product . The entire staff was very helpful, Sales and parts team did perfect !
I came in last night right at close there was only one girl there I think she was the manager. Was really just looking for information on their 1000s and she was super informative. Awesome to see chicks getting into the industry.
Great place to shop, selection of products is excellent! customer service is great!! Was worth the drive!
They were exceptionally helpful and we had our business taken care of in great time.
Worked with Clark and he is the most helpful and patient person Ive had the pleasure of working with, he helped me get my gsxs750 and kept me reassured the whole time he was doing his best to get it there on time. Just wanted to thank you guys at cities edge for everything
Very friendly sales staff, helpful, knowledgeable on products, good selection !
This store had best selection, great group of employees to deal with, made purchase easy . Thanks to sales team again . Customer always!
This used to be the best place in the metro to get work done on my motorcycle. The last several years it has gone down hill drastically. I contacted them through there website in the attempt to schedule an appointment. They responded by saying i can just drop it off for a couple days and they will fit it in. Dropped it off and i got no call and they said i would be contacted the next day. I finally called a week later and they said the had not gotten to it yet. They said it will be done by a maximum of monday (four day in the future) and they would call me. I did not realize that monday was memorial day... they did not contact me on tuesday or wednesday. I called on Wednesday and they said it would be done by the end of the day and they would call. I received no call that night nor thursday. I arrived thursday night unannounced. They tried to tell me service was gone and didnt finish the paperwork. They made the guy come back in and he finished the paperwork and i paid. I was surprised they charged FULL price for the zero star labor and service they gave me. It saddens me but this shop is now another zero star shop. All i needed done was chain adjustment and fork valve seals... If you rather not ride your bike and pay people to stress you out this is the place for you. Not going back!
Great customer service! prompt and very helpful in finding me the right motorcycle!
My go-to shop for storing, winterizing, and summerizing my watercraft. Ten year customer.
Horrible customer service. Very rude. Even when wanting to buy with cash. Wouldnt honor price on bike even though it was clearly marked. Not my fault bike was labeled wrong. I will never go there for anything ever again.
Of all the shops Ive been to for cars and bikes over the years this is my favorite one. I bought my bike here 3 years ago and I got it with I think 150 miles on it, used as a demo bike only, for like 2k off the list price! You cant beat that deal anywhere - the tires werent even scrubbed in yet and I saved 2k off the same bike with 0 miles! Since I dont interact with the sales folks all that much anymore all I can go by was how I was treated when I bought the bike which was great. Now I deal with the service and parts departments quite a bit. Matthew in parts is extremely nice and personable and will always help you. My main reason for writing this review was relating to the service department. They are top notch. Better than any shop Ive ever dealt with. Recently I had a problem where a low life vendor on eBay sold me a used rim for new prices. I brought the rims into the shop and during the install they noticed the damage and contacted me immediately before proceeding to find out what to do next. They wanted me to be aware of the damage and wouldnt do the install before I came to look at it. THIS is how you do business people. They handled a difficult situation with class and professionalism. Peter and Pat in service are great to work with also. Pat I believe is the main mechanic and hes a really nice guy and always open to answer a question or two. If you need any work done on your bike this is the place you need to go. Most of my life I never really got the feeling like I could trust any of the shops that I go to for service but this is a shop I truly trust and trust them to work on my bike without hesitation.
Warm and welcoming store, very helpful, sales staff helped me promptly and courteous, shopped for weeks, top staff, made purchase easy and fun .
At first.. I was dissapointed with the work they did on my Kawasaki 4 Wheeler. After Talking with Clark, he took care of me the way I would have resolved the issue for an unhappy customer. I own a dealership myself, and the best part is that Clark actually called me directly for a follow up to make sure i was happy. Thank you Clark.-Indian Motorcycle of the Twin Cities
Bought a motorcycle helmet and jacket here. great service clean store and a lot to choose from. also gave me 30 bucks off my jacket.
Friends people. Dont turn down a small job.
Had my boat in there to have it looked over just to make sure everything was okay, got it back and didn’t run and they wanted me to pay them to look at it. Place is a joke
Great selection, staff was very helpful, Kevin and Clark made purchase a great experience! Thanks again
Recently bought my 3rd motorcycle here. I recommend you ask for Kevin Zimmermann, he’ll help you through the process in a very quick and professional manner.
Cities Edge Service department went above and beyond with my recent repair on my 4-Wheeler. Thank you for the great service!
My husband went into the store to get new dirt biking boots and not a single person offered to help or even say hello. Not impressed considering he was looking to get quite a bit of gear as well. Going somewhere else that’s forsure
Good place. Steve/Clark were great to work with. I will do business with them again.
I would give them zero stars if I could.I had my friends side by side there for a no start issue. The service changed oil and fiilter with no pre authorization. I just changed oil before I brought it there. Nick from service stated that I will be credited for the filter. The service manager, I think that who he was, did not want to credit me the 13.00 for the filter. Instead of arguing with him I just left. I will never bring anything to them again. Make sure you get everything in writing before service is done.
Great folks to work with; only did needed repairs & work was within estimate. Only place we take our motorcycles.
Tried to buy a bike here. Same bike was for sale at another dealer for the price I offered (although farther away). We were about 400.00 away in price and they let me walk twice (but did offer to let me bring my bike into their shop for service, which will never happen). Oh well, I got the bike I wanted, the other dealer took another 100.00 off so I bought an extended warranty and spent another 600+ on gear from the them.
I had a great experience purchasing from cities edge Motorsports in shakopee the staff was helpful Caitlin was extremely patient as i figured out payment and which bike i wanted and tony helped me choose the correct pair of gloves and helmet that fit my needs. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a fair priced motorcycle jet ski or atv.
What a joke parts department- never again. They were told exactly what and how many to order and 2 weeks later - today when I called to check- I get half my parts. No call when parts were in and was told they do email notifications. Well maybe Mitch should have asked for an email when he took the order we gave him 2 weeks ago- 4 plugs-4 wires w/caps - 2 carb kits.I didnt even get any plugs- 2 wires and 1 carb kit. Bad customer service about it today also. I would not suggest this shop to anyone and wouldnt have starred at all if it wasnt necessary to post.
Purchased twos sets of Motorcycle Gear here. The staff are pretty knowledgeable and give you the right options for what you want to do. Was also given a 15% discount my entire purchase and the prices are not marked up as compared to many online websites. Will get back again
Shadiest dealers in Minnesota hands down. Dude named Clark was trying to convince me so hard to buy brand new for my first bike and lied about specs. Don’t shop here
Called trying to find a part for my bike. Guy was awesome! Took time to help me find what I needed!
Want to thanks Kevin and the cities edge staff. I just purchased a 2018 suzuki drz400sm. Its a great bike and had a smooth tranaction with them. I will return for service. 5 star guys
They have been helping me with an old PWC that had engine issues and trying to figure out the best action for a PWC that they couldnt order parts for.
Little farther out but worth the drive to work with Steve and the rest of the crew..The price are way better vs the other places we have tried and best of all theyre not pushy and will send you to the right direction for best apr.End up with two brand bikes in one week for both me and my buddy and free cool tshirt as well..
Riders from super cross did a meet and greet. Staff was a little overwhelmed with the great turnout but did great job and super frendly.
