I was really impressed by the service I received at Prime Time Auto. I saw that they had the vehicle I wanted, and the price was really good. I liked the fact that I could test drive it and try out all the features of the vehicle without them standing over my shoulder telling me how great their dealership was, like happens at other dealers. I think I actually test drove it like 3-4 different times before I bought it. I always try to get a auto shop to do a pre-purchase inspection to make sure everything looks good under the hood. Some other dealerships make you purchase the vehicle to do this, and return it if there are issues.They actually drove it to and from the local shop that I chose. With those findings I was able to negotiate a slightly lower discount and bought it. I am not sure how they did it, but when we were doing the final paperwork, they were able to click a button and activate the 30 day free trial of the XM Satellite radio, which I was able to enjoy on the ride home. I would highly recommend.

The cars on their lot were all in great shape with prices and relevant information clearly visible. They provided upfront Carfax reports, as well. We paid a fair price for a nice Jetta for my son. I would highly recommend working with them.

I had a good experience with John. I feel we paid a fair price for the car. We just drove it off the lot yesterday so time will tell how it hold together. The buying process was somewhat easy. It did get a little complicated when both John and Dixon were involved. In the end John came through. Overall the car was pretty clean inside and out. I hesitated buying a car from a smaller, less known dealer but in the end it worked out just fine and we found the car we wanted at the price point we were looking at. Win win in my book!

I had a very good experience with Prime Time Auto. The owners were extremely helpful. They had stayed open way past their closing and were in no rush to get us out. Even after the purchase was finalized we sat there talking and joking around for a bit. The truck I had purchased was extremely clean on both the inside and out. I have already made a few trips to central Wisconsin and back with no issues. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.
