What a friendly experience! I appreciate that Showroom Manager Tobi took so much time working with me today.The store is closed due to pandemic precautions, unless you have an appointment, which was very easy to arrange via phone. They can allow one customer at a time, and it worked out very well for me.Thanks for letting my come by and working on finding solutions for my needs. The store has some demo items to try out before purchase, which was perfect for me.

One of the most inspiring place on this planet. Go there to learn about the BDR, to buy gear that you can last forever. The staff is always very welcoming. Not very accessible. Tip I got today, never leave vehicles outside with stuff exposed, there been many burglary.

They know what they are doing. If you love dual sport bikes you owe it to yourself to check thrm out. Not only do they have everything that makes your factory bike twice as good and more durable and safe. They also cary al the gear and helmets and gloves you need for your sport. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. They advise you on what you need for your style of riding. They never sell you things you dont need. Touratech. A marvelous German Brand you can trust.

Unbelievable customer service!!! I’ve dealt with them many times and never been anything other than blown away by the service. Recently I bought a set of fork cartridges from them and I damaged them during the install, I shipped them back to them, they over nighted them back to me fixed and ready to go at no charge. I’ve sat on the phone with them just talking bikes and planing trips with their help!! This is a company full of great people with great knowledge of adventure bikes!

Ive ordered various items over the last few yrs. The prices are IMO high, but the service is good. I have been able to call a speak to a person and get questions answered. Products ship and are what I ordered. Havent had to return anytime.Id rather buy locally, but if I cant find d it Ill order it. Amazon is a last resort.

Came in to pick up a part for a customer, the gentleman who helped me knew I was coming and was ready for me. Unfortunately I didnt catch his name his service was prompt and of high quality. I also was waiting for a back ordered part for my Africa Twin and it just happened to be in and I was able to pick it up. It made my whole day. Excellent customer service, great company ethos and a high quality product. No complaints from me, Im proud to have products from such a great company on my bike.

I had a very positive experience. Morgan was very helpful; he took the time to explain different options for my application. Im looking forward to receiving my new Touratech Zega Mundo Aluminum cases :-)

As the name suggests, they are geared more toward the adventure bike life than casual riders. Still very knowledgeable and were able to give us multiple options for my wife staying warm while riding. Ended up just getting some gloves, but know where Im headed if I ever want hardcases.

Great products and even better staff!! I rode down from Canada and got a number of parts. I wanted to put the parts on before heading home but was short a couple of tools. The staff pulled out a red tool box from behind the counter and said this will help. The only warning I have is Be careful, with all the products they have you may go broke!!

I cant state for ever manufacturer but I was able to walk away with a trunk full of gear for my BMW R1150GS. If you go, bring a bunch of $$$. They have everything there. The showroom is full of parts which I was able to locate and purchase, apparel is fresh and there is a large selection. If your buying panniers for your dual sport, think seriously about how much size you really need. Outstanding folks and service!

I stopped by to pick up some coolant for my Aprilia shiver to do a flush. I was assisted within seconds of walking inside. The sales person was able to help me find coolant for my bike as well as give me a great price.

These guys are awesome! I picked up my bike from another shop and headed over to touratech to look at some gear. When I got there I found that the other shop had done some some poor work and oil was puking out of my engine... Eric A. Offered to let me park my bike inside until the morning when I could get it picked up. This is above and beyond what they should have done. At this point I hadnt spent a penny in the store, and they took care of me like I was their best customer, which I now hope to become! If they care about another Rider that hasnt spent any money at their store, I can only imagine how well they will take care of customers.Thank you Eric! The go to place for dual sport motorcycle gear and accessories. Some people complain that theyre overpriced but I think you get what you pay for. And Ive never had a bad sales experience there. I bought an Aventuro dual sport helmet that turned out to have an issue, and they overnighted another one to me with Prepaid return shipping.

Went in today to look at seats for my f800gsa and the clerk was knowledgeable and helpful. Most of all the guy was approachable and friendly which isnt always the case (how many of us went to a motorcycle/gear store and found the clerk to be a snooty motorcycle guru?). Anyways, I ended up buying the seat and since I was carrying by daugher the clerk even helped me by bringing the box to my car. Thank you.

Items are highly over priced and its a shame that an american company is trying to scalp us buy charging way over the items worth. I will not shop again with this company.

I spent a considerable sum of money there in the Summer of 2015.While I had no problem with some of the gear I bought there, a Helmet that I paid over $700 for was beyond a lemon. It was a made by Nexx for Touratech helmet. The quality was well beyond terrible, and reading between the lines in hindsight, the salesman at the Seattle location mentioned some complaints. But, that was understated....garbage helmet. I felt it I couldnt sell it in good conscience to another person in the used market, and I wasnt in the mood to deal with a return, explanation, additional frustration. I threw the helmet away.I wrote a review on a motorcycle website about the helmet, giving it a very low rating. Afterwards, I was keyboard commando attacked by a number of people. Turns out that (at least) some of these attackers were suppliers to Touratech. One of the attackers I believe was a rep for the Nexx company.Touratech would have no doubt taken the helmet back and either exchanged it or refunded the product. I have absolutely no doubt about that. What does bother me is the price of the helmet, relative to the quality of it, WHILE knowing the problems that are being repeatedly expressed about the product. Frankly, I think the helmet is so poor, that it should have been RECALLED.

Lot of good riding gear and luggage options - way too many fun things to buy for adventure riding or commuting.

If you wanna go to the store in Seattle just to browse, forget it because their showroom is the size of a hotel room and hasnt any bike-specific parts. Look online instead and then go to the store.

Stayed open a few minutes later for me to get that part I just *HAD* to have immediately. Really kind about it, too. I will certainly be back!
