Great having more selection when to choose from. All the employees were friendly and helpful when I requested directions finding a product. The prices are good for s store with a big selection.

Great place to buy groceries selection wise. Wish the bakery wasnt put where it is. As you go out the store there are delicious goodies. If you want to buy am you have to go back to the checkouts.

FYI:Hyvee in Shako is severely lacking in their ability to complete their Aisle online orders.I ordered today, Sunday, at 10:30 am and reserved a 4:30 pick- up time.Got a text around 4 sharing they were running behind and would it be OK if I picked up after 6:30.5pm someone was actively shopping my list as i was getting substitution questions.7:40 I head over to get my groceries. Wait in a line of 9 cars. At 8:30 Im told to go home- theyll Door Dash them to me tomorrow.Never. Again.**update** I called and canceled my order Monday AM since the door Dash never arrived

Aside from the general manager who was very honest and helpful, this Hyvee Sweet Shop has been a disaster. I ordered a half sheet cake and 7 double cake for my wedding a month and a half away from my wedding. I called 3 weeks before my wedding to confirm and pay. When I called they said they would call me the next week/two weeks out from the wedding to pay but they didnt. I finally called the Monday before my wedding and the worker who answered was not helpful in confirming the cake will be ready for my wedding October 2 and said she couldnt find my order. She called me back about 30 minutes later saying I actually could pay, so I did. There was a $50 delivery fee on which I proceeded to ask the sweet shop worker about delivery details and she said to call floral and hung up. I ended up picking up the cake, not wanting to chance it, they said it would now be ready for pick up at 1:30 Friday. I came to pick it up at 3:30 only to find out there wasnt a decorated 7 cake for my wedding. I settled on a 7 from the case but it wasnt what I had ordered for my cake order. Im just overwhelmingly disappointed in my whole experience.

While about 20 minutes slow, I got all Covid19 shot here. Check in was super easy and the actual shot was easier!Fun, easy going staff.After the shot, wait 15 minutes in case of a reaction and there is a nurse in area and near a hospital just in case.They give you a Covid19 vaccine card that YOU keep and bring back for your second dose.Very clean store!

Like a 5 Guys. Order at counter and is delivered to your table. Burger was excellent. Onion rings are the thin ones here! Did not expect that. Ran out of root beer at this visit, but were resourceful and got some from grocery store next door!

Worst HyVee Ive been to particularly in terms of selection (everything was sold out) and the check out process. It took 30 minutes from when the guy started with me until he finished. I had a case of water under my cart and he said he needed the bar code and couldnt just look it up. The training could be better here because this is the first time Ive ever been told that I need to lug it on the belt to be scanned. I will be shopping at the location in Savage from now on.

Still new at shopping here so I dont understand the logic when looking for items. Other than that staff is helpful and friendly. 😊

Hy-vee knows how to treat customers! Everyone of these I have been to have always been clean, filled with plenty of great food options amazing staff. The market is very convenient and always has fresh food item. The attached restaurants are always good. I have not had a bad experience yet.

We reached out to book catering for our wedding back in January of this year. Booker, the catering manager for the Shakopee location was responsive and courteous upon our first email exchanges - now? Nothing. Our wedding is 3 weeks away on 8/14/21 and we have yet to hear anything from the catering manager about our final guest count and catering plan. Many attempts were made to reach Booker to no avail. This left us with 3 WEEKS to find a new caterer, in the midst of other wedding reschedules during a global pandemic. Couples have gone through enough in the wedding planning process this year, vendors being unresponsive - especially from a CORPORATE company is extremely distasteful. Weve thankfully found a new, reliable caterer. Leaving a couple (technically less than) 3 weeks to find a new caterer is disrespectful and stressful.... frankly - this company should be ashamed.

Great staff. Came to try the breakfast,and it was basic. French toast plate looked a bit empty and lonely. The bread had a different texture. The breakfast sandwich(with meatless patty and tomato)was good.

The manager of Aisles Online at this location, Ren (I hope I spelled correctly!) is absolutely the most amazing, kind, and helpful worker I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Any time there is a mistake with an order, she goes WAY above and beyond to do everything she can to make sure the customer feels cared for and valued. She has single handedly made Hy-Vee a better place for their customers. I cannot recommend them enough. What a fantastic store! Thank you Ren for all you do!

Shakopee Hy-Vee is clean and spacious, however they cant keep up with the community demand. Shelves are consistently under stocked on certain items. Online shoppers fill the aisles, and often get served before in store customers.

First time ever shopping here great store reasonable prices great customer service BUT I wouldve rated 5stars but the produce department needs a bit more TLC

I went inside the Hy-Vee to pick up some red solo cups. Took my cups with me to purchase in the liquor store with a variety of alcoholic beverages. Took my product to go get rung up and the cashier said, “did you get these cups on the other side?” I said yes. He said, “WELL YOU CANT DO THAT!I told him, “ok do you sell red solos in here.” He told me right behind you. I swapped my red solos from the shelf with the red solos from inside the liquor store.“Well you cant do that someone is going to try and buy those!! YOU need to go put them back.” I asked if he or one of the staff would be able to put them back as I had $50 worth product to pay for and he said no. I offered to put them back after we had finished the transaction and he finally agreed to ring me up. Not shopping at this location again.

Usually have what I want, but prices fluctuate wildly. Sale items are good, but off sale items are generally 30 to 40 percent more expensive. Also, this store is not a full size location so selection is limited.

Love this place, things may cost a little more, but most of the place is filled with gas discounts, a couple times I have seen us leave the gas station after spending 17 cents on gas for a full 17 or 18 gallons.

Absolutely love shopping Hy-Vee. Prices are a bit high for our area, but they make up for it in customer service and food quality. So, thats always a plus.

This is a wonderful grocery store. Even the bathrooms are awesome. I always grab a cart here because I know Im going to buy way more than I came for. The bakery is incredibly dangerous.

Its fine, as grocery stores go. Some of the category selections are very small (such as dry pasta). Overall the store was in decent shape for a Saturday afternoon. Unless youre looking for specialty products Id recommend shopping at a store with lower prices and wider selections.

Had gone on the grand opening day Nov. 7th. It had a similar lay out as the Savage location however provides seating out in the grocery itself near the hot bars and prepared meals. The staff here are warm and welcoming. Would high recommend this grocery store as the only one in town worth supporting.

1st time I was not impressed with hy-vee. Came at 10:50 to order breakfast. Order taker was doing something at the register, never acknowledge me, left to the kitchen, came back 5 min later at 10:59, only to have the menu board change to lunch. I asked about breakfast she said it was lunch only. So I went to get slightly warm egg roles. Came back to the same register only to hear the couple that was behind me ordering breakfast at 11:05...

Well that was a disappointing grocery trip. Small list of 10 things, and half of them were out of stock. I will admit some of the items were a bit uncommon, but thats why I went to a major grocery chain.

Gourmet chicken gravy was the only bummer. It was way to potent and made potatoes inedible. Otherwise wonderful place.

Evey time I go here they have mold on there all of there fruit. Bad. I sailed about the hole world been to Groshry stores all over the place. I have never seen such bad fruits. I have pictures going back 8 months of hole racks of Orenges with black mold. They have a sale on Blue Barrys now and 90% of them are bad. There meat department is fairly good. I have spoken with management over and over about this. Today I finally reported them.. guys clean up the department of Agriculture is going to be paying you visits. 8 months of photos time dated GPS and the works. Sad the place was good for 2 months when they first opened.. I should go back and post more pictures I have some that would shock most. Zoom in to just the few pictures I took today..

Live in the city dont get to hyvee a lot, but I know its in my back pocket when Im out and about in the burbs. Clean and nice with a great butcher seafood and keto section. Try their sausage of week and cool premium meats. This location was clean and nicely stocked. Went in for a quick dinner after a work meeting lots of choices different cuisines quick and easy and cheap.

I got everything I needed, but the workers were largely unavailable for the few places I had to ask for help.

We love the convenience of the restaurant and the large eating area selection for food on the go.

The Shakopee Hyvee location is almost always out if the advertised sale items. On this particular visit every item we went to the store for was out of stock. (Bacon, hamburger, pork tenderloins) These were a items advertised as on sale today through tomorrow. I probably will not continue to frequent this location.

Very sad they no longer print flyers. But still print a magazine every month? Looks like they dont appreciate the elderly. The greatest generation that dont use social media or web sites. Very sad.

I couldnt find anything. Store set up is way diff than others Ive been to. Very disappointed.

I have recently had several issues with the meat at Hyvee. Both their pork chops (which are relabeled Hormel products) and Strauss lamb products have gone rancid several days before the expiration dates. The lamb packaging ballooned (sign of bacteria present) in the fridge before I opened it to find that it was spoiled - a good 4 days before expiration. All products were stored at proper temperature in home refrigerator.. Not sure if they are stretching the dates or what but for the cost of groceries they charge, this should not be happening.

I found the hotdog flavored water limp bizkits fred durst was screaming about... its here at the hyvee gas station keeping the buns moist.

Only one check out open so used self check for the first time. Had an issue and watched the manager and another employee walk into the back room leaving one cashier as the only person out there. Finally got help and then had a second issue and never saw the manager again. I walked out.
