I visited as a fact finding trip for an upcoming project. While I was greeted by a friendly counter man who conversed well he asked more about me than my intended project. I left with the decision that while, Im sure, they have great product their price on the only item I checked was way above my price point.

Really disappointed. We found what we were looking for, but werent able to get help or questions answered. The one person at the desk said he had too much going on. We left some notes and hope to hear back. I took the morning off to do this. We cant be there between 6 and 4 because we work Monday to Friday. I think this store needs more help.

Purchased several Marvin custom windows from Scherer Lumber recently, my salesperson Michael H was really helpful getting me all the right info,so I could place the order correctly. Never imagined how much detail is needed to order a window properly. They showed me how to measure the jamb thickness, and opening size. Very educational. If your thinking of replacing or having your windows replaced this is the place to contact. They delivered the product while I was at work putting it in a safe location in the garage. Thanks for being so helpful

Driver blows red lights. Not very smart with that big of a truck. Clearly doesn’t care about others lives.

Great lumber products, but the service is definitely lacking. You need to know what youre doing and want.

There IS overnight parking. Just have to park outside the gate. Quick unload, and nice guys.

Fast unloading. FCFS 6:30am to 3:30pm. They do have space for overnight, park in front of receiving entrance, just don’t block the way.

Everyone was very helpful and they had the cedar siding I was looking for.

Not a bad place to deliver, quick to unload. No overnight parking.

This place sucks high price on everything if you pay with Comdata you have to go inside and they have to call it in which takes forever!
