Very professional. Quickly returned my phone call and was very honest about not being able to service my problem immediately due to so many bookings. After explaining my problem Mike took the time to help me troubleshoot my problem over the phone knowing that he was unable to get to me in a timely fashion. He ended up helping me figure out that I had a bad pump, which allowed me to return it before my warranty ran out. We used Advanced Sprinkler services for the first time yesterday, 7/20/20. We have a home in Vero Beach and wanted our sprinkler system thoroughly checked and adjusted. Mike and his crew did a great job. They were responsive, professional and very knowledgeable. Went through our system, corrected all issues and changed out some sprinkler heads where needed to get the maximum efficiency. They also showed us some programming features we were not aware of. Being a new resident to Florida and to Vero Beach I needed some maintenance on the irrigation system at the home I recently purchased. Mike came out when he said he would. Put two requested heads in and then he and his helper spent an additional 2 hours advising me on the rest of the lawn and how to fix a reoccurring problem with a dobbler. Very reasonably priced for that call. I ran the wire they recommended I run and he came back out, spent about 1.5 hours with me getting everything working perfect. I asked what the charge was he stated No charge WOW. He could have very well charged me and I would have paid. Mike knows his business, is fairly priced, and most of all Says what he knows and does what he says. We highly recommend Mike for any of the needs that he covers.

When you call Mike, hell get back to you, same day. He has set, fixed prices for common repairs, such as full pump replacement, or replacing a faulty relay, --- so you wont experience dragged-out, higher pricing because he ran into issues taking more time than expected. Sunday I noticed by newly planted palms were not getting watered. I tried looking into it some, but all I could determine was that the pump was not pushing water out. Reading on the web, this could be a number of things. I looked here on Angies list and found ASP. I called them mid Sunday afternoon, around 2pm and they answered. I explained my problem and he said they could not get out there today/Sunday which I was fine with. He said he would squeeze me in Monday. I sent him a text with all my info.Mike called about 10am Monday morning and said he would be there in 15-30min. He showed up, looked at the pump and found the inlet was leaking and explained that my pump overheated the water which can melt the fittings - which was a mistake on my end I made. Took the time to explain to me what happened, what caused it and how not to do it again. I was using a non-exisitant zone and a garden hose with a soaker attachment to water some new transplanted palms.They got the pump up and running in about 30min. They found a leak under a sprinkler head - and fixed that for me too.I was highly impressed with the service, the work and they did it all quickly for a very fair price.I would recommend them and I will be using them again if needed.
