Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, fair pricing for quality repair services, as soon as I got off the phone with Martha I new I was finally in the right place, I got so much grief dealing with other shops that swore they could fix my 00 FLHTC but to no avail they all came up short but Mr Roy and his team came up with a plan and nailed it!!! Total rebuild bottom end and this bike runs like it never did before, sound, power, and im not going to even get into how much the oil pressure improved wow!! Great place. Went there to look at a HD Trike they were selling for a customer. I had looked at a couple before going there, and was going to look at another one once I was done there. Ended up being late for my next appointment because Roy and Margaret were so helpful and willing to help me honestly evaluate the other Trikes I had looked at, was going to look at and the one they were selling. Told me things to look for (good and bad) depending on the year of the Cycle and type of Conversion on the Trike. Even made notes for me to keep in mind what to look for. I know my fair share of info and things to look for, but their knowledge of all the particulars to each model was over-whelming. Also over-whelming was their desire to help me make the best decision for me. They were not concerned about making a sale. They wanted to know the details of the other units so they could fine tune my search parameters. So very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Really spent time with me and did not make me feel pressured or that I was bothering them for information to possible use against them (the sale, if you will). Good people running a good, fair business. I would HIGHLY recommend and will be going there for all my scooter needs, no matter which one it is. Thanks for all your help and time.

I highly recommend C&C Cycle!! I know there are always other places and options but I guarentee that you will not have the personal attention that comes from C&C Cycle. They are amazing individuals. They answer every question and make sure your motorcycle fixed or serviced the right way.

This shop is highly professional. They educate their customers so they make the right choice and dont spend excessive money. They do the highest of quality work there is no other shop I will let touch my bike but this one.

Roy and Margaret have been taking care of my 2003 FXSTDSE 100th Anniversary Softail Deuce since I got it. Been around the country (including Alaska) twice and now have roughly 80K miles on it. Keeps running great and is an enormous joy to me. C&C is the best place I’ve found, personally and professionally.

I bought a 98 HD Road King from my father in law and rode it from Phoenix to my home in Alexandria, Virginia. Wanted to have it looked at after the long ride and start a base maintenance schedule for this beautiful bike. All the Harley shops in the NCR wouldnt even look at it because of the year. Not only did Margaret set me up with an appointment that weekend, when Roy changed the oil and gave it the once over they did not try to do any services that werent needed or necessary. They gave the bike a thumbs up and we set a odometer date for a complete work up the next time I brought it in. It was awesome working with real people and people who know and love bikes. Definitely take your v twin here.

Roy and Margaret seem like they shoot down everything I ever presented to them. They act like they know everything, but I have found out after researching, how wrong they are a lot of the time. Im sure they deal with people looking for advise like me all day and theres lots of folks leaving their store with their tail between their legs. I dont see how I could ever go in there again, and I kind of think its intentional to keep me away.

Took my husbands motorcycle in to get the engine light message checked. Was done quickly, while we waited and at no charge. Nice shop, clean and very informative employees.

Woman who picked up the phone was extremely rude at this location, any question asked regarding their products or in general, she was extremely condescending. I asked about both vehicles and motorcycle parts and instead of just saying no we do not have it we only carry such and such, she says well that’s a Google question do you know how to use the Internet ? lol Blessings to you and the stick up your hind parts :).
