I was very pleased with both my hearing exam and also the ordering of my hearing aids. Eric was very thorough with the exam and was of great help in picking out my hearing aids, no pressure for sure. He was also very good to show me everything I needed to know on using them, charging, and care. I would highly recommend Hearing Life in Shakopee for anyone with hearing needs.

He explained what he was doing in arespectful way I could understand and it was a no-hassle experience.I am glad he is in Shakopee. As a current hearing aid user I stopped by to see if newer technology would improve my ability to understand speech. Erick, an audiologist tested my hearing and suggested products that could improve my hearing. Now a few weeks later my new aids have done the trick. I can hear leaves rustleing, and speech clearly.
