Manager Sam is legit great guy and very knowledgeable, and hes kind hes not condescending.... He makes the place great.

Very honest!! I broke down and Im not from the area saw reviews so had my suv towed to them, he told me it was engine instead of telling me how much he would charge he informed us the dealership actually had recall on part that messed up the engine. He didnt charge me to look at it either! When he told me no charge I started to get all choked up could barely thank him enough for it had been emotional stressful couple days and to have someone to be so kind was overwhelmed in a great way! Thank you sir I appreciate your honesty and generosity bless you!!

Had the struts collapse in our 2002 Toyota Sienna. My wife and are very pleased with the work done to replace the parts and the fees to complete the work.I will recommend Firehouse Garage to anyone.

Auto was damaged in an accident. being from out of state we took it to firehouse where they held it for 6 weeks. not once did they respond to my status inquiries [22 calls]. finally they declared the work complete and cashed the 7 grand check. i picked the vehicle up only to find no power locks or internal lighting or power windows. they threw up their hands and said good luck. took the car to dealership and found that incorrect parts were fitted and it caused total computer failure. dealer fixed it for another 4 grand which i had to pay out of pocket. im in the process of litigating the issue. owners name is flo...steer clear. this guy s a scam artist and pathological liar!

Was told by the owner $1400 on phone when I arrived with truck already paid the tow $90. They said he didnt remember talking to me the.night before???Was told to tow truck there then told to buy my own parts because it would be cheaper, but told they would not warranty their work if I buy the $1000 dollar parts. I called to get part number to find the best price because the site they referred me to was very expensive. Man at desk answered me with just come get your truck and hung up on me, I called back saying in just wanted the part I needed to order😮 Again he hung up saying come get your truck then said they didnt want to be bothered if I dont order from where they want ended up costing me $120 for tows what a waste of time and money.

They were very friendly and fast. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone.

Great Honest Garage. Toyota told me my 2009 Toyota Sienna needed a complete break job. Firehouse =Garage checked my breaks and said I still had 50% left on my linings and the breaks were fine. Great Company!

The badge search away tion with you all, You lost the keys to my truck then overcharge me on the truck and people had a push me and set their watch me unload my truck I have 15 minutes 1 time half hour next time as a sit there and watch me 2 guys in a golf cart watching me one guy in the truck at 1 time I could get things out on time and then I had a countdown on a 15 minute. Or a countdown Then the one guy count down from 10 seconds to 1 second OK Im locking the gate after 15 minutes I have time to get anything out of there at a carer everything out I had no time to get things out you have to watch everybody sit in golf carps and sitton and trucks, Then losing 2 keys then I have to give you the master key that I had in the envelope and a plastic bag the scented them and how many days did you all have charge of me of charge may surance company the bill did I got was wrong because a truck has sat there for quite a few days I should been pulled out of there a long, go and let me good everything out at once but you all have to watch everybody Ah seen people ravaging to other vehicles peoples vehicles which is wrong, Thats what I have to say

Took my Van for an AC Recharge. They say the compressor is Bad.They replace the AC Compressor $850., and CANT START MY VAN.For 2 Days they cant Start My Van. They did something to the Van Security System.Two days later, they get the Van started and BLOW the Complete Instrument Cluster. 4 Days to get Parts. They install the new Dash Cluster and the Odometer and Trip Meter DONT WORK. Their Replacement Dash doesnt even have a Trip Meter.And just to make sure I never come back, THEY SCRAP MY DRIVERS DOOR with a 2 square pattern down to the metal.NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!!!

Long distance tow. I had a pallet of marble in the back of my truck. I lost my wheel on 95. They towed to Daytona without a problem. Price for the distance and weight was fair.

Was connected with this business at 10pm on a Friday for towing services. After refusing to justify prices, the company then refused to to pick up our vehicle leaving us stranded on the side of the road. I couldnt recommended this company nor will they receive any future business from me. Their dispatcher was rude and uncooperative and I can only imagine how incompetent the rest of their company may be.
