I don’t usually leave negative reviews but my experience with them is interesting! I bought a battery from them few days ago, the guy said it will arrive tomorrow so i paid him cash in advance, the battery didn’t show up for two days so i went back to him asking for a refund, instead of paying me cash as i paid them, he decided to use my debit card for refund even tho i didn’t use the card with them in the first place, so it’s been three days and the refund didn’t post, I contacted my bank and they didn’t see any refund credited back to my account, i went back to the store and the guy start yelling and asking me to wait 4 more days ( i know for a fact money was never credited back based on my bank information), they’re trying to give me hard time so i give up on my money! This place is a scam, I’m filling a report with the federal trade commission.
I came in to buy my first motorcycle helmet after feeling discouraged by my experience at another shop. Ryan was super informative, helpful, and easy going. I felt no pressure to make a purchase, and felt really comfortable the whole time. Im happy with my purchase and plan to come back here again!
Ive been a customer for 8 years with various bikes.Straightforward and easy to work with, this shop/store is run by people who provide the kind of service, attention and value that have me regret each time Ive gone elsewhere. I keep coming back. 5 stars.
Excellent knowledge and quick turn around timeI bought a new bike and popped in a few times to ask questions and look at what gear they have. The staff was always knowledgeable and was willing to answer my many beginner questions. Once I started looking at my bike and doing maintenance I realized I needed a new front tire, they had one in stock price matched to anything online and the install price was very reasonable. I didnt need it done quickly, but they got my wheel done same day and they even repaired the curb rash from the PO without charging me any extra and I really appreciate the extra touch. This place cares and you can feel it in the character and attitude.
Ive been taking my motorcycles there for over 10 years now. They take care of business. Know their stuff, service, parts, always friendly and if they dont have in stock what you need, they will get it for you. Thanks guys.
The guys at Cycle Center really go above and beyond to help you keep your bike on the road without breaking the bank. They can almost always find me parts and deals at a better rate than I can find online, and they put so much effort into remembering the people they work with. Ive never had a bad experience here and if you own a scooter or a vintage Japanese motorcycle, these guys have the experts with the patience and institutional knowledge to treat them right. You cant go wrong with Cycle Center.
They forgot to order parts for my bike twice so I had to wait an extra 2+ weeks before any repairs were made. Then they charged me 50% more than what was quoted in writing for unforseen issues which they didnt call and tell me about before doing. Ive had to call multiple times to get any information from them. Their staff are friendly and informative, but they clearly dont have enough manpower for demand.
Incredibly helpful staff. They didnt have the battery I needed in stock so the person helping me called two other motorcycle shops and found me the one I needed.
They are helpful and reasonably priced for repairs and parts.
Realized that Ive been coming here since 1992! Its changed a lot since then, but the employees are still friendly, helpful, and know their stuff. Im really glad Seattle Cycle Center has stuck around!
Always so helpful! Very patient with me while trying on helmets today, and even helped me install a special anti-fog lense. And by help I mean they did it for me without asking!!! So nice! Thank you!!
Any work Ive had done has been delayed weeks beyond what was quoted from ordering / mounting tires to simple carb clean outs. Even in the off-season.Tried ordering parts (that I could easily get online) to support a local business only to get delays and no flexibility with returns of unused parts.Between SUB, Triumph, and MotoShed there are plenty of options for better service, support, and communication in the neighborhood. Ill continue to support local business as much as I can. Just not this one.
Always helpful and fair. They know there’s more inventory online, and don’t vibe you if you bring in parts to install. Support Small Independent businesses!
They never steer me wrong. Highly trust them. They need more manpower tho haha.
Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, which was great experience for a noob rider like myself. Bought a great helmet in a price that was actually a bit cheaper than in various online retailers. Highly recommended!
I needed my tires installed on my 2013 Victory Cross Country. Had been calling around all week. Motoplex in Lynwood that is a Victory dealer says it would be three weeks to book me in. I bought the tires online and just needed a mounting. Well after reading the great reviews of this place I gave then a call Friday morning of the Labor day weekend expecting another let down. Well I was pleasantly surprised that they could get me in. Still apprehensive as this isnt a Victory shop. Well these guys hooked me up and got it done. They did a complete install and I rode of in a couple hrs. Dont be held hostage to these shops that are running one tech. Such as South Sound Motoplex. If you need tires for your Victory they can have Dunlop and other brands in two days and they did a great job with friendly service. I definately recommend to all who want real service. They deserve 10 stars. These guys are legit.
Excellent service at a very reasonable price. SA bog shout out out to kevin!
Even though they wouldnt mount the tire I brought in (a rear tire I wanted mounted on the front wheel of my Goldwing) they were really nice and even made some calls to help me find a place that would!
Ive been going to Seattle cycle Center for years always finding reasonable pricing and helpful service. The current group there are by far always striving to help you make a decision and explain to you the various accessories and options available.Very happy doing business there and recommend it to others.
Kevin loves the sound of his own voice!!! Recently purchased a helmet and bike lock from him and let me tell you that I couldnt get a word in edgewise. Its as if he has a prepared 10 minute (yawn) speech that will not be interrupted with questions. I returned to the store the next day to report that the helmet he sold me wasnt a good fit. Mind you, I said strait away that I was interested in purchasing a DIFFERENT/ADDITIONAL helmet and he went starit into defensive mode as if he didnt hear me say Id like to try another helmet. Which wasnt a big surprise since he never listened to me in the first place. What was off putting to me was when he immediately started in on how he couldnt exchange the helmet because I had ridden in it. Ummm I didnt expect them to but he added insult to injury when he suggested it was my fault because I hadnt worn the helmet in my house for long enough to cause a headache before I used it on my ride. He had suggested I wear it at home for a little while like watch a TV show or something in the helmet which I did and after a half hour I took it off with no issues. Only after about 2 hrs of riding did I get the headache to which he said he told me to wear the helmet. As if thats supposed to absolve his lack of listening skills.Bottom line, I came back not to complain but to spend more money on a new helmet and I even expressed that to him but he was too busy defending himself which leads me to believe that they must deal with a lot of Unhappy helmet buyers. I mean how do you not hear me say Id like to buy another helmet that fits better and Ill use the one I just bought as a loaner helmet, I know how that happens, it happens when youre terrible at being a salesperson. Having knowledge is great but Google has that too, a real salesperson listens to the customer and isnt accusatory and doesnt place blame on the customer. As a salesperson if the customer is happy with their purchase thats on YOU and not the customer. You have one job, help the customer find what they want.Their selection is minimal, the store is filthy and Kevin hasnt the first clue on how to be a salesperson.Walked in planning to spend another $300+ on a better helmet and an additional lock and walked out embarrassed I ever did business with him in the first place. Btw the helmet I purchased had somebodys hair stuck inside it which is disappointing and gross.Thats my experience with this shop.
Wonderful group of guys highly recommended.
Seattle Cycle Center is the real deal. Ryan and the crew know bikes and care about riders. They serviced my bike recently at a fully reasonable price, and it hasnt sounded or felt this good in years. Personable, communicative, and expert. Absolutely will return for anything mechanical, and if I need gear, Id 100% rather get it from people who know what theyre talking about than take a chance on something from online.
I had a scooter that was not running and these guys got it all up and running and finely tuned for a very reasonable price. Then a few days later I had it stolen from me. Luckily, I recovered it a couple days after that, however, it was not operational again. I took it back to the shop in the morning and they remembered how recently I was in before. Well, they went to work on it immediately and were able to get it back to me after only two and a half hours! The service that I received was outstanding and I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of repairs.
I went to browse, Im think about getting a scooter. I was amazed at the level of customer service I received, and even got a quote. If/when I do get a scooter this will be the first and most likely only stop I make. 5 stars isnt enough!
Pete knows scooters for sure - - - expert diagnosis and skills.
Great customer service. As a woman rider I always feel very comfortable here. The guys never make me feel like I dont know what Im talking about, or that any questions I have are woman questions, if you know what I mean. Theyre very respectful of all my inquiries. Ive purchased most of my gear here and serviced 3 different bikes here over the years and its always the same great service.
Great people, knowledgeable, safety conscious, fast and courteous. Replaced both tires on a 13 Victory Cross Country Tour. Id highly recommend them.
Needed a replacement battery for my motorcycle. They had it!
On a ride through from Sacramento CA with our Harley group. All the dealerships in the area said no tire service till Monday its Saturday at 10am. Called Seattle cycle center they said bring it in. Serviced our tire fixed our spokes and got a new tube quickly. Had us back on the road at a reasonable price. Great group of guys definitely a place to ship and do business with
Got a discount card from taking the riding course at Evergreen Motorcycle Training at Totem Lake. Bought some boots. Selection of boots is sort of small, Id look somewhere else next time, but they have lots of other great gear. Service department does only tires and brakes on Harleys. The sales staff is friendly and very helpful. Made helpful recommendations. They let me try boots with my bike to ensure function and comfort. Great folks.
Great place for top service. Reasonable rates and honest. Highly recommended for your scooter needs.
Super chill staff there. Small retail space but theyre smart with what they stock it with, so they have a little of everything you need.
Awesome place. They know their stuff... Literally. If you go in and ask for something they don’t have, they will tell you they don’t have it and have no problem recommending another place that might have it. I’ve gotten everything I have ever needed, but have seen them do that with someone else. Super nice as well!! Go give ‘em a try if you need anything motorcycle or scooter.
I went up here to look at a scooter with my friend. Ryan never told us over the phone they couldnt sell us anything the day of. He knew my friend was driving an hour to the shop, but never said anything about needing to make an appointment to actually buy anything. The reason he couldnt sell anything day of was because hes violating the stay-home order. To get around the stay-home order, he was arranging sales to be after hours and only one person a night. It seemed sketchy, not to mention risking peoples health just to stay in business. My friend was more than happy to spend money at a competitor.
Trust. i daily a classic and seattle cycle keeps it running like a top. fair prices, great service!
I recently a needed to find a part for a damaged boot. Although it was a small and inexpensive item, Ryan spent time running it down including convincing the manufacturer to to provide the part directly...and at no cost to me. I had previously tried other sources for the part to no avail.
Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly staff. I went in with what I thought needed to be done, and rather than just charge me and do it, they actually talked me out of some maintenance that didnt need to be done yet! Definitely just earned a new repeat customer :)
Great place for motorcycle & scooter needs. The merchandise floor has shrunk considerably in the last few years - its now taken up with scooters - but, if youre in the market for a nice scoot check em out, they have some nice brands. Also, they have women-sized clothing, which is hard to find. Staff is always helpful & available to answer any questions.
These guys are awesome! Good selection of gear, scooters, and cycles. Theyre currently working on my scooter and theyre totally friendly, hospitable, and helpful. They wanted to close early for Labor Day weekend but theyre going the extra mile to get me back on the road a.s.a.p. I will definitely be a repeat customer even though I live in Renton.
I went in to the shop based on referral from a friend of mine and the people were amazing. Dave found a spare electrical connector so I could get my neutral light working again, and Ryan out front helped me select a new battery tender giving me a quick run down on the differences between the two.Ive bounced around different shops in the area but this will be where I go from here on out. Ill be back in the spring for some new tires and riding gear. Highly recommended, great local business.
Great service, great employment philosophy, very informative. I plan on going back to purchase a scooter with all the fixings (safty gear and such)
Long story short: These guys are super friendly, fair priced, and do good work. Been in for an oil change and for troubleshooting issues and been more than happy each time. - Recently my daily commuter had started giving me a few problems, a slow leak on the front tire and out of nowhere the speedometer stopped working. I trouble shot both to the best of my abilities and couldnt fix either. I took the bike into Seattle Cycle Center and they had the speedometer issue sussed out in less than 5 minutes. They ordered me a new speedometer cable and a week later I got a call that it arrived. When I went in to pick it up I told them the issue I was having with the tire leak and they offered to take a look at it. They took it off the bike, checked it for leaks and cleaned the rim and rebalanced the tire. All for an incredibly fair price and in a very quick turnaround. Im not sure if it fixed the tire issue yet but Im already sold on these guys. Ill be back for any issues I have in the future.
These are the guys you want working on your bike, hands down best customer care, and services.Ryan and Kevin truly care about your safety as a rider, the entire team will make sure your motorcycle is ready for the road before letting you ride away, and they do this in a timely manner.
Sometimes theres a lot of bikes and gear on show, sometimes not so much. I think this Covid year is real hard on supply levels but the staff is always knowledgeable and friendly and that is the key!
Great place. Very helpful and nice people.
Looking for a helmet. They had what I needed and didnt try and sell me the most expensive ones like other shops in the area. Guys are knowledgeable and friendly in a real way, not a I am being friendly because I want to sell you something kind of way.
A great place to buy a helmet. Good selection and they were really patient with me finding the right fit.
I love this place! More than fair on service, great for gear and supplies too. Totally straight-up nice guys. I shop here as much as I can.
Street bikes, dirt and dual-sports - these guys do it all, and they do it well. While other shops are weeks behind on repairs, their turnaround time is prompt and welcomed. Decent gear selection too. When my girlfriend was picking out a helmet, one of the guys spent over an hour walking her through all the options. Top notch.
The two guys I dealt with today (sorry I didnt get your names!) were great. I had a tire with a nasty bulge and wanted a tire put on same day. Not a problem, they got me in!They only had one tire in stock in my size (not a super common one) but the date code was 15 years back, an 03. I didnt even think to check for that but they did and refused to sell it to me since old tires are..old and rotten. I really appreciated that, since a less reputable service center might do whatever possible to get rid of old stock. I hopped down the street to Triumph, grabbed some tires (service was too busy there to put them on), brought em back and these guys hooked me up.Chill place, cool dudes, great service. Ill be back next time!
I went in yesterday to buy a tube for my front tire. I was quoted several prices around town to install and balance the tire with the wheel off the bike from $40-50. $60-80 with the wheel on the bike. These guys did it for $35 with it on the bike in about 20 minutes! Thoroughly impressed and satisfied!! Thanks again guys, keep up the good work!
I take my R6 here ever since I moved downtown. Tires, oil changes, chains and everything. Before that I would only go to Southbound Honda in Tacoma. I take my bike only to shops I trust with my life. They wont even put a used tire on your bike, its like that, I tried. This is a chill shop and the employees are very respectable. The tech Sonny is always helpful and easy going. Call them and ask questions and they have answers!I just appreciate this place because they seem like a scooter shop at first but they are stoked to work on motorcycles and theres always a few super bikes out front. Cool vibes and not extreme prices make this rating 5 stars!Oil change includes all the lubes you need. Tires are done right on time. The bike comes back running better and smoother and even the kickstand gets lubed. They let you know all the things your bike needs but arent pushy about it, they just say it can be done! All in all its a great shop!
Very friendly, helpful, and professional. Ryan has stayed around after hours for me multiple time since my work schedule conflicts with their open hours. great deals on tires and service. Highly recommended..
I bought some tires from them and they gave me the best price, cheapest mounding and were super friendly. I have also taken my DR650 there for a valve adjustment and they did a great job.
My friend and I stopped here half way thorough our cross country trip. We had 5k miles on the trip so far so we both needed oil changes, and I needed a new rear tire. I called ahead to make sure they had a tire that would fit my ninja 500, they did and gave me a quote. I mentioned that we only had one night in Seattle and that the bikes were especially dirty from some muddy roads in Montana. They said that they could get the work down in a day and that if the dirt got in the way of the work they would hose them down no charge. We got in at noon and they let us keep all our gear and luggage in their waiting area and he watched over it as we chilled in the Starbucks across the street. They pointed out that my fork was leaking and let me go buy the part from another shop in the area for them to do the work. The mechanic even stayed late that night and replaced both my front seals even though they only charged me for one side, (only leaked on the right). When I got my bike back it was cleaner that I had ever had it and lubed all over (levers, chain). All in all they were very friendly, not pushy with any service, did a great job on the work and willing to go the extra mile even though they knew I would never be a repeat customer (from the east coast). They exceeded my expectations, I wholeheartedly recommend them. Thanks again
When no other shop in the Seattle area would help me and my friend with getting tired when we were returning from a trip to Alaska to Arizona, Ryan was able to order us tires and get them in and put on our bikes and got us back on the road. I ride a Victory and my buddy rides an Indian, so the can take care of just about any bike. If your traveling through the Seattle area an need something for your bike, they are the ones to call
Great guys. Excellent service. I was able to schedule break-job the next day, and they did it while I waited (it took exactly as long as they said). They washed the bike. They were friendly professional and helpful. Theyve got a great selection. Ill never go anywhere else.
Last time I visited Seattle by motorcycle, I stopped by. It had been 25 years. The faces are new but the great service was the same. They had the chain lube that I needed and helped me apply it. It was fun to visit a place that held fond memories of my adventures with my first motorcycles and be there years later with my son who was riding his first.
Knowledgeable and helpful staff. I have been a customer for 12 years. Never disappointed. Good business.
Excellent service at competitive prices. They took great care of my 99 Victory!
Friendly, knowledgable, top flight outfit. A very needed, versatile, asset to everyday motorcyclists in Seattle. Good shop. Very usable selection of used bikes. Fast service. Realistic pricing. I gave them a four star rating. I will definitely return. And based on my experience with them. They will doubtlessly earn 5 stars if they keep it up.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, and prices are reasonable on all their products if you want/need something the same day.I recently brought my bike in for repairs and they were very upfront and honest about everything, which I appreciate. They even suggested ways to save money on upgrades.I havent gotten my bike back yet, but Im pretty confident Ill be happy. Ive made numerous purchases at this store, and hope to keep coming back.
So far . . . excellent! We stopped in to pick up a street helmet for my six year old. The employee must have known that when the children of parents are cared for and treated very well, you get the loyalty of the parents. My fault for not remembering his name, but this guy was fantastic with my child. I will be returning for more gear and may start to take my motorcycle there for maintenance (its a bit more of a drive for me) as I can only hope the rest of the staff is just as attentive.
Bought a scooter last year at Christmas.. Service was outstanding and they delivered to my house at a specific time so I could hide it. Highly recommend
A great experience! I am just starting to learn to ride a motorcycle and I needed some rain gear and gloves. Robert (or was it Richard) was amazing! He listened to my needs and concerns, showed me numerous options, explained the differences, and did not try to upsell me. He offered lots of good advice and was genuinely friendly and interested. I will definitely go back when I am in need of more gear.
Nice folks at the counter. The limited service I have had done was done well by an extremely helpful staff. I mostly go in for gloves and chain oil. I have been helped quickly and politely every time.
Ive been shopping here semi-regularly for almost 20 years and they are still my local go-to for anything that isnt brand specific to my bikes. You might save a few bucks ordering your tires or helmet online, but the service Ryan provides is well worth the difference and his prices are pretty damn close. At a time when the dealerships are becoming less and less welcoming, Im glad we still have Seattle Cycle.
Small place, nice staff, very informative and helpful. Weve bought a bike ride and some accessories. Well continue to return.
The guys at the shop were amazing and went above and beyond to assist my brother and I when we had a random bolt fall out and a strange noise occur during our motorcycle trip. They were even able to look at it that same day! I would highly recommend them to any motorcycle rider.
I have been in here numerous times for a couple of years now and every time they are helpful and friendly. I can usually find what I need and their prices are actually quite good. I suspect those who have had a problem with the attitude of the salespeople have had a bad attitude themselves. Show a little courtesy and they will take care of you. I will be happy to support a local business that will be there to keep my bike running.
I bought a second hand Yamaha Vino 50cc from them a few months ago. It was my first time buying a scooter and I had plenty of questions. They spent time explaining me how to drive it and how to maintain it. Im using it every day to go to work and its been working perfectly so far. I totally recommend this place!
Friendly, helpful staff. Non-neurotic mechanics. Got me in at a moments notice, and out the door quickly for a good price.
Knowledgable, helpful staff. Lots of motorcycle accessories as well as used bikes and a shop. Decent prices.
Brought in a junk motorcycle to see if it could be brought back to life. They looked over it free of charge, and instead of charging me a bunch of money they said it was not worth it. Really great place, highly recommend.
Great place to shop for motorcycle and scooter parts.
I have purchased most of my gear here over the decades. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have also had bikes serviced here, including new tires. No complaints.
Very helpful staff, good service and customer report, fast and friendly. Not usually busy and lots of cycling equipment and apparel. Moderate prices.
The sign says Seattle Cycle Center. Theyve got a good selection of helmets, but womens gear is pretty lacking.. though thats pretty much the case everywhere. They dont always have everything in stock in all sizes/colors, but the staff is very helpful and will order anything for you :)Ive had great experiences getting speedy assistance from all the staff, and theyre very nice. You really dont feel like youre getting ripped off or tricked like you sometimes do at other places.
Not for sport bikes. Never again
Great people, great service.
Very good place stuff very helpful and knowledgeableAnd reasonable price It worth it to give them a a try if you have any problems in your bike
I rarely take any time to write a review. In this case, the time spent is necessary. I was loyal customer and referred customers, only to get terrible customer service. Ordered parts only to have to repeatedly call to find out when they will be in. After 3 weeks and calls to the store, I got them. But one part missing. After numerous inquiries about it [and over 5 months], I got no results but stone walled: we will look into it. Got frustrated and ordered the part on line;discovered I got quicker service. Took of one of my scooters in for new engine; it took them a month to get estimate back to me. Authorized repair; give them $ back in May. After 6 months of inquiries, they still had not got it repaired. Kept getting. we will get to it.When they did call;I was unable to get it due leg injury and cash flow over Xmas but told them I would get it January. Bud, the owner, attempted to charge $500 storage fee or put lien on the bike. Their sign on storage fees is in back entry to repair shop section; any customer could not see it unless they walked into repair section.Took another scooter in for repair difficulty starting; it never got fixed. they said it was battery. Got new battery from them; still does not start. If they can get a quick, cash sale, they will pay attention; otherwise.do not expect any service unless a quick a sale.
They have always had the best customer service! From a ladies perspective in a bike shop, that equates to extra kudos 😁
Local guys who know their stuff. Great gear selection and good service dept
Friendly place. Reasonable stock. Not a ton of bikes but its a small store. Sales is not pushy.
Wow, these guys are GREAT! Took my old 1974 Yamaha DT 125 Enduro and made it brand new again. This is a 44 year old bike that now has great snap for a 125 mid range bike. Was not sure at first when I brought the bike in, all I saw was scooters and mopeds. Was informed every step of the way what needed to be done and the cost. Took a few months but that was do to getting the parts. Probably wont see them again because of the wonderful job they did the fist time. Just like the old days when someone said they fixed it they actually fixed it!
I brought my scooter in last summer for an oil change and inspection. I called three other locations and this store was the cheapest. I was pleased with the efficiency of service. Yesterday, I went in a couple hours before closing because my seat compartment jammed and my wallet and keys were inside. Even though they were busy, they got it fixed right away and even offered to check my tire pressure. They don’t upsell or make you feel embarrassed for asking questions. If they don’t have something in stock they will order it for you. I would definitely recommend Seattle Cycle Center to others!
Friendly and helpful staff, mechanics are knowledgeable, and they dont try to oversell you. My go-to spot for any motorcycle problems and quick-fix advice. While I was shopping for a new set of tires, Ryan recommended the ME 888 over my initial choice of Bridgestone Exedra. With no pressure at all, I was given time to think it over and do some research on it. It turns out that for a great price the ME 888s were some of the best out there suited for my bike and riding style. One of my best purchases and no second thoughts. These guys know what they sell and can stand by it.
These guys are great, I highly recommend shopping for accessories and servicing your ride here.
Great customer service, great inventory, great people and they treat you like family! I’ll definitely keep coming back. Thanks Ryan and Bud!
I gave them two stars because they have helped me out on two occasions but I have to say the staff is shady at best. I just cannot recommend this place for anything but if you absolutely have to go here just be very careful to what you are agreeing to and pay very close attention to costs, estimates and product values.
Just bought a 2018 Kymco Like 200i from Ryan and his team at Seattle Cycle Center. As a complete novice (and a woman), I found Ryan approachable and knowledgeable but also super laid-back. He didnt talk down to me or try to sell me on extras. I came in knowing the scooter I wanted, and he delivered. You will probably get faster service at a bigger dealership with more staff, but I much prefer great customer service and good prices along with building a long-term relationship with folks who can take care of my scooter. Based on the reviews here, they seem to have seasons when theyre short staffed, and that has been the case for a few weeks this summer. Just be patient and follow-up, and Ryan will treat you right. In fact, he personally delivered my scooter all the way out in Renton for me (because I definitely dont have the skills to ride that far yet) and took extra time to go over all the scooter features and quirks. He puts an emphasis on safety--which I really appreciate--while never losing sight of how much damn fun these things are. I took my new scooter out the next morning to practice for an upcoming skills test and am already pulling tight U-turns in a nearby parking lot. Whoohoo! Thanks to Ryan and his team for getting me up and running. I will definitely be back.
Their customer service just plain sucks in my experience, ineffective and rude. Ordered a replacement tire through them because they promised it would be delivered quickly (was told it could be delivered later same week). Wednesday of the following week comes around, I call to check the order status and told its been shipped and will be here either later that day or on Friday. On Friday I call again to check the status, they guy says he needs to look into my order and he will call me back in 5 minutes. No one calls back. Call them again nearly an hour later, same dude picks up the phone, apologizes and says he will call me back for sure this time. Two hours later, no call back. Happen to be in the area so I stop by the store and the same guy finally admits the tire is actually on the backorder! Then, when I ask why was I told that its been shipped already he takes offence, snaps at me and asks if I want a refund. Sure I do, will gladly take my business elsewhere!
These guys are awesome. Always glad to help, they know bikes, have good gear and do good work on tire changes and brakes. I have been coming here for over 12 years now, never been disappointed. They did an excellent job on my tires and brakes on my 09 harley dyna recently. Topnotch!
Took my 2007 ninja 250 in for a routine service job on a very busy Saturday. Very courteous staff, communicated well, and reasonable price!
Super knowledgeable staff, well priced, not intimidating to newbies.
