Our AC went out a couple of days ago and we decided to go through our home insurance first. Well, their first available appointment wasn’t for another 2.5 weeks so after suffering through brutal humidity and heat in the house, i called Quality and within an hour of calling, Justin came out to the house and repaired our AC within 20 minutes. We also have a newborn so the prompt response and quick fix makes us even more grateful to this company. We will definitely be using them if any other issues (crossing my fingers there won’t be) arises. Thanks Justin, you were awesome and a life saver!!

AC stopped working on a Friday night during the first heatwave of the summer. Called Quality at 730am on Saturday morning and Brian was out at my place by 1:30 that afternoon. Lucky it was just a part that needed to be replaced and we had working AC 15 minutes after he arrived. We were very impressed and will definitely will be using Quality Heating for all our future needs.

Walked into a friends house and discovered the furnace was not working. House was 30 degrees and dropping, called the number that was on the furnace and got Justin on the line...he listened and gave me a very detailed list of things to look at and try....it was decided that we needed his expertise. He without hesitation headed our way to help figure out what needed to happen, on the coldest day of the year and a Saturday.Justin discovered 3 major serious things that were wrong with this furnace and replacement was the next step . He called Brian and they put together a quote in a very short while. We approved and the home is warming up in a very short amount of time. Cannot say enough good things about Quality Heating! They are very professional and responded quickly. Our furnace was not generating any heat, Justin came to provide an estimate to replace the furnace. He proactively looked at the furnace issues and did some maintenance and fixed it. Now we have heat. Justin is an awesome guy - explained everything and provided suggestion, I highly recommend them. Robert did an outstanding job on our AC! We were fortunate to get our home warranty to pay for the repair service, and Quality Heating certainly delivered! Robert actually arrived about 18 minutes early, and made quick work of getting right to the task at hand. He was awesome about answering my questions and showing me what would need to be done to complete the repair. He even leveled the pad so our new unit would be resting in place properly! He explained how to keep the outside compressor clean and protected no matter the season, so we get the most life possible out of it. He cleaned up the outside wiring connections as the original working was 18 years old and of rather poor builder quality from when our townhouse neighborhood was originally established. He left the utility room cleaner than it was! Outstanding service, quality work, and everything completed in less time than allotted for the job. Incredibly pleased, and we’ll definitely use them for any needed service in the future!

I have used Quality Heating for my business for a few years now. I have them do semi annual maintenance and change the filters. I have also called on them for repair needs a few times and have found them to be very accommodating and professional each time.

We had Quality Heating & Air come out for a quote to replace the furnace and AC. During our discussion the technician, Justin, commented on how clean the furnace looked. Its a little over 15 years old and we were under the impression we should replace it rather than repair it. Justin provided us a quote at a good price and we were ready to take the next step. But, based on his comments about the very good condition of the furnace we decided to inquire about repairing it instead. We had Justin come back out for a full diagnostic analysis and to our surprise we actually had none of the issues the other HVAC company claimed we did. Due to Justins professional and ethical approach to our situation we were able to avoid a very costly replacement for the minimal cost if a diagnostic service call. He saved us a bunch of money and earned a future customer when the time comes that we actually do need a new system. Thanks so much for taking the time to look a little closer and solve the issue instead of trying to sell us something we didnt need.

I hired Quality Heating and Air to install a new gas garage heater and a new inducer motor on my furnace. They got everything done in about a half a day and for a very reasonable price. They were right on time and didnt leave any mess behind. Id definitely hire them again.

A great knowledgeable team that does a complete job from beginning to end. Don came out to discuss options and estimates for a HVAC replacement. We wanted the High Efficiency Furnace option, but the exhaust would be under a deck. With more questions over how the exhaust would be placed, Brian came over to discuss how it would be set up.The installation crew, Justin, Travis, and Robert, were very professional. The replacement went well and the exhaust was insulated under the deck. They even made some adjustments on the placement of the gas regulator and the condensation pipe to make the area more safe. The gas regulator was left sticking out about a foot away from the furnace by the original installer when the house was new and the condensation pipe was a trip hazard. Im very pleased with a well done job.

Tech Andy was great! Got here earlier than our appointment and quickly diagnosed the main issue with our AC unit. Popped in a replacement part, checked all the pressures, topped off the refrigerant, and it was back up and running in about 30 minutes. Great service and went above & beyond to answer all my questions about the system!

Quality of service is outstanding! Don was extremely professional and very thorough! This was the Highest quality of service my air conditioning unit had ever received!Unfortunately, their Billing department, not so much (based on June 2019 experience). They didn’t allow me to pay for their service the day they were here and didn’t receive a bill until February 2020! When I tried to phone in my payment, it took a few weeks of calling before someone answered the phone. Very frustrating.Looking forward to their exceptional service again next week. Hoping the billing issues are resolved and this review can be edited to reflect the 5 Star service they deserve..

Andy was prompt! Actually early and on an AC call that is always nice! He was very professional, accommodating and answered all our questions with patience and skill. He fixed the wiring on our Nest thermostat which had not been charging properly previously and been a huge pain! Andy thoroughly checked the entire AC system even cleaning out our condensation drain which was also plugged. He re charged our system and added stop leak. I wish we would have been able to locate the actual leak but Andy assured us the stop leak works 95% of the time. So praying that is the case here since it was a drag to have to pay money for freon on top of our warranty deductible.Thank you!

Having your furnace go out can be a very unforgiving problem, but Andy from QHAC was able to stop by our home the very day it stopped working. He promptly pinpointed the problem and ordered the part which was needed for the repair. Before we knew it, our furnace was back up and running. We had our furnace replaced with Quality. From the tech who came to do an initial tune-up (Don), to the home office (Sarah & Brian), to the two techs who did the install (Justin & Hunter), we were treated fairly, honestly, and professionally. Even when the install ran into a slight snag, not attributed to Quality, they problem solved on the spot, let us know of our options, and finished the job on time.A great team to work with!!

I called to get an estimate for a project and was told the person to speak to was in a meeting but would call me back in 1-2 hours. Several days later and I had received no call back. I called again and was able to schedule an estimate appointment this time. That appointment and estimate went well. I responded to the estimate e-mail wishing to schedule a time for the work to be completed. I never received a response. After about a week, I called to schedule the work and was told the person responsible was out of the office for the day (a Friday) but would call me back on Monday. Monday came and went with no call. I called again that following Tuesday - the person I spoke with was apologetic and promised someone would call me back soon. Its now been a week since that phone call and Ive still received no contact. Id love to rate their work, unfortunately, its frustration after frustration to the point where I cannot even schedule a time to pay them and receive their services!

Waited for 3 weeks for A/C part to come only to find out when called after 3 weeks that part would only come end of August. It would leave us without an A/C unit for all of summer. Poor customer service. Round about phone calls. Do not recommend them at all!

Very happy with the promptness and professionalism of this company. Justin called me to let me know he is on the way. Justin fixed my AC soon and I was getting the cold air flowing in my house again.

Easy to schedule, friendly service provider and overall great experience. Some firms in the market try to take advantage of people and that’s not the case with Quality. They repaired 3 zone motors and did an annual maintenance on my furnace for a good price.

Our Home Warranty company assigned them to our project. We had what turned out to be multiple small gas leaks on the pipe going to our furnace. They got out as soon as they could despite some wrong information given from the warranty company, and got the pipes fixed within an hour of arriving. Everyone within the company we spoke to or worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I called Quality Heating this morning as my furnace was not working . The tech was at my home by 10 am and quickly diagnosed the issue and had the furnace back up and running. I have been a customer of Quality Heating for years and will continue to be. Great service, reasonable pricing and knowledgeable people.

Nice people but little experience. I hired Quality to come and evacuate the air (with a vacuum pump) on my new mini-split heat pump / air conditioner. The kid they sent had been on the job for one month. He vacuumed the system but knew nothing about how to turn on the system. He was at our house for 5 hours on a job that should have taken 1-2. I had to call the heater manufacture to find out he did not open the 2 valves to charge the system. Works great. IF you are installing mini-split heat pump you may want to call another. I paid $250 for very little expertise.

I have used Quality Heating for the past 16 years. Always on time, courteous, and reasonably priced. They don’t try to “sell” you unnecessary fixes. Andy and Gary are the best!

Our air conditioner went out on Memorial Day. The technician came out a few days later, and stated we needed to order a part. We were told the part was ordered, and waited ten days. The technician came out again, but didnt have the part. He said we needed to do more investigating, and then said we needed to order a part (the same part!). We waited 2 weeks, they came out and spent the morning installing the part. 2 days later, temperature is over 80 and the air conditioner is not working. After 1 month, sill not fixed.Through all this when we called their office, we would get different excuses for the delays. They didnt return our phone calls when they said they would. Save yourself time and headache, go with someone else.

I very highly recommend Quality Heating and Air. The tech that came to my home knew exactly how to fix the furnace and gave me information to keep it working as long as possible. He made me feel comfortable (important for a woman by herself) and had a great sense of humor even though my house was freezing when he showed up. Their servicing and new install prices were the best quotes I got after calling five other companies. They are the best!

Weve had Quality Heating and Air conditioning to service furnaces and air conditioners on multiple properties. They have always been available to come out right away and have done excellent work at a very reasonable price. Two years ago I was set up on a service plan with the local gas company. One of their technicians came out and told us that we needed to buy a new furnace. I called quality heating for a second opinion and Gary came out and fixed it for around $100. Today 2 gentlemen came to my home to replace my a/c unit. They were here all day (its a big job). They were incredibly pleasant, friendly, accommodating, polite, genuine and all around great guys. Its never pleasant to have to spend money on household repairs but the service provided was really great. They answered all my questions and tolerated my incredibly curious cats. (I know all too well not everyone is a cat lover LOL). Thank you very much, guys! Your service today was very much appreciated!!!

These guys expect the client pay for new techs training. My Central AC stopped working, the guy they sent was a brand new tech (nothing wrong with that part) the part I have a problem with is the fact that he spent most of his time on the phone getting help and it turned out to be a fuse leading to the unit. It was one of the first things he pulled out but did not check. I expected to pay service charge and too much for the fuse (about 100.00 for both). The bill was 174.00 so they charged me an extra $74 for the mentoring time and that should not be passed on to the client. I will not use these guys again for service or new sales.

Needed a replacement for a chimney cap that had blown off. They were very responsive about coming out to see what was needed, got the new cap and coming over and putting it on.

Andy from Quality heating was on time courteous knowledgeable and solved my furnace issue quickly..he was thorough in his explanation if what was wrong and their prices were fair...awesome job.

My air conditioner had quit working and I called Quality Heating. They had a quick response time, quickly fixed the problem and for a reasonable charge. I would recommend them for your heating and cooling problems.

Had them come and inspect my noisy furnace.They sent a young man (who I will not name) who opened the top half of the furnace, said I had a bad inducer motor. He checked the burners and said they had rust (9 year old furnace). He then said it would be about $1000 to replace the inducer and almost as much for the burner. Then he suggested a new furnace, that its not his money but this is what he would do.A new furnace? Wow, couldnt wait for him to leave.I opened the bottom of the furnace. It was the main blower motor making the noise, not the inducer. I ordered a new blower motor and a capacitor. Blower motor was $216 new, and the capacitor was $12. The burners can be cleaned with a $4 wire brush. Fixed it myself in less than an hour instead of buying a new furnace for a total cost of $232.00.Quality Heating and Air Conditioning billed me $81.37 for a house visit, a misdiagnosis and a recommendation to buy a new furnace. This is not only a bad business practice, but a waste of both our time. I called them and talked with a very nice lady. Explained what had taken place, I explained that im willing to pay the bill, but wanted to give them a chance to do the right thing. They chose to have me pay, which I politely did.I give this company an F. They do not employ knowledgeable technicians and train bad business practices to the point of ripping you off. Stay away.

Weve used Quality Heating and Air Services for the past 5 years ever since our furnace died in the middle of the night on the coldest day of January with a newborn in the house. They came at 2 AM and had our furnace going again in 1 hour. Since they were there when we really needed it, weve continued having them provide yearly maintenance for both the air conditioner and the furnace. The techs are great - professional and friendly and quick. We love the personalized service!

I have had 2 issues in the past month and Quality is quick to respond and shows up when the said they would, even calling while they are on there way. They have gone above and beyond to repair our AC unit. Great technicians who are very friendly and enjoy what they are doing.

Called on Friday at 7:45pm for someone to come look at our AC unit (88 degrees outside) and we have a newborn here.When asked if he could come out tonight, his response, Well youd have to let me get dressed. Why do you want someone to fix it? Its a newborn, theyre used to 98°.Will not use this service and do not recommend. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I contacted this company to get an estimate on a furnace mounted humidifier a few weeks ago. I spoke with Rich who seemed extremely helpful initially, and he told me he would contact me the next morning to set up a time when he could stop by and take a look at my furnace set-up. I took time off of work, so that I could be home for the appointment. I didnt receive a call the next morning so I called Rich a little after noon, and he said he would be able to stop by later that afternoon and he would give me a call when he was on his way. Im still waiting for that call. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNDEPENDABLE!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE!
