I just witnessed very poor customer service not to me but to another gentlemen shopper.The store was very busy and only one register open . There was other workers in the aisles loading and the line to be checked out was over 15 deep. The guy said to the worker in the aisle miss can you please open another register there is a lot of people in line, her response was we don’t get enough hours . After the gentleman left a male worker opened a register and called next in line by this time only 4 people in line . Him and the other workers started to laugh because the male worker said he was hiding until the man left . They did and said all this in front of all customers how the job wasn’t worth helping customers like him. I love the dollar tree and will continue to shop there but maybe retrain them for customer service perhaps they forgot what their job was

I went to Swansea Dollar Tree Store and it was not nice. I had a question for the cashier, she was so awful, and the manager was just as bad. I couldnt believe how fresh they were. Ive been going to that store since it opened and never had that experience., And never had that in any of your stores. I work in a school, my class needs stuff so I get everything at your store, great stuff at a good prices. But I wasnt happy with that store its not as good as its been before shelves are empty boxes all over the place for a long time. I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else again.

When the store hours say you are open until 9pm you shouldnt have your doors locked 10 minutes before you close. I know employees want to go home, but if youre supposed to be open you should be open. I went out of my way to stop here on my way home, to get one thing I needed, I was rushing in and was stopped by an unexpected locked door. I looked at the employee and who just stared at me and did nothing. Just unprofessional.

2 employees were stocking shelves and refused to move so I could get by. They were rude and acted like I was a problem. After the second time I decided to leave. I was nice about it but it didnt matter to them. They both must of had a bad day.

Great variety of goods, but they didnt have any oven cleaner.

Pitiful I went to 4 no coat hangers

I came here from East Providence as I heard it was well stocked (yes), clean and organized (yes) and friendly (NO) - only one line open in the middle of the day (1pm) LONG LINE - people leaving due to it. Otherwise one of he better stores.

2 Extremely rude women working. Completely ignored me when i adked a question. Cashier didnt even look up from what she was doing to check me out. What happened to all the pleasant workers ar this location?

Wow, they need new management. Place is not clean at all.... The casier was looking like she had been smoking that good stuff all morning.... The stocker didnt know where, or if they had bread. Also, the cashier called for help twice on the intercom for help, noone came..... Should definitely have a staff meeting. Pathetic.

The selection is better than the average dollare store.
