If your looking for a van don’t plan on it being there to test drive before the sale. They are constantly in the cleanup shop until the last minute been that way for a few years and only getting worse. Not like they haven’t been sitting in the lot waiting to get cleaned for weeks!

Great Car Wash

Spoke to a girl named Georgia and she was very rude over the phone. Was very snappy with me and had a big attitude. She had no idea what I was calling about and made me feel stupid about my call. Then I talked to a girl named Jenny and she was very helpful with my call and was very nice over the phone.

Went in to get some information since it’s my first time on planning to attend auctions and spoke to a lady named “Georgia” and she was really rude! She made me feel dumb and gave me so much attitude! I didn’t even get the information I was looking for.

Teach your staff that theft and removing properties off a vehicle is not okYou guy will be paying.

I was at the time looking for a used SUV and I thought the were gonna be the ones I purchase from but the staff was incredibly nice & helpful!

Where do I start.I have purchased from Manheims all over the US and have only had a few issues, only one other worth posting a review due to the situation being completely their fault and them not owning up to their mistake.I purchased a 2014 Yamaha AR192 boat from their specialty sale. Typically, as know, these sales are AS-IS which makes complete sense when information is correct.Long story short, the boat was represented as having 118 HOURS, lake tested and good to go. The keys were no where to be found to be able to confirm this nor was an agent willing to help. I purchased it blind only knowing the information that was hand typed into the notes by Manheim that was produced by the seller. After paying and completing the purchase, now everyone knows where the keys are and are willing to help. Well, I got the boat out on the water and it has a pretty noticeable rod knock. I Brough it in to the nearest Yamaha dealer, which was over 2 hours away, and they confirmed not only did they rig up the boat to run for a short period of time, but the hours were over DOUBLE stated.How does a large company stand behind information that is incorrect to bring more money? Why would any business run this way of basically committing fraud? They told me I can bring in any specialty vehicle and completely lie about the information to bring a higher dollar amount and there is nothing anyone can do about. How is this ethical? Its not.Hope this can help someone when buying anything from Manheim.. they have been very good for years to me and I have purchased hundreds of vehicles from them. This just makes no sense and am hoping to find a resolution or bring my business to Adesa or another major auction.

Joe said he is a dealer there and he is not. It is a auction place for car dealers no poeple who are looking for a vehicle. Joe trying to sell cars on offer up and said his address was at manheim. He dont even work there. I called him more then 15 times with no answer. The place was trying to call him and no answer. They were saying it fine for him to sell this way everybody sells like this.

In addition to those, Ive had numerous other smaller problems - such as but not limited to: floor prices not being put in at all/or put in at the correct amount, condition report or lack of condition report requests being put in incorrectly (ie in reverse of what I want), additional fees being charged WHICH ARE INCORRECT and not accurate (so keep an eye on your invoices or youll probably pay a bit extra), evening gate hours being changed randomly so when you show up to pick up a car you have to come back the next day instead, occasionally cars on their property being messed with, andddd the list goes on....!!!!Do I really need to come in and HOLD ALL THE EMPLOYEES HANDS, making sure they do their job properly??? What a disgrace!!! Its mind blowing how much stuff theyve got wrong for me (more than has been right, I can assure you of that!) and thats JUST ME - what about the other thousands of dealers nationwide??But, when Manheim makes A KILLING charging Buy + Sale Fees on every car, Condition Report fees, Sale Day Wash Fees, an additional Internet Satisfaction Fee (for internet sales - BOTH to buyer & seller!!), PSI Fees, Cash Payment Fee, etc, and contracts out the auctioneers to minimize employees & overhead - plus plays favorites with large new car stores and high volume dealers, they simply dont care about customer service or ANYONE -- just the bottom line profit margin. Which is sad really!!! Shame on you Manheim!!And now, Manheim wants to focus more on digital sales - so buyers cant even see & inspect the cars theyre supposed to be spending money on??? HAHAHA WHAT A JOKE!!! NOPE, NEVER DOING THAT!!!While I will say: to deal with them is basically a necessary evil as theyre the largest auction nationwide, and most dealers dont have much of a choice - it would sureeeee be nice if they upped their customer service & attention to detail immensely!! I guess thats my dream for the future, similar to Martin Luther King Jrs dream I guess.... maybe one day....Until then: I wonder what the next fee they will come up with will be?? Perhaps like the commercial, a fee fee. Or possibly a fee to enter the premise on sale day/an entrance fee. Or maybe start charging to park in their lot to attend the sale? Only time will tell which way this goes....Thanks for reading and be careful dealers!Note: these experiences above have been at several Manheim locations across three states, not just one location in particular.

Staff are very helpful and friendly and the cars were easy to locate. My fiance picked up vehicles from this location to drop in another location.
