Absolutely great shopping experience! Everyone is friendly and the store is immaculate. Over priced but the great experience may compensate for that. I only bought wines and food items I couldnt get anywhere else. Throughly enjoyed taking my time to look at items you wont find anywhere else. Take your time and enjoy the store 😉

Publix is one of the best grocery stores Ive shopped. They have a great variety, things that you cant find in other stores. Their produce is very high quality and well presented. Their deli has Boars Head as well as private label items and their bakery has delicious cakes, pies and bread. The store is always clean and the staff always friendly and helpful. You will pay a little more here, but given the quality of the store and products I think its worth the extra.

Neat & Clean supermarket. They have exactly what I needed. Have been there multiple times for items other stores dont carry, but Publix has them. Glad this new store is close to my house.

This is truly my favorite Publix Supermarket on this planet.The entire store was spotless and they had over 100 different flavors of icecream in their frozen dessert section.Super clean and super kind staff working hard to provide the best quality in grocery shopping.

Ordered a birthday cake for a friend. The ease of ordering online and the fun in designing the cake was great. Quick pickup at the time that suits you and paying online eliminated any time in the store. You walk in and grab your cake and off you go!This was undoubtedly the best tasting birthday cake - so fresh and was exactly what I ordered. We will definitely be back. My only regret is I did not take a photo.

Deli personal were all friendly and efficient...except a man named Chris. He saw me walk up. Continued his conversation with a customer who was being waited on. When he said we will be with you as soon as we can. It wasnt friendly. He then ask people who just walked up if he could help them....i did find a manager to say he was lazy and not customer friendly...Sandwich with Boarshead was delish! I appreciate all the ither friendly personnel.

Hate to say it but this place puts it competitors like Kroger and Food City to shame. Prices are good and selections of products are great and the customer service is hands down by far the best in the business. Delightfully happy to have this company move into our area.

Aside from this being a new store, It is very clean and all of the staff is very attentive. I had 5 different people ask me if I was finding everything. The upstairs area is most impressive. Plenty of Room to social distance.

Great grocery store. Everyone is wearing masks! Clean and well organized. I found key lime cookies that were to die for. Now I have to find a recipe to make them! Staff is friendly and helpful.

Clean and well stocked. Most associates seemed busy with work tasks/ have minimal time to assist customers beyond check out. The majority of open check out lanes (save for 2) were self check out. That is simply a personal issue, it should be easy enough to staff additional check out lanes when busy.They did have a wider selection on a lot of items however they were almost all universally higher priced than competitors.

First time visiting a Publix, had to run here while on vacation. The staff are very nice and seem to be eagerly waiting to help you. Store was very clean and almost everything was fully stocked.

If youre on any kind of special diet (vegan/gf/etc) this is your grocery store! They have more international food options here as well, and a huge spices section. The staff is lovely and happy to help if you need them. They have self - checkout and pickup options. So glad we have a Publix in Sevierville now! 💕

My favorite store!!! Best service and friendly staff. May be a little higher price but you can ship by sales. The service and clean atmosphere is worth it. I am also addicted to the sandwiches and roll ups.

Its brand new, so its very clean. The produce and meat department have a great selection. The employees are very helpful and friendly. Its a great place to shop, just make sure you have coupons, cause its a little pricey.

Stock was good and the people working there are friendly and helpful. Prices are high; dont know how the locals afford it. Nice clean store with everything you could want in a grocery store. Produce was fresh. Meat was fresh and healthy choices were available.

I love our new Publix! Although its laid out differently that any Publix Ive ever been too, it hasnt taken long to know just where everything is. The quality of food and number of choices of items always amazes me!They cater to everyone and if they dont have what you want, are happy to get it for you! The cleanliness of Publix Super Markets is always top-notch. It is a pleasure to shop here!

I love shopping here for the most part but my bday cupcakes had a hard piece of plastic in it and choked my 70 year old mother. Its on the bottom in the picture below.

I couldnt hardly wait for this post to come up. I have been in 3 different Publix Super Markets and I was really pleased with each one. Small things come to mind like the restroom doors for the stalls, heavy doors, full length, deadbolt latches, automatic light dimmers when no activity in an area, all the different food centers that are provided, cleanliness of all areas, friendliness of all, and something that I really appreciate is a magazine rack with a variety of mens magazines, like gun publications. Thank you so much, I am done with Kroger. Thank you, again.

I always enjoy shopping at Publix in our state, so of course we are going to find a Publix when we are on vacation. This is another great store. Spotlessly clean and friendly, helpful people. Always a pleasure to shop here.

The publix was just built there. Its a great store. The seafood department is the bomb really really good fresh seafood. The store is clean. The people are knowledgeable and nice. Only place i buy my seafood these days. Love the store. If you are in the area and need food and stuff stop there.

Nice, clean well-stocked store. Although bakery placement at back of store is rather inconvenient. Most Publix have deli and bakery at front right side.

A decent store but prices were kinda high. Shelves were well stocked but store is nothing special. Not as nice as others I have visited.

Friendly staff and a clean store. I usually only get sushi here, but they definitely seem to have a great selection of just about anything they stock. Definitely recommend this store to anyone. They prefer you not open carry a firearm that said they are fine with concealed carry.

Publix is heavily competing with Kroger Pharmacy next door. Ask the Pharmacists if theres any additional discounts on your prescription order. They usually help me out and really drop the price. Jeff is the Manager. He is a super guy. The second pharmacist is super as well. She gladly fill my script when I had Covid. The pharmacist next door at Kroger gave me a lecture on why he would NOT fill my script. Told him my wife died from covid 2 months prior and I have to children to take care of. I cant afford to get sick. He didnt care. ILL never go back tonthat pharmacy... Because of hate, I will not give the script name...

A nice store! It has a second level with additional bathrooms with indoor and outdoor seating, which was really impressive for a grocery store.

I was just there briefly. Getting some things for my cabin weekend. The nicest man greeted is with a sanitized cart... the store was clean and super organized. It was the first Publix I had seen with self check out. I go through a cashier line, but it was just a overall very nice store and the people were great.

Buy 2 get 1free on Coke products is no savings...the Pepsi products 8 pks bottles almost out of date....

I run a grocery store in Wisconsin. And this is by far one of the nicest stores I have ever been in. The staff and management are doing a fantastic job. Keep up the good work.

Lovely place to shop, its clean, organized and the staff is friendly. Prices are above average for comparable brands, but at least you dont have to deal with the unpleasantness of shopping with their rivals. Their bakery is 2nd to none too, best cakes, cheesecakes, pies, etc. Sweets are made fresher vs arriving frozen.

I like Publix. Selection is excellent, and employees are always courteous, helpful, and friendly. Only downside is pricing on the staples compared to other grocers in the area, as much as 30% higher. That is the only reason they dont get all of my business.

Close to our cabin and carried great produce, selections, and wine assortments. Was happy to have this nearby. It was clean and organized well.

Gorgeous Publix! Chicken tender subs were on sale which is always a religious experience. The sub creators were humble and skilled in their sub creation, I gobbled the whole submarine into my gullet. Very technologically advanced Publix, a must see in Tennessee to be honest. Many bogos and an exceptionally kind and generous staff making me feel more at home.

A new Publix location in Sevierville. Very nice clean store and great location. All the employees was nice and helpful. Plenty of registers open and self check out.The shelves was fully stocked. Great sub sandwhich station as well right up front. But if ur looking for the bakery its all the way in the back corner of the store. I recommend this store to everyone.

Publix was very clean,talk to some employees they were very helpful. Especially the meat department. The produce was also a great help.One of the most amazing I have been in.But here it comes,I walked out without buying anything. They prices are way too expensive. Compared to the average store the mark up has to be at 25 percent more.I know its a different standard. No thank you, not worth the difference. 👎

The experience was great shopping. A manager came over to the hot area to wait on us when he noticed we had been waiting for awhile. Ck out was ok since they opened a register. At first all they had was self check out & I dont do self check out. .

Since Im from Florida I know what to expect from Publix. Publix definitely runs the south and thats great. When I planned my vacation to Tennessee I made sure I found out where the local Publix were. This location is very busy because of the proximity of tourist and attractions. As usual make sure you have some patience because things get quite hectic in the stores and parking lot. Stores are always clean and the associates are always willing to help as long as you ask. So many attractions near the area and Publix is way to finish your dinner off at the deli. GO PUBLIX!!!!

I stopped at Publix on my way home from an appointment. I had never been at this particular Publix before. This Publix is located in Sevierville. Every employee was extremely nice and helpful. I was getting an order at the deli. There were two ladies working. I had given my order to one of them. The second lady had finished helping her customer and immediately asked to help me. This was a great time saver. I do think this was an excellent service. Great store, good variety of products, and helpful employees. Thats a 5 star 🌟 rating!

If I could give this store no stars I would. Placed an order online for a family dinner meal and additional sides on the website, and it stated it would take an hour. Came to the store and my order is no where to be found. Looking at what was there to try to put together for my family was shameful and far from Publix quality. Flies landing on all the sides and everything looked old and dry. I was told it would take another 30 to 45 minutes to put my order together. Person behind me refused to order from what was available in display as well.

This Publix is one of the best Ive been to in recent history, and as a Floridian, I have been to many. The sub staff were very kind and helpful, and there were plenty of great deals. It was clean as well, and is presumably quote knew. Definitely give this place a shot, as itll have what you need.

This location is very unique. With a balcony at the front of the store that has everything you need to heat and enjoy your lunch purchases, to the wide, clean, well stocked isles this is an outstanding shopping experience. The different sections like the deli and bakery are well designed and easy to navigate.The best part about Publix is the people who work there. Weve shopped Publix stores from Tennessee to Florida and we have never encountered an unhappy employee. Publix has the best employee/employer relationships and it is record setting.My husband and I travel 20 miles one way to go to this Publix location because they do business right.

This Publix is brand new, it opened November 2020. Make sure to check out the 2nd story deli! Get your food at the bottom & then take the elevator or stairs. Great food and cool views.

I ordered a fruit tray and a veggie tray from here. I mistakenly placed the order for Sunday when I needed it on Saturday. When I showed up on Saturday to pick up my order, they were slammed. I spoke with the deli manager after I figured out what happened. I found out that they had multiple other orders to fill that day and they would likely not be able to fill mine since it was a day earlier than I had scheduled the order for. He went away or a few minutes then came back and said they would go ahead and do the veggie tray but would not be able to do the fruit tray. I was so thankful to even get one of them since I had messed up the order date!

Very clean: well organized store. I picked up some ready for grilling hamburgers. My husband said they were excellent. Bakery dept offers a wide variety of pastries and breads. Bought the hoagie rolls.vperfect. my favorite; their eclairs. Delicious: plentiful filling

This was our 1st visit to this Publix Sevierville TN location. We went in to order the Famous Raspberry Elegance Cake. To celebrate a birthday. It was delicious. Staff was very Friendly and Helpful.

This place is the worst! Horrible service, leaves expired items on shelf and changes sale items after weekly add starts. Krogers is way better, thats where I will shop from now on.
