I’m home theatre installer and I used more than 15 processors Link.Z controlling from iPad, iPhone or Pro24.z remote control for my customers I love this product working well when you programming perfectly, just please upgrade processor works with voice command and then be number one controller in the world.

STAY AWAY from these remote controls!!! I own a pro24.z remote control from this company. It cannot be programmed by the end user, like myself; it requires special proprietary software from the manufacturer. I originally purchased the remote control from the same company that installed my home theater. The remote control worked well until I needed to replace the battery, at which time much of the programming was somehow reset. Unfortunately, the company that sold me the remote control is no longer in business to help me reprogram the remote.I have searched endlessly to find another company to help. I even contacted the distributors listed on the Pro Control website to find help, but that was unsuccessful. As a last ditch effort, I called the manufacturer (Pro Control) to ask for a local contact who could help. The manufacturer told me that it doesnt have any name to provide me and that I need to reach out to the local distributors for help. I had already unsuccessfully done that. The manufacturer provided no help and zero support!So now Im left with a very expensive remote control that I cannot use because it cannot be programmed by the end user and because I cannot find any company that supports the remote control or who has access to the proprietary software. DO NOT BUY A REMOTE CONTROL FROM THIS COMPANY unless you plan to throw it away when it needs programming. Very, very frustrating!!!!!!
