This is the 3rd car Ive purchased from Apple Used Autos in Shakopee and all have been good experiences. First two were older, higher mileage cars for my kids. Was able to find a low mileage used 2018 CRV that was perfect for my wife. All used car prices seem high right now, but the price was fair vs other options and they gave me a fair value on my trade-in. My sales person Scott took good care of me again. Very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Its great to work with them to see inventory from across the Apple Autos network, not just their specific location.

They were very straightforward, have good deals on cars, want you to get the car you want because theyre not paid commission.Very firm on pricing due to that fact as they lower the prices as much as they can due to it.

I went to Apple Auto for the purchase of my first financed vehicle. It was so easy. Scott Trebesch had all the paperwork ready. I just needed to sign it and give them the down payment and I was ready to go. For a first time buyer it was amazing. I came back 2 years later because the ABS light was on. I assumed It would take hours to get it done. No, they went and picked up the part- as I wanted a genuine Ford part and it was fixed in 30 minutes. Everyone there is very nice and great to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a vehicle.

Cynthia Kubiak at Apple Autos in Shakopee was a wonderful salesperson to work with. For some background, I absolutely hate the car buying experience typically. Ive had really bad experiences at other dealerships in the past. However, Cynthia turned that around for me. She was thorough, detail oriented, knowledgeable, had a calming energy to her and was very respectful of my time. I not only got the lowest price in the twin cities (I had been to several dealerships prior to stopping here so I can say this with certainty) but I also got the best trade in value for my used vehicle. The savings actually let me add on a few features I value which was a very pleasant surprise. Her follow up after I made my purchase was outstanding.

I was very excited to purchase a car from here. I got one all picked out but the bank didn’t answer in time so I was told they would call me the next morning and that I was their first priority. Never got a call so I showed up and asked for an update. No update was given just another promise they were trying to help me best they could. 3 days later and they texted me telling me they think “the bank is avoiding them”. Later on today I found out they actually sold the car. Super disappointed. If you want a trustworthy shop to go to this one is not it.

Dont expect to get the Kelly Blue Book offer they entice you with. We drove 60 miles expecting to get the KKB offer the emailed us. They say they will pay you $1000 over KKB. They were nice and we did except their offer. My recommendation is dont travel out of your way expecting a great offer.

Bought a used truck from them in January that they claimed passed all of their vehicle inspections, but that would be almost impossible. It was delivered to my house low def dealership said they would reimburse me just send them the receipt. That never happened. They told me the prior owner had the second set of keys... I never received those either. The windshield must have had a small amount of damage because it cracked without me even driving it. Before I have even been able to drive over 1000 miles on it and within 3 months of purchasing the electronics started glitching, the batteries died and it leaks oil. Coming from someone who has only ever had bad experiences with dealerships, this one was by far the absolute worst!You said they would be reaching out.. no one ever did, literally apple dealerships are a joke

I can’t speak highly enough of this place. I was planning on selling my car to a private party. For anyone who hadn’t done so, it’s s pain in the neck in the best of times. I wasn’t sure how I’d be able to work out test drives during the pandemic. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I decided to check out Carmax and companies like that. I was very clear I was looking for a private party level price, NOT trade-in. Apple Used Auto was the ONLY place that respected my quest and offered me private sale price for my car. They were very professional and respectable. I was very happy with what I received for my car. I received my check exactly when they told me to expect it. I’ve bragged on Apple Used Auto to everyone who knew I was selling my car. To end where I started, I can’t recommend them highly enough.Also, I tracked the sale of my car on their website. It sold in less than three weeks. If it sold for somewhere near the list price, not only did I get a good deal, so did Apple and so did the buyer. I know the condition of my car and the resale value per Kelley Blue Book. The end purchaser definitely got a good deal. I would recommend Apple Auto for buying or selling your car.

I bought a used 2009 Hyundai Sonata from Apple autos shakopee I was told prices aren’t negotiable which is a bit of a bummer but I understand sense it’s company policy. Luckily another policy is a 7 day 300 mile return which I was extremely grateful for given that on the 6th day of owning the car the gear shift got completely stuck, it wouldn’t start, and it had to be towed back. After that I was told that it was a small fix and I could continue driving the car but small issue after small issue occurred. I finally returned the car as I was to anxious about it’s reliability in just one week. I don’t necessarily think this is the car lots fault as they trade in cars and every one is different. I’m simply sharing my experience working with them, happy I got my money back!

The first time I took my car to be repaired here. They misplaced special parts of the fuel tank.The second time I went to change the low-beam on my car, Dodge Ram 1500-2011. It took more than an hour to change it. After the light was replaced, the dashboard low beam light indicator didn’t work.When I went back to tel them about the dashboard low beam light, their director of the maintenance claimed that there is no low beam light indicator in the dashboard. When I told him that this isn’t true and they needed to fix the problem and stand by their work, he told me they will only do a repair if I pay for it.They refused stand by their work and fix the problem, unless I paid more money.

Went in looking for a specific vehicle, unfortunately I had a small down payment. The guy at Apple auto hooked me up the same day I was able to drive off the lot, friendly and honest made it a lot more comfortable with my first financed vehicle. Thanks Scott at Apple autos

I took my SUV in because of a recall notice. I called the dealer and they took my information, and ordered the parts needed. the called me a couple weeks later and told me the parts were in. I scheduled an appointment early the next week. They were fast on the repair. I waited for it to be finished, and it was only about 45 minutes total.

I would highly recommend this dealership. David gave us no buying pressure, friendly service, and very knowledgeable staff. We were approved and out the door. Work that was done on the suv was explained upfront, the in house warranty was explained up front. There was no surprises and we left happy and did not feel like we bought a lemon. The cars are clean inside out, but their high millage makes them over priced. They also underprice your trade in. There is no negotiation. They have a, you take it or leave it mode with both the cars they are selling and their offer for your trade in.

It had a few minor things wrong and they got it taken care of a few days after we bought it. Just trust the process if you are looking for a vehicle. Im still not thrilled with the detailing of the interior of the vehicle, but besides that the truck runs great and the aftermarket warranty we purchased seems awesome.

My car broke down on the side of the road one day. I tried to have it fixed but it cost too much money to repair in relation to the amount the car was worth. I called up Apple Autos and Jerry helped me get a 2019 Dodge Caravan in short order. No hassle and was a very easy process. I would definitely buy from here again in the future.

Terrible customer service. I was pushed from one dealership to another when I even did an online reservation. I did a search while at the dealership on my wants, pulled up 71 vehicles. The agent, could only find ONE!! I was on THEIR website....amazing!! Don’t waste your time!!

It was nice to not have a high pressure sale pushed on me and to simply be able to speak frankly about the vehicle and value. Amelia was super great! They helped us get everything we wanted and it was all taken care of within a day. Been taking my trucks there for 5 years to get simple things done such as oil changes, tires rotations, tire balancing, etc. I’ve continued going back because of great service In the service department. However my last visit the guy at the front counter of service “John” was a complete jerk. I showed up told him I just needed a tire rotation and he answer his cell phone while i was talking to him! I found that rude to begin with. I watched him hand the keys to the mechanic while still on his cell phone and never said a word to him. The mechanic then came up to me and ask what it was I came in to get done so I told him a tire rotation. As I was sitting there I noticed they were putting my truck high up on the lift as if they were going to do an oil change so I went out to talk to John. I asked if they were only doing a tire rotation to make sure they weren’t doing an oil change else so. He then replied to me saying “if you don’t want us to do the work you can take it somewhere else.” I said to him that is not what I asked, but after how you’ve treated me today l, I will now on be going somewhere else.I found that comment very rude and unprofessional. I asked a simple question and instead of answering my question to reassure me what they were doing he made that comment. I will no longer be taking any of my vehicles there to get serviced. I will pay the extra money elsewhere from now on.

I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a used vehicle. I have had less than stellar experiences with car sales people in the past at other dealerships. I recently purchased a vehicle here and I am happy to report that that was not the case with Jerry Willenburg. We did encounter a few hurdles during the process. We were selling our truck via Kelly Blue Book, and got almost an immediate call from them. The facility is very clean and modern, and we were immediately greeted and paired up with the sales person. No haggling. A thorough inspection and we received our check for only $300 less than the KBB estimate. Only 2 hours from start to finish. Its been a very long time since we have bought a vehicle through a dealership and its always a tricky thing to navigate. Apple Autos made the process not only simple but extremely pleasant. The individual I would like to call out is Pete. Pete was extremely professional and thorough through the whole process. He made our family feel extremely comfortable and did not push us into anything we did not want. We worked with him a total of 3 days and went back and forth on a few vehicles and he was incredibly patient through the whole process. The other thing I would like to mention is the amount of inventory they provide at several locations throughout the twin cities gave us many options. The managers at all locations are extremely professional and the attire and overall atmosphere is very welcoming. They have a kids area as we have two girls 8 and 4 years. They were there a total of at least 4 hours! They had popcorn and free fountain soda along with kids shows and toys to keep them occupied. Honestly If I could give 6 stars I would. This is what a true example of a smoothly run dealership should look like. Many other dealerships should take some notes because apple autos is not only here to stay but is going to take over the auto industry!!We love the vehicle we bought and the peace of mind to know that if we are unsatisfied we can return it within 7 days or exchange it within 30 days. We will not end up doing that but the option adds peace of mind and that truly is one of the main reasons we went with Apple Auto. I had a really good experience at Apple Used Auto. Friendly and easy to work with. Came along on the test drive and answered every question I had about the vehicle I was purchasing. They did a lot of work to my vehicle including 4 brand new tires.Traded previous vehicle and got financing. I was able to drive off with my new vehicle the same day. My previous vehicle had a flat tire. They drove to my place. Removed the flat tire and put my spare on and drove it away. Which I was thankful for. They also have full services so I will be getting my oil changes and other auto care done there as well.

I came to check out a specific vehicle listed online, one of three I had on my shopping list that day. I was received well by the staff in a clean, open showroom. After driving the car and finding out what trade-in value the financial person was willing to offer for my old car (very generous), I thanked them and left to check out the other possibilities on my list. Later in the day I returned to Apple and bought the car. Throughout the process, I was treated with friendliness and respect, without a hint of pressure to buy. A very pleasant experience. And I love the car.

I had a great experience purchasing a 2000 Dodge pickup from Scott T. I was looking for an inexpensive but reliable truck to use for household chores and sportsmans activities. Scott said, I have just what you need. And he was right. Although it was classified as wrenchable, it drove well and was attractively priced. My mechanic has since inspected it and told me this was a very good acquisition. Scott and the sales manager Chad were professional and personable. The purchase process was smooth. The facility is clean, bright, and comfortable. I felt very confident buying there. I would send a friend there without hesitation.

They say they check the car before they are selling but they do not so make sure you check your car from different place after you buying and than bring it back before week of your car if theres problem i bought a car that is worth around 6k and after two weeks of driving this car broke down and engine is not even working plus had to change the battery of the car after 8 days of driving i would rather say to you that you should buy car from somewhere else unless you buying a new car.

I went in to check out a used car on the website. I worked with David, who was very helpful. I decided it wasnt what I wanted, so I asked David to show me other cars on the lot. There were no pressure sales tactics at all. I saw one car that I wanted to test drive, and I knew it was the car I was looking for. I bought it and the whole experience was great.

We bought a car through Apple Ford Shakopee in the past (and everything went well), so we decided to try to buy a car here recently. The salesperson was nice, but after we did a third party inspection, the car (that they claim had already been inspected) came back with a long list of issues - $2,000 in repairs. The manager at Apple Used Autos insisted that the shop was scamming us (which makes no sense...they knew we werent going to do the work there so they had no incentive to make up a bunch of issues) and he argued with every item on the inspection report. We took our business elsewhere and found a great car (which came back spotless when inspected by the same shop...guess they arent scammers after all!). I wont go to this dealership again

I just bought a car at Apple Autos, due to my past experiences with Apple Auto. I usually bring my dad with me when I buy a car, but he was not available . That did not matter, as I felt comfortable and trusted Apple Auto due to the great experience that I had with Apple Auto. I bought my previous car here, had it serviced here and had over the top experiences. I had the same great experience buying this car with the help of Scott T. Of Apple Auto. Very friendly, did not make me feel intimidated, because I was a woman and the car that I brought in was on it’s last legs,. I was treated with respect and I felt like a valued customer despite my poor condition of my trade in car. Upon Arriving to Apple Auto, I found the price had dropped on my car. They gave me a more than fair price for my trade in. I trust them and it makes me feel good about my current purchase. I also got a plan of 2 years of oil changes at Apple Auto’s, where else would I get my car serviced?

I went to several dealerships looking for a car, and Apple Auto had the best deals and customer service (Scott T.). They are a negotiation free dealership, which means their cars are priced below KBB suggested retail and competitive against the other dealerships in the area so they do not negotiate price. Scott was very responsive to my questions and emails, and did not pressure me into making any decision and made sure that I knew all my options and pointed out/ looked for anything wrong with the cars I looked at. Im very happy with my purchase!

I gave them 2 stars to start with cause I was a little upset I had to put in new spark plugs 3 days after buying a used truck. Got a phone call today and they made it right. I like the truck I bought and for them to respond to my review and make it right was well beyond anything Ive experienced.

I bought a car at this location over the weekend for my 16 year old. Jud was the best salesperson I have ever come across at a car lot/dealership. He was genuine, honest, very helpful and there was no pressure from him at all. I met 4 different salesmen in a 24 hour period and Jud was our favorite (no BS sales talk, and no pressure to purchase) - this only encouraged me to go back and find a car to purchase from Jud. I will go back for our next used car purchase, no doubt!!!

While everyone I came in contact with at the Apple Group was in good spirits, helpful, and professional; it really came down to one man that made my experience worth driving 70 miles for a car.Steve Blesener greeted me in the lot, showed me a good car that was what I was looking for in my price range, sat with me while I enjoyed a very relaxing test drive (in which I put the car Ive since happily bought through its paces), and was very informative when it came to the specifications and history of the car.I will happily return if ever I find myself in need another vehicle.

Just bought a clean, used Trailblazer at a reasonable price. I test drove a few vehicles and I really feel like I made the right buy. There was no pressure into buying a car, and I think the no-commission policy helps customers into making the right purchase.

I have not bought a car here, but I have shopped them recently. I dont understand why some dealerships have their sales people come with on test drives. Its extremely stressful because every comment I make to myself or my wife the sales person hears and can respond to it. If Im going to own this car for the next 5-10 years I should have 5-10 minutes by myself to check out the car, accelerate fast and brake hard, and to give myself a reality based test drive. Contrast this with Velishek in Prior Lake who hands me the keys and tells me to give it a good test.

I mainly dealt with Amelia Apple and Tim Germond who were both great. I left with keys to a new car in one hand and a check for my old car in the other exactly as planned; never felt pressured to do anything or spend more than I wanted. Highly recommend.
