On 9/16 at about 8:30 pm, we went to the Starbucks in Selma. We waited for a long period of time to place our order. As we drove up to the window the employee gestured that they were closed. As we looked back there were about 5 other cars waiting for service. Management should place a closed sign at the entrance of the drive thru. Starbucks should be considerate of the paying customer, this should be part of customer service. Hope management takes this issue serious.

I was on a long drive and needed a boost so I stopped in to get a pick me up. Was generously provided the pick me up I needed and also picked up a really nice California themed tumbler.

The place is very nice inside, quick service.

Their staff is friendly but I swear I cannot go there anymore. I just want a hot white mocha and get hot milk instead. Never fails.

Expect to wait at at least 20-30 mins through the drive-thru.

Drinks are alright, kind if inconsistent sometimes. Wait times are rediculous though. I feel like I always have to schedule about 30 minutes just to get coffee. It doesnt matter if there is only 2 cars or 10. Youre gonna be there awhile. For some reason, you cant order ahead either through the app. I know ive done it before so they had to have taken the feature off for a reason. I dont know if its for a good reason, but I bring it up just because its a big deal for some people.

Drive thru line can be very long with long wait time. Ordering ahead through the app is not always available. Customer service is great.

Dutch bros is better. The quality is there though

Fast, polite and excellent coffee. It cant have taken them more than a minute to make my coffee and breakfast sandwich. Pretty impressive.

Just Love to get a Frappuccino from there.....Especially the Green tea one.....

My order was made wrong even though it was written correctly on the cup. However, the staff quickly remade my ice coffee to my liking.

We love this Starbucks they are really fast and they rarely have a long line(well the times we have came). We dont mind taking a drive to this Starbucks location and they usually always have all the pastries 😋. No complaints so far👏👌🤞👏👌😁

Came in to this place and ordered some hot tea and a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I know that the drive thru takes priority over the walk in clients, but...really. The tea came out, but the bagel took forever. Not even a thank you from the girl at the counter. Like she was bothered from people coming in to order. And, when I took my order to my truck, the bagel was burnt, still smoking. Now, since I like my toast a little on the dark side, I didnt create a fuss. However, this is the 2nd visit here, and the service was the same. I only come here when getting my vehicle washed. Most other Starbucks are appreciative of their customers. They should be lucky I gave them a 3. Sad customer.☹

Not a happy experience, ordered Travelors the day before for pick up and they made me wait over 1/2 hour.

Waiting 40 mins in line and when I finally got my drink, it tasted so bad I had to toss it after two drinks. Tasted like a refrigerator.

Convenient and fairly good.

The girl behind the counter told me it would a 15 minute wait for an iced coffee. No cream. No sugar. Just a black iced coffee. She explained to me that it was frappacino happy hour. I would understand the wait if I ordered a frappacino. It would have taken less than a minute to pour out the coffee but instead she told me my drink was still at the back of the line after waiting 5 minutes already and issued me a refund. There was nobody in line when I asked for the refund. I get being busy, but the level of laziness was ridiculous.

Went before they closed and ordered a trenta Very Berry Hibiscus. I had asked the lady at the window who made the drink and they called out a guy, he seemed so nervous. It did look different, a little light in color, almost watered down. But when I tried it, it was opposite of that. The gentleman that made my drink was Stephen (I believe I heard) I had to compliment him and although there are measurements that they follow, I always tend to get a very sweet drink in which I always order a side of water. It was perfect. So Stephen (sorry if I misspell your name, I didn’t catch the spelling) but to the young gentlemen that made my drink, thank you 😊. Thank you dearly, you truly made my night not having to fidget with it. I hope you have a wonderful weekend.

Lately my starbucks in town has been closing really early and sometimes its not open at all so I come to the Starbucks in Selma. Yes the line and wait time might be a while but to me its worth it because the staff is so friendly and they always make my orders how I like it and Im sure Im not the only one traveling from a different city. Some customers have been so rude to staff and they are really just trying to serve all these people. They definitely dont get the appreciation they deserve especially in these crazy times. I love the Selma Starbucks. The ladys are amazing, even went as far as tipping them $20. Keep up the great work and hang in there! Would rate 10 stars if there was an option.

This Starbucks is the worst. I tried to order a spinach feta wrap at 8am and they were out. The order took forever and when I finally got my order it was horrible. I ordered a hot Chai Latte and what I got was hot hot water with a touch of Chai. Dont bother stopping here theyre horrible. My husbands Chai was the same. Im super disappointed that I wasted my money there.

Its a Starbucks there pretty much all the same nothing different at this one. The only downside is the parking no space poorly setup.

I just want to say that Starbucks employees are very friendly and courteous to people. They always give you excellent customer service. Their coffee is great and always very warm just the way I like it. I do recommend everybody to go to Starbucks.

The Selma Starbucks drive-thru is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to and it is even more obvious with the closure of the walk up and mobile order counter. Not sure what the issue is but there are much busier locations that dont struggle like this one. Take the 5 minute drive to go to the Fowler location. They are quick and they dont mess up the orders like Selma does.

Love love love starbucks. Of course the price is a little steep so if your short of cash or just want to be frugle I suggest not to buy anything.

Cannot afford Starbucks but we went to Burger King and I got one star because you should have got a lot of them because of a lot of people in the Starbucks Lane anywhere you go theres a line in Starbucks so I think their service is excellent Ive only gone there maybe once or twice the last 8 years cant afford it but excellent service

I went through a 45 minute lineWe were traveling with family everyone ordered something. My misto coffee was too cold and added too much milk my husbands grande tea had only 1 tea bag usually comes with 2.They did Not give us a receipt.We left and got on the freeway I called and spoke with a supervisor brought it to his attention. He Wasn’t helpful and he gave me the wrong number for manager. This location sucks so upsetting to pay so much for bad Starbucks drinks. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

My mom recently went to this selma starbucks lobby and waited about 12 minutes just to receive a drink that she didnt even order, my mom asked for a strawberry refresher and recieved a strawberry frappe, the lobby wasnt even busy, but my mom didnt wanna hassle complaining because she was in a hurry. People also came in the lobby ordered after her and recieved their drink first. Dont recommend going here if youre in a hurry to get somewhere.

Fast friendly service. Open dining with plenty of room for everyone inside to find their own little space. You can get some Starbucks to take and brew at home. Your very own Tumblr and gift card to give the gift of get up and go. Mobile online orders will let you jump the line and get right in and out and on your way.

Service good but after last coffee cashier said thats it...so we drove off....no. wait..I ordered 3 pastry. Drive thru was long to return. I went inside waited 10 min to get my pastries..cashier should NEVER sat thats it, when its not.

Went through Drive Thru they were very busy but also very fast. Gal taking order super sweet. That being said ordered a Pumpkin Muffin she said they were on back order. Ordered a Pumpkin Cold Brew light ice sorry to say lots of ice and hardly any pumpkin cream on top like I have gotten from other Star Bucks so disappointed in drink and being out of the muffins when seems to be that time of year.

Yes, I understand the change of hours with the COVID-19 concerns. However, please make it more clear that your Drive-Thru is closed by posting a CLOSED sign on the order kiosk. Also, because of the lack of a CLOSED indication, do not IGNORE the people who are confused by your lack of communication when they drive up to the window to attempt to qualify your open/closed status.

The location is good. Great big space with lots of seating, but the food and drink prep take way too long. I waited 15 minutes for a mobile order way above the time that should be the norm.

Went in this am, the cashier was so welcoming - staff great, environment felt comfortable, I was leaving and the nice gentlemen was like bye Sabrina - that was so nice of him. Never felt so welcomed. 💜 Selma Starbucks!!

Did appreciate getting a pour over and not being told. Seems Blond coffee isnt served all of the the time. Instead they prefer to serve pour overs without telling the customer

Environment good. Parking a challenge. But what is this fixation on the word perfect with the employees. One said it 8 times during one transaction. I think if I had broke wind he would have said perfect!

I placed an order through the app on my way to work and picked up through the drive through at 7:15am. Having to work all weekend on Halloween weekend SUCKS, but the young lady working the drive through was sweet as pie and that always helps the day not suck :)

Longest wait ever! Yesterday it took 33min for 2 simple fraps. Meanwhile the people in back of us got their drinks before us and they had 4 drinks. I asked how much more and got ignored. Rude customer service. Don’t recommend this location ever. I could drive to black stone location and come back and my Drink not ready, this is always a constant thing.

We had a great experience here, Oscar was very cheerful, informative and ready to make our experiences a great one, on a personal note Ive been to this location several times before. Ive never reviewed them since Starbucks is basically the same everywhere but Oscar made it his goal to try and connect with us in that short amount of time. Hes trying and thats all it takes.

Super nice Baristas. Great drink. They also have where you can take your pet through the drive-thru with you take a pic and they will post it on the window. How cute is that to look at while youre waiting for your drink.

Pretty typical smaller Sbx, easy access, clean, all the usual menu items, really friendly staff.

There were a few cars in front of me today but I was still out of their quickly. It was awesome!!

Coffee was great, It was just a long wait in the drive thru. Employees seemed unorganized. They had their holliday hours posted with only Thanksgiving and the rest holidays blank. Maybe it was just a long day, it was black Friday.

Slowest Starbucks...I was there about 9 am. Waiting line is more than 10 mins (there were only 3 guest) and then additional 10 mins for waiting coffee. All employees are happy with talking each other

Love getting my coffee there. Very friendly and professional staff. They acknowledge you as soon as you come in with a smile. They even ask how your day is going with genuine interest.
