After two months of my Vespa, it broke down and NW Moto still has it to repair. Its been two months without my ride or without a substitute. NW moto hasnt ever called back to let us know the status of my Vespa. Not professional, not communicative and not respectful of my rights. Sadly I have to say that I am not pleased with the way Ive been treated by NW moto. Thats a bummer because we choose them over Bellevue Motosports...

Worst service ever. Lack of communication, apparently lack of connection with Piaggio, and ultimately a total lack of professionalism. Dont buy Piaggio scooters here.

I had a wonderful time today at the shop! I was getting my Zero SR serviced, a 6kw Charge Tank installed by Natt. They were awesome in getting my bike turned around quickly. Hailey helped me order parts that I brought in, and John helped with the facilitating. The sales guys were awesome, I tried a Tiger 800 today. They totally werent pushy but very helpful in fitting me to the right bike. Id highly recommend these people for your motorcycle needs.

Excellent shop and by far the best option for Zero motorcycles, especially. Pricing is reasonable and saves you haggling or gaming around! Professional nd will treat you like gold. Best shop I have ever worked with.

Great option if you want to look at a Zero motorcycle. Helpful and kind staff that will walk you through any questions you have. Would absolutely recommend this dealer.
