If you need car repairs come here! They are HONEST and fairly priced. This is a small family business, and they treat you like family.Ive been coming here at least 20 years, and so has my family. I wont trust my car to anyone else. I know Im safe when I leave here.Im actually getting all 3 cars done this week for their oil changes, and one car also needed a wheel bearing fixed. They found an oil leak I didnt know I had, showed me where to look to keep an eye on it, and gave me a few options to fix it when Ive got the time.My last car wasnt in the best shape, so it needed work often. Once, I brought it in for something and they said, This isnt a big deal, its just a fuse... I can fix it but I cant take your money for something like that. Heres what to do to fix this and he showed me how. THATS HONESTY!!!Trust me, you will be happy with them!

Sebastian Auto Parts and Repair is the most honest and straight forward auto repair store I have ever dealt with. Recently, I asked the store to check into everything under the hood, change the oil and check the brakes. They did exactly what I asked them to do, said everything else was fine and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this establishment.

Seriously one of the best auto shops I’ve ever been to. No high pressure sales. No “unnecessary” needed repairs. Owners are nice and courteous. Very competitively priced for all products and services. They really make you feel like you are family.

Relatively good experience. Took my car here for an oil change, to have a check engine light looked at and a trip check before driving my car from Florida to Iowa. Probably the only time I have ever taken my car in where they didnt recommend $100s of not really necessary fixes.

My review deals only with customer service at this point. I had an appointment to meet a family member here to drop off his car, and I was going to drive him home and leave the car. The family member had a personal emergency and couldnt bring the car. Instead of losing my appointment and rescheduling, the owners were very understanding and allowed me the time I needed to make other arrangements to bring the car in, thereby saving my appointment even though it was over an hour later before I could get the car in. Thats great customer service.

A dealership said I needed a new serpentine belt, transmission fluid flush, and brake flush for $560. Decided to look around and glad I did. I dropped my car off expecting to get a belt and transmission flush because the extremely friendly, above all honost staff, said that most likely I didnt need the brake fluid done but they would take a look. When I returned to pickup, I was told all fluids were fine and just the belt was done for almost 1/2 the cost as others I called. I will be returning here from now on for everything and telling others in need because of their honesty and friendly service.

When it comes to Auto places, you never know what the price will be or if they will actually fix your vehicle. Sebastian Auto has always been great to deal with and very fair prices. They fixed my Husbands truck in a timely manner and had the best price around by at least a couple hundred dollars. My parents have been going to them for over 15 years.

I have been going to Sebastian Auto Repair Shop for over 30 years. They have always treated me like family. They do superior repair at reasonable prices. They fix it correctly the first time.

I went to Sebastian Auto for the first time based on the reviews and I was not disappointed. My truck had a coolant leak near the water pump, which I assumed was the problem and would have to be replaced. The problem turned out to be a simple broken hose clamp that was promptly replaced. In today’s world of uncertainty it is refreshing to know that honesty still exists. The entire staff is extremely friendly and courteous. The repair was done promptly, properly, honestly and at a pleasantly reasonable cost. They gained a new customer and I will be bringing all my vehicles there from now on. I highly recommend Sebastian Auto.

Theyve been taking care of our auto repair needs for several years now and I am always happy with results and modest costs. A few weeks ago when we were away we had work done on our brakes. Weve been getting all our cars fixed here since 1991. Great family attitude, great prices, and very efficient at getting repairs done. They dont fool around and always let you know everything they are doing before they do it. Highly Recommended. I think weve had everything under the sun fixed there and always great results. They only made one mistake in all those years, but they took my car back and fixed it for free! I feel comfortable always taking my car here. Notice they are always slammed with customers even though there are two other shops within a block. Goes to show the work they do.

There very dishonest people, my car wasnt even fixed correctly & they supposedly said it was good. When I brought it home there were some complications with my car so I took it back & they supposedly fixed it, but they messed it up more. They dont deserve a 5 star rating.

Absolutely hands down the best auto repair shop Ive been to. Coming from Kansas, my alternator went out and they squeezed me in and are the friendliest and most helpful shop ever. I will be a repeat customer forever.

Passing through town heading further south and the air conditioner dies. After a brief phone call where we were told they were scheduled thru New Years but they’d be happy to take a quick look we pulled in and the worst was confirmed. Nevertheless I wish I was gonna be in town long enuf for these guys to do the repairs, absolutely fantastic experience and felt like I was being treated the same as any of the numerous locals who popped their head in during our stay. They even told was what to look for and recommended other shops on our journey. Cannot thank them enuf but hope this review helps a little!!!

Either their mechanics arent very knowledgeable, or theyre not honest. It sucks I had to review this place one star but my car wasnt fixed properly . I payed money and I expect it to be done right the first time. However, I took it twice and it still wasnt fixed so I had to find another mechanic to fix the issue. I was upset to find out from the other mechanic that sebastian auto repair did a horrible job with the wiring on my car which was causing the issue . Karen was friendly but I just wasted my time and money there :/
