Went here 5/24/21 for passport photo service. The guy (Cody C.) refused service since I wasn’t wearing a mask even though mask was lifted off I even told him I am fully vaccinated (at the time I have my card with me) he said it’s the store policy. At this point I didn’t even bother to prove my point since this guy obviously don’t know how this contact tracing, mask usage works. C’mon how long did he take the passport ID? Not a minute. Printed a copy in less than 5 minutes and to my disappointment the photo looked exposed.But okay still paid $13.77. I’m not a photographer maybe he knows what’s he doing only to find out the photo didn’t meet the standard- poor image brightness, poor image color balance. You might as well go to CVS PASADENA - the experience was absolutely fantastic they’d even give you a certificate for biometric passport photo as well as a copy of QR code where you can reprint your photo how amazing is that? Not to mention the professionalism -that FedEx employee doesn’t have.

Just went in there to make a copy and fax some paperwork. No one knows how to do anything and they say they dont fax at all

I called for a question and was very nonchalant seemed like they didnt wanna be there no have a nice day nothing . So i avoided even going to this fedex place and the people in this wal mart are already lazy and rude rather avoid it
