Went in for an alignment, tire mount and balance. Guys were really nice and called me to let me know a couple other things that had to be done with my car before they do the alignment. They also told me I needed breaks but I could wait a little on them, I didn’t have to do it right then and there. They were very honest and didn’t try to suck all the money out of me. Very fast too! Thank you !

I dropped my truck for an alignment and tire balance and rotation plus an oil change. I was called I told that the alignment could not be done because my truck needed new tie rods and ball joints. Which was estimated at $1,535. I am not dumb, so I called my mechanic friend and he said at the MOST it would be 900. Then I called my regular local mechanic (they dont do alignments thats why I didnt go there) - he said they were very overpriced by a good $600.00 .I just looked for the parts I need - 514.00 I came up with, their parts were 725. Plus they wanted 633.00 just for labor. This is why you stick with your hometown local mechanics and not the name brand shops!

Good price and great tires. Alignment may need re-done. Its hard to get a perfect alignment Ive found. Im usually always back a second time any where Ive tried. They found my brakes were worn down to nothing and they were right! lol kind of embarrassing, but I hadnt looked at them since the last rotation and Im glad they saw it and told me about it. I cant recommend their alignment, but the rest of the tire install was great including balancing. They got the car done within enough time that I was happy.

They are efficient and always helpful. They do their best to assist with any needs you have for your car.

First timer. Had a 9am appointment for a/c check and cabin filter replacement. Out by 935. Clean waiting area, personable staff. They DO NOT accept checks.Came highly recommended by my former (independent) mechanic who retired this spring.

Always a good experience at St Lucie. They are honest and fair which is very rare for tire tire dealers/mechanics in this area. You wont be sold something you dont need and they are up front with their pricing. I took a new tire in to be placed on a wheel rim of mine. Seeing that they were busy, I told them I could pick it back up tomorrow. I was told that instead of making two trips, if I didnt mind waiting for a few minutes they could get it done right away. Sure enough my wait was less than 10 minutes. The cost was not expensive either. Granted what I needed wasnt major. But I received excellent customer service and respect with a job well done.

Golf Cart tire had a cut in it. They tried to plug it but it was to wide. Instead of having to replace tire they were able to order a tube to fix the problem which saved me money.Great group of employees always helpful.

I discovered, quite unexpectedly (as is the manner of which these things usually occurre), to have a flat tire due to a failed rubber valve stem. The tire held air long enough to get to the Sebastian store. They were quite prompt at attending to the mater. As I also purchase my tires from them, I asked if they do complimentary tire rotations for their tire customers, which they do. So, in the end, they replaced my valve stem and rotated my tires in a very short span of time. Couldnt have hoped for a better outcome even on my best day!

Brakes done in a timely manner with good quality. It was done on the day by just stopping by to see when they could do it.

Tire light came on. I know I had a nail in one tire, so I stopped in. A gentleman came out and quickly checked all my tires and put air in. Pressure was slightly down which made the sensor come on. Sadly I didnt get his name. But anytime I have tire issues, I always go to St. Lucie Battery and Tire. No other issues, they fixed the problem. Thankyou again

Dont go here. Went in for brake pads and and oil change. Upon paying was told my oil was leaking really badly, odd as there was zero in my driveway previously suggest such. One week later went to tires plus because my truck consistently would not turn and needed fluid, long story short, my power steering lines were gouged and the culprit of me leaking and needing to add more fluid ($400 fix) l.Tires plus said no way did those clean cuts happens while driving...told them about St. Lucie tire...Never again. Theyre right next to my work at both Sebastian and Fort Pierce offices but it doesnt matter, Id rather go somewhere else on a non-workday and wait.

I came in to get my tires balanced.I have been here once before and they did a very good job.After having my tires balanced I went on a 500 mile road trip.Ending up Back at my home in Boca Raton.Very disappointed in the ride.Will have to go to a local tire dealer to see what the problem is.I ask you guys to check the tires to see if they were in good shape. They said that they were in good shape.The ride is rough and vibration Is very noticeable.

Called ahead for a truck alignment. Receptionist was very friendly. They asked important questions before hand and was able to set me an appointment for the day. Dropped off my truck and went for lunch alignment was done just as I was finishing my drink. Truck drives great thanks again.

Appointment was for 8:00am. I had my front end alignment completed by 8:25 as they opened just before 8. They explained what they did on the alignment. Very pleased with the service they provided.

I was very happy with the service I received today. The staff were very nice and courteous. The price for the service I received was within a good range. The wait time was very short.

My truck developed an oil leak around the filter canister. Only One shop has ever done the oil changes on this truck. I took it in to them and asked that they correct the leak. After several attempts to identify and correct the problem without success, I decided to try someone else. The folks at St. Lucie Tire here in Sebastian were advised that there’s an issue when I took it in. They found a crack in the filter housing that the previous garage never saw. Replaced the bad part ( they had it in stock.. no waiting) and did a oil/filter change that is no longer dripping onto my driveway.

Good job.discussed what they were doing at each step. Offered to periodically put in air for a tire that goes soft and has no leak. Just bring it in and they will gladly do it. No charge

Stopped in the past Saturday to make an appointment to have tires put on my daughters car and also check to see if I could bring my boat trailer in for maintenance hubs/bearings). We had a quote for the tires for $462 from our oil change a couple weeks ago. Was told to come in Monday for tires. Dropped car off Monday and was called a bit later saying quoted tires unavailable could get different tires for $560+. Would have been good to know or Monday before taking time off work to drop off and then go back and pick up car. After being a customer of that location for over 18 years (was Coastline before SLB&T but a lot of the same ppl) I am looking elsewhere for my auto needs. I may try your Vero location as I hear the previous Sebastian manager Justin moved there and has always taken care of my families auto needs and has been great to work with. Thank you!

Had to be at the airport late that afternoon and the guys didnt have the tire I needed but went out of their way to get me a new tire so I could make the flight.

Honestly, I am not sure if St. Lucie tire is a big business or a mom & pop shop because of the way I am treated - I always feels like I’m dealing with people I’ve known for years. The kind of small town, I’ll see you at the dinner & wave friendliness. As where that may not be important to some, it means something to me. I’ve been having issues with my vehicle and time after time they have come through with genuine concern, rectifying the problem above & beyond. I am grateful for that kind of service because unfortunately even in this age, there’s a stigmatism about being a woman getting her car fixed. Just wanted to let everyone know how amazing this place is. My starter went out in my van on Thursday night and I had to have it towed to the shop and by Friday morning at 9 the boys in the shop diagnosed the problem and had a new one put in and. I was back to work by 11, which meant a lot because without a vehicle I cant make it to work and they understand the struggle during this Pandemic we all are going through. Justin and crew did a great job as usual. My only nit was that my dashcam was disconnected when I picked the vehicle up. Not sure why.

Great experience. Went in for a tire patch and they were able to squeeze me in. Worked quickly, put the tire back on and even packed up my spare back in place. They have a great porch with rocking chairs to sit in. No complaints.
