Three people behind the counter with nobody else in line or waiting and they just...forgot one of our two drinks. Then they tried to argue about it when we went up.

Wow, no idea how this place stays in business with four people on staff and all of them either rude or unable to perform their job. All the 1 star reviews are correct. Terrible, almost hostile service. All four employees were eating lunch together in the middle of the coffee stand. I walked up and no one even looked up for minutes until I said hello. No one responded, but one person got up to help. I asked if I could order a lemonade for my small children and have it split into two cups, I got an eye roll and then no smile or any words said to me at all as my drinks were given. I said thanks, got no response. I’d fire everyone of these people and start from scratch. Good luck keeping your business open.

Best place ever, especially the new blond barista, who ever hired the new girl, you made the right decision! Good job! Its Exactly what this place needed, a happy go getter barista! She was very professional and polite and her drinks are nothing less then phenomenal! 5 stars all the way👍,♨️,💣!

The coffee and milkshake are both good but the employees aren’t very nice. From a barista point of view, I wasn’t impressed. I saw no one saying hello or talking to customers, the entire staff looked stressed and annoyed. I watched one of the girls blow her nose and didn’t wash her hands and continued to work.

I had some earl grey tea from here, and it was pretty good. Nothing out of the ordinary, but good tea overall. They had a great condiment selection including honey, which I was probably the most impressed by.

The 2 girls behind the counter seemed to hate their jobs and I waited at the counter for 4 minutes and they were on their phones and not paying attention to customers. I order a drink and watch the girl go over put a lid on it and gave it to me, premade. Great drink, terrible service

Wow... just wow. Stood at the counter waiting... waiting... waiting... watching the two people inside the walk around. Waiting... waiting. Not a word, nothing, no be with you in a second, were not open, nothing but sneering from the girl. Until we finally walked away and the people who walked up after us were assisted. Hmmmm....

First time coming. Janae helped me out a lot! Explained all the different flavors and things. Will visit again! 😁

The hot bev. was decent and delivered speedily to the pickup counter, but the interaction was served “iced”; both baristas seemed to be interested in being somewhere other than engaging with customers who stop by for a coffee and a warm smile.

The glaze they use is tasty but a little in the sweet side. One star off for lack of variety. Only pecans and almonds. Where are the cashews???

The coffee was more water than coffee. The service, unfortunately was indifferent. One staff was on her phone. The young lady at the counter never made eye contact. One wonders how much profit and business is lost due to unhappy staff? My guess is a lot.

Iced mocha and milkshake were decent, but customer service SUCKS! All ladies behind counter didnt seem to like their job. No smiles, nothing. I saw one lady behind counter hand drinks out very very quietly so no one can hear their pickup. A customer before me asked her if the latte was hers and then ask for a cup of water, and the barista gave her attitude. When the customer left, the African American barista totally gave her a nasty look, very judgemental.Management needs to adjust their customer service here. If you cant provide customer service, then get another job!Ive worked in retail for 4+ years and KNOW this is not acceptable.

Part of our order was forgotten but the employees were very nice and helpful. I scored some free roasted nuts for my wait.

Every thing here is really great.

I got the iced coffee which was alright, but all of the servers did not smile at all. They clearly dont care about the customers or how the company looks in the public eye. I am very dissapointed to see how rude the workers were. I would not tell people to come here ever.
