Me and my girlfriend and our best friends went in mostly too look. Alex and Max were working and wow, they were the best. I have never had a more helpful, knowledgeable and fun experience than I had there. We walked in with ideas and left with solutions. Love those guys, love this place.

Went into the store. The music was blaring so loud that I couldnt even hear my partner. The cashier wasnt friendly. Forgot to ask about my phone number till I mentioned it. Charged me for a bag even though I didnt ask for one. Also unrelated was stalked and possibly recorded by another customer.

Overall experience was great! Alex was a gem and accommodated me with any of my requests, willing to listen and give advice/great recommendations. Couldn’t have been happier after my purchase!

Max helped me and my girlfriend find all the items that we needed to have fun in and out of the bedroom. He was very informative of all the products and didn’t push on us buying which led us to buy a lot. 😁

Alex helped us today and made our experience so special. He was knowledgeable and incredibly personable. Cant wait to go back. Will return because of him and I live in Portland.

The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. When we first came in we were greeted and asked if we needed any help finding what we were looking for and it was very nice not to have a pushy sale associate as sometime going into an adult store can be intimidating and uncomfortable. When asking questions on various products, they had alot of good advice and recommendations. I would like to see more outfits and or products for plus size as I didnt see a whole lot of choices. Besides that, overall Id go there again and would recommend other go there too

We’ve shopped at Castle since they opened in the late 80s and always had a good experience accept today. The person working decided to take a break right when i got there which meant I had to stand outside and wait. After letting me in 10 minutes later she did not make herself available for help; I was looking to replace a toy that would no longer hold a charge. We wanted the same or a similar device we had originally purchased at this location several years ago. The person was not friendly or helpful at all, she had zero interest in helping, no smile, no real knowledge of the products. I came in at 530 on Wednesday June 2nd.

I loved coming into the store. Some customer or stranger asked me to buy him a white outfit.I got everything I needed and as I was walking home, the same man snatched my bag with my receipt And is planning to return the items after I refused to go to his home.

This is an amazing store, but their hours have not been updated. They are open Sunday through Saturday from 12:00 until 6:30 PM during the pandemic.

The place is clean, well lit and very helpful. Vita on particular helped us find something fun and spontaneous. Vita was very easy to talk to, professional, answered all our questions and helped us find a great product all without being pushy. We had stopped by the day before just to check the place out and all the staff is friendly and easy going. Would definitely go back!

Kim went out of her way to make me feel welcome and open, so it was easy to build up and explore what I really needed.I originally went in for a device for a partner but ended treating myself, giving a modest starter gift for my partner and deciding later to come in to shop together for something wed both feel comfortable with.She took the time to show me a variety of vibrators, and gave me details about the warranty, quality etc. along with updated versions of toys I so dearly love.I want to come back anyways because there selection of skivvies, jewelry, swimsuits, and clothing that exceeded my expectations of what you see in other Adult Entertainment stores.Hopefully I can see Kim so she can tell me whats new and exciting as well because I already have a small list that she wrote out for me that I plan to invest in next time.I was vulgar, blunt and comical and she treated helped me with the upmost professionalism. She is an incredible sells person. I went in with a goal set in mind but she showed me things I wish I would have bought there instead of online or at other stores.Vida was also super friendly and gave me suggestions to keep my new items clean and fresh.Overall my experience was amazing, and I look forward to coming back... Yes... With friends.

Friendly staff, they were helpful and seemed very comfortable with their buisness, knowledgeable and professional. The store itself is well stocked, and even though the neighborhood around there is a bit sketchy depending on the time of day, once I was inside the store I felt totally at ease. Its a nice setup, I found it to be more welcoming and comfortable than the previous location they moved from. A+

Staff was nosy and kept overselling things to me while I was browsing. Nothing was priced so I had to keep asking them for prices and then enter a tirade of unsolicited suggestions. Dont shop here if you have retail anxiety.

I have been there twice now and had different staff members assist me. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable and open minded. The products are reasonably priced and i am very satisfied with the quality of the products.The atmosphere is a little bargain market if you will, not cute with bad lighting and ugly fixtures..but..Im not there for a pretty store. I highly recommend going there.
