Found a lift I wanted to rent online and bid a job accordingly. Called to reserve and the told me the price was 4 times what the website said. I have a screen shot of the lift with pricing but it doesn’t look like I can post it here.

Was able to stop in and get OME parts for my 304e2 same day.

Field service, shop service, parts, sales, and rental departments are all top-notch. Every person I’ve dealt with in each of these areas has been professional, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable.

To start this review I would love to mention the terrible customer service that I received. I dropped off one of my trailers to get wheel bearings replaced, check brakes, just your typical trailer maintenance issues. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and I was told it would be done by this coming Friday. So four days sounds perfectly okay to order parts and line everything thing up to be fixed. So I called that Friday morning wondering what time I could pick up my trailer. The guy in charge of service down there said he had to call me back. He wasnt sure if he was fixing or if he sent it across the street to be repaired. Calls me back later that day and tells me that nothing has been done to the trailer all week, Im going to send it Bloomington on Monday so they can fix it for you. So the first excuse was that they were painting half of the shop so he couldnt fit it in. So next monday Bloomington Zeigler store calls me to get our service all set up. And then go on to explain that the shop started on fire in Shakopee thats why your trailer didnt get done. so to this day Im not actually sure if the shop started on fire or if they were actually painting, who knows. As far as Im concerned its just another excuse to why they couldnt do their job correctly, or manage it in a way that kept me in contact and let me know whats going on. I shouldnt have to call a place of any business just to make sure they are doing their jobs. In result of all this, it took them about two weeks to complete a project that was supposed to only be four days. It Ended up costing me 500$ on a trailer rental. But the bottom line is, is that they told me a set date of completion and completely failed. Not only did they completely fail on the time line but failed to keep in contact with throughout the process. I will in no way, shape or form ever recommend them to anyone again for anything. Its almost like if you dont spend over a million dollars with these guys they could care a less about your small business and could care a less about getting their job done in a timely matter. This review does not include my experience with the Bloomington store. I plan on leaving a one star review with the Bloomington store as well later today.

If I could have put zero stars I would have. I have never met a more incompetent group of employees. From the salesman Dan to their finance department. Not only did I once correctly fill out finance paperwork to purchase a new tractor, I had to do it a second time because the salesman Dan over charged me over $2000 the first time. Also his paperwork was written up incorrectly two times. Incompetent. He also over promised the delivery date by over two weeks.And then the new correct paperwork was never sent to the financing company so it reflected the overpriced amount. Here we are two days before automatic payments come out of the checking account only to be making all of their calls for them because they are incapable of being a group of professionals.We love our tractor but it’s been nothing but a headache working with this company. I wish we went somewhere else and I’m sure the financing and all this headache wouldn’t have happened.Be warned and good luck to our farmers out there. We appreciate you!
