Fair and honest. Price was lower than estimate. I really messed up the oil pan, brake lines, and carbon pump. At 1st didnt think they could fix it, but the mechanic was persistent and got the job done. Mr. Chris Richardson is always professional.

Chris is awesome! He got more busy than he expected the day I was going to drop my car off, but he still took the time to come out and take a look at my car. The dealership had told me that the CV axles needed to be replaces and so I took it to Chris. After about 5 minutes looking at it, he assured me that it didnt really need to be done since we couldnt get it to make any clacking noise when turning. Thanks again Chris!

Richardson Auto has always treated me right. Ive been taking my vehicles there for about 8 years now. Chris Richardson and his staff are extremely knowledgable, and honest mechanics. I would send my wife here to have our car fixed, and never worry that she might be taken advantage of, or overcharged. I am, and have always been, completely satisfied with the work they do, the way we are treated, and the pricing at their shop. You could not pay me to take my vehicles anywhere else.

My truck broke down on I-10 on a Sunday. I had the tow company take me here because I suspected a transmission problem an it was within my coverage area. On Monday, Chris told me they wouldnt be able to get to it until later but if I knew what the problem was they would loan me whatever tools were needed! When it was all said and done, I spent over six hours working on my truck in their parking lot, with all the tools and advice needed. I asked how much he wanted for the tool rental and Chris just said put in a good word for us. Well, here it is. Thanks for all the help!

Unbelievable experience with Richardson. Took my truck to this establishment for brake work after getting a quote from another shop in town who wanted an obscene amount of money for the work. Talked over the phone and got a quote for substantially less.They understood my urgency, still took the time to check over the truck and all of its problems, they found the problem and rather than charging for unnecessary parts they found what needed to be done and got it done quickly and properly.Extremely satisfied with my experience, the shops expertise, and their politeness. They are looking to make customers, not just one off jobs. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for a high quality shop in the area.

I personally have bn going 2 this shop 4 about 5 months. I hav a 1993 Ford Tauras SHO (3.2L) and I am confident every time I take my car here. U will be happy w their service, but I must warn u 2 make an appointment. It is a local shop and they work hard, but take time 2 spend w family too.

We broke down on a road trip along I-10 between Luling and Seguin with an overheating Ford Expedition around Midnight. We were able to make it to Seguin around 7am by nursing the vehicle along. Although the shop didnt open till 8am the staff came out and helped us. Knowing we were on a trip they started right away and had us on our way before 11am. They replaced the radiator and water pump and were very fair with the cost. I highly recommend them!
