Our garage door was fixed the same day without any problems at all. JD Garage Doors got the repair done in a timely manor and fairly priced. I will be contacting him for new garage doors when the time comes for sure.

I hired this company for a garage door installation and it went good. JD was honest the entire time and did a great job with everything. Not a single complaint from us.

I hired this company to install a new garage door opener which they did. A few days later I was having issues with the door opening and closing so I called them at which point they told me it would be a $80 service fee just to look at the issue. I agreed to the charge and they came back and fixed the issue which took about 5 minutes. A few days later I started having more issues with the garage door and I contacted them. They advised me they would be coming the following afternoon. When I tried to contact them to get a time they avoided my calls & voicemails. They never showed up to fix the issue and haven’t responded.Update: I’m glad to see I get a response when a bad review is written. No phone call was made nor was my text answered (see attached photos). All that needed to be done was to come fix the work that was paid for. The $80 service repair was paid without any questions because of the paint, therefore the garage not working after your 3 minute service call should’ve been handled and if you couldn’t make the appointment that you originally scheduled then just a response would’ve been sufficient. Thanks but I will take my business elsewhere.

I have not had a single issue with the repair JD did on my garage doors a few weeks back. He was able todo an emergency repair late at night and for a fair price. I am beyond happy with the service and would feel confident in recommending JD Garage Doors to friends & family.

Got a garage door spring broken on Saturday so both cars were blocked inside. JD was the only company I could find open 24/7 so called him. Joe was able to come within 1 hour to our place with a spare spring. Door was fixed in 20 min. Great job done, excellent service, and very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

And the people Ive been texting, though its the same number, must not be you.Cmon man...EDIT 11/14/2020: I hate to say it, but I think these guys are fly by nights. After rescuing me when I locked myself out of the garage, they were going to get an emergency release kit to install on my garage in case the power went out again. Made plans to meet at my house at a certain time, and it wasnt until they were an hour and a half late that they called and claimed the part was out of stock and they had to wait for it. Dozens of unanswered calls and texts to them. I literally went on Amazon and bought the part myself for $20, and it was delivered to me next day. I installed it myself in 10 minutes. Long story short is, these guys are time wasters. I hate writing bad reviews, but this time its certainly warranted.My original review was from when they came and got my garage door open for me, which was nice. I wasnt too impressed with their installation of my new power garage door and opener. They had to cut into a beam to fit the track, and just left the pile of sawdust on the floor. I pointed it out and asked is that sawdust? and was replied to with yes. I was hinting that they maybe forgot to clean it up, but I guess thats just the way they leave their work.Great installation, and great customer service. I had JD recently install an electric garage door for me, and by my own foolishness I became locked out. I called them up, and within an hour they were out here helping me get back into my own garage. Theyre coming back to install an external lock so I can get in even if the power fails. Cant recommend enough.

Called JD garage doors for a new electric motor to be installed on our door(we never had one) he made a recommendation on the type of lift and came out the next day to install the unit and the whole process took less than an hour. When he was done he went over all the work he did in detail and explained how the door and keypads worked. He even added wd-40 to the slings and hinges of my door as he said that they needed it.Highly recommended.

JD Gargage Doors installed a garage door on my home in December of 2020. Joe the owner notified me the Chamberlain opener he installed was missing the wall control so he installed a Liftmaster wall control temporarily and scheduled an appointment for the following week to come back and change out the wall controller, while the door worked it didn’t function with all the features that the correct wall controller has. Since up to that point he had been responsive and done everything he said he would I made the mistake of paying him in full. Two postponed appointments, and two no show appointments later it’s clear Joe has no intention of doing the right thing. Do yourself a huge favor and use one of the many other garage door companies out there, unless you’re looking for a part time job chasing this guy if you need something after he’s been paid.

Realized this morning (Sunday) that one of the springs and cables on our garage door snapped. I found JD Garage Doors online, read the review and decided to call. I left a message and assumed I would get a call back during the week. Joe called me an hour later, offered to come the next day, which I thought was great that he even offered that. Unfortunately my schedule wouldn’t work, then Joe offered to come today... like in 30 minutes. He came to my house, explained everything and even showed me a safety feature my garage door was missing and he offered to install that as well. This was amazing.
