We went in looking for glass tile backsplash for our kitchen. I had been looking for gold glitter grout. (everyone thought I was crazy) Every place we went to had no idea what glitter grout was. We walked in to Floors and Kitchens today and as soon as I told Brittany what I was looking for she knew EXACTLY what it was. Brittany made numerous phone calls to locate it, after finding out they didnt carry it any longer. I am so happy with how it turned out, exactly how I imagined it. HUGE thanks to Brittany for helping me bring my vision to life! I would not have been able to convince my husband that glitter grout was a thing without her. Highly recommend Brittany and Floors and Kitchens today !

I had a fantastic experience with Floors and Kitchens Today! We installed backsplash, countertops and some laminate flooring on each floor of a worn-out three family home. We were on a rather tight budget, and there were a lot of tastes and concerns to juggle. Vinnie was very patient and conscientious, and always followed up personally as to how the projects were progressing. When an issue did arise, he made sure it was quickly made right. He even called me after hours when there was an issue. We were all stressed with moving and renovating, Im happy to say that working with Floors and Kitchens Today took some of the pressure off. And the results were beautiful! I am excited to have them come back to do more work for us in the future. Also, I should note that the folks who came to install everything were great too - they were professional, careful and left the space very clean! I really appreciated their work.The photos really don’t do it justice - I have gotten so many compliments!

I had my bathroom floor redone with marble tile. We had to reschedule once because of COVID-19 but they were very responsive, accommodating and did a beautiful job with the floor! I had used them before for carpeting on my stairwell which was terrific too. They are a big outfit have lots of options and a very customer service oriented. I do it again in a heartbeat

Working with Kyle at Floors & Kitchen was the best decision I made with my Master Bathroom renovation. He was always helpful, patient and interested in finding the right options for my needs no matter how long it took. The tile is beautiful and looks stunning in person. I will work with him again.

Doing a full home renovation became stressful with so many options and choices but Kyle was excellent and very patient helping me choose tile for nearly every room in my home. Brittany was also great and provided us with friendly and prompt customer service. I went to a few other tile stores and found Floors and Kitchens to not only be the most helpful and welcoming but they also carried a lot of the same products at a more affordable price.

The folks at Floors and Kitchens Today have installed two carpets in recent years. Both were good but both developed wrinkles or bulges and need to be stretched and resecured. I spoke to Kyle about fixing it and he agreed to take care of it for a good price, but has done nothing for 7 weeks and 4 reminder calls. Lack of action is not what any customer wants.

I worked with Brittany B in Seekonk to replace my kitchen floor. She was so patient with my husband and I. Sharing photos and ideas back and forth to ensure the floor worked with existing colors in my kitchen. She was always a pleasure and made this experience low stress. I knew I could trust her and relied on her suggestions. The floor is Beautiful! I look forward to working with her on my next project.

I came to floors and kitchen searching for a specific finish/color tile. Brittany helped me find the tile I was looking for. I got my tiles in with in days, unfortunately one was cracked which isnt the stores fault. I called in and with no issues I sent pictures in and I would get the tile replaced. Great customer service.

Kyle was very knowledgeable in helping us select the perfect tile for our bathroom. He gave some good suggestions, answered any questions we had and followed up.

I canceled a tile order and returned extra tile from an earlier job that I had bought tile for and was reassured by Kyle that I would receive my refund( over $1000.) This was back in early July. I have yet to receive my refund- December. I have called monthly, consistently being ignored and never receiving return calls from Kyle, I sometimes reach a female that tells me that my return is being approved and will be sent to me.It is now December and I have not received my refund even though the last call ( month ago) that got through to them (again, not Kyle!) that my check was in the mail !Stay away from this place! There are a lot of other places that have nice tile and that are reputable.My next call is to my lawyer.

I went into floors and kitchens and was assisted by Kyle. He was very helpful and had great customer service. I will definitely go back and I would recommend them to anyone.

These people have terrible customer service. They are very rude. When you call to check on your Order they were very rude and ignored my phones calls multi times. Told me my carpet would be in on Friday then Tuesday both days never bother to call me to tell me it would be late. Never came Tuesday. Wednesday there closed. We’re rude to me told well I guess you have to wait till Thursday. So now today is Thursday and not one phone call from them to let me know if it came or not. I called multiple times and no one answered the phone. Just very poor customer service I will not be returning to this place and I don’t suggest any one to go there.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Poor installers. Kyle Buckminster is the most unprofessional person Ive ever had to deal with and hes the manger. Promised to have the mess the installer did corrected he never did a thing. If it werent for Brittany Bankston my floor would never be complete. My floor was installed in July and was finished October 15th. That should just say it all. I should have read all reviews before going there.

I had a great experience with Floors & Kitchens Today. No pushy sales tactics in the showroom. Large selection; I was given plenty of time to browse without feeling rushed. I came in with questions and got them all answered. The installation was done by an employee (not a subcontractor) who had been with the company for years. He did the job right and did not speed through the work. The floor I selected has a geometric pattern and the edges along the walls are so precise and straight. Everyone who sees pictures thinks that it is tile but its actually vinyl. The follow up was also great, they really do want you to be happy with your floor. I plan to use them in the future for kitchen counters and back-splash.

Let me start by saying that I believe in supporting local business which was why I chose Floors & Kitchens Today in Seekonk. Ive shopped others and was recommended to go elsewhere and in hindsight, I wish I listened to those recommendations. The start of my kitchen and bathroom remodel shopping for cabinets, tile, etc with the help at the beginning with the manager, Kyle was a pleasure. I noticed some slow follow up, not a lot of urgency but he was nice. I ordered well over 15K in material from them. My kitchen designer there left and I was told Kyle would take over. That was where this issues began. Although ok at first, I had found it harder and harder to reach him by phone. Id have to go in. Some of the messages I left for a call back in fact several for him and the manager Vinny where left and completely unresponsive to me. I asked for Vinnys phone number, the manager and they indicated theyd contact him for me and that they could not provide that. I dont think Vinny was ever provided the message as I had no call back. Fast forwarding, I was in the store in January next to another local resident making the same complaints as I was. To date, the cabinets where delivered, a few defects on some of the doors which where in fairness replaced quickly. But we just located another defect on the base cabinet with a nail coming through that we didnt see and yet again, Im on standby after alerting Kyle to the issue this past week with very slow follow up. No urgency. Sadly, I would not recommend this store as a result and would recommend looking elsewhere for kitchens and flooring. If they follow up and resolve my all concerns timely I will improve my rating, but according to other negative reviews, this appears to be more common on how they handle communication.

Filing complaint with BBB. Didnt finish job then had to beg them to come finish. When they did, I got a call it was all set - guy had thrown in a different pattern of wood to get me to stop calling. Awful. Im so disappointed. 20K to this company since 2018 in house projects, and we arent rich people. Im still paying it off.I notice the owner of the companys replies to these complaints. I want to note Ive sent him an email detailed email a week ago and have left 5 messages with staff asking you to call me. Have heard nothing back.

I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place. Worst customer service I have ever experienced! There is a reason for such bad reviews! I just wish I would have done my research prior to giving them any of my money!Purchased tile on 5/18/19 and was told by Matt Sweeney that it would take a week. Phone call after phone call to Matt .... first it was on backorder, then it would be delivered by 6/14, then he couldnt get any answer from the distributor. Well, after 6.5 WEEKS I went into the store to cancel the order. They said they would need to check with the distributor before they could cancel to make sure the product didn’t ship (staff never mentioned we couldn’t cancel the special order) so I disputed the charge with Discover on 6/24. Matt called later that day to say the tile would be delivered on 7/1 and I told him I had cancelled the order (again NOTHING was mentioned that we couldn’t cancel). Tuesday, 6/25 I ordered the tile online and the product was delivered next day. How can I get product in 36 hours but this company takes 6+ weeks after stating a week? My opinion is they were on a pay hold with the distributor and that’s why it took so long. I work in inventory I know exactly how this stuff works. Wednesday, 6/26, they called to say the tile was at their facility (just more BAD information from Matt as this tile technically wasn’t supposed to be delivered until 7/1 right Matt???)! Just received notification from Discover that they disputed the charge because it was a special order that we couldnt return! We don’t even have the tile how can we return it??Spoke with Vinny (the “owner”) and he is sticking us with the product. According to the “notes” in the system both of the individuals we spoke to on 6/24 said we couldn’t cancel .... WHICH is a complete LIE. Has they said that I obviously would have never bought it somewhere else. This place is AWFUL with awful customer service to match. STAY AWAY!Vinny is a CROOK that shouldn’t own a pen never mind a business. Bad people in Bad business!

If I could give it negative stars I would. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with this company. They took a full initial deposit to later find out that they didn’t have 2/3 of my order in stock. I have been fighting to get my money back but it has take over a month now. The customer service is a joke, Kyle and Nathan don’t answer the phone or respond to their messages and their knowledge of the product is extremely limited. Every time I have been in there other customers have been complaining about their orders not being correct. So overall very negative experience and would strongly recommend you go somewhere else.

The sales men was very good and patient with us, he explained the different slate options, as well as the different options for porcelain tile.

Very unprofessional!! I called for an estimate and spoke to a woman who seemed completely frustrated as soon as she picked up the phone telling me she just talk to me when in fact I did not speak to her at all. I was kindly asking her for a quote which then she threw me her $2.99 installation price and hung up the phone on me.In my opinion ...I dont recommend doing business with someone who doesnt want your business right from the get-go.

Nickey was super helpful. She did our estimate so fast and she was kind and informative. The prices were little high though. Zain place is very good. Most of the things you want, because you want to change the kitchen and counter. Their behavior is sweet, but they are a little expensive.
