I have had central vacuum systems since 1971, and wanted one installed in my new home, but the builder didnt offer the option and would not allow outside contractors on site before closing. Atlantic was the only local business I found that would do it after market. They used the house blueprint to plan the job.Two men came early to beat the horrendous August Florida heat in the eaves. They were polite, efficient, thorough and neat, cleaning up after themselves thoroughly. They were also very patient in showing me how to use it and explaining the features. I had some concerns about the retractable hose that disappears into the walls and eaves, but Steve Kramer, the owner, reassured me that he has had no problems with it and also promised Id have plenty of suction. One hose reaches the entire house, and the way it pulls out and then retracts is awesome!The product is great and I can only rave about the installers, the product (Cyclo-Vac) and Atlantic. I dont normally recommend products and services; because we all have differing sets of expectations, but Steve really steered me right in choosing the right system and options for my needs. I am soooo pleased!
