I came here since they happened to have a specific car I was interested in and was amazed at the excellent service and low pressure sales. Zeke was wonderful to work with; he handled everything independently and it was great to not get the run around with multiple managers and sales people. None of the let me go ask my manager bs you normally get from car sales people. The staff was pleasant and personable. Price matched with proof of comparable. Gave me a fair value for my trade in. Had the best experience purchasing our RX350 from Auto Quest. I have always been weary of dealerships because the sales people are usually so pushy. But we worked with one of the owners of Auto Quest and did not feel pressured to buy anything at all. They had our dream car at a great price and gave us options for financing without making us feel like we had to choose one way or another. Literally the most smoothest car buying experience with the nicest staff. If we ever will need another car in the future, I know where we’ll be going to make that purchase. Worst place to buy a car. You know when you hear stories of dealerships that go out of their way to cheat customers with confusing language, multiple papers to sign to keep the dealership free from harm, cars that run “fine” for the first week until you notice a load of problems? THIS IS ONE OF THOSE DEALERSHIPS! Steer clear of this place. I bought a vehicle here and the next DAY I was already experiencing issues with it. I called and you know what the manager CRAIG and LOGAN said? “You bought it, it’s yours now. There’s nothing we can do about it. You can’t return it. The vehicle was fine here so not sure what issue you are talking about”. Again. If you want honesty, reliability, good people and service, THEN AVOID THIS PLACE. Photo is of my car leaking. Logan was extremely efficient and helpful during our search for a car, he found a car we liked after giving a brief description of what we wanted from the car. From there the rest of it was cake. We were in and out of Auto Quest within 1-1.5 hours! Highly recommend.P.s. the next day we found out one of the headlights was out(our bad for not inspecting closer) and we called Logan. Not even an issue they got it fixed within 10 minutes and no a hassle. Greatest dealership experience I’ve ever had!

Logan is exactly not what you think of when you think of a pushy salesman. He is very helpful, courteous, and we felt no pressure. It kind of felt like we were going to friends house to buy a car even though we had never met him before. The office is clean and organized. We were able to strike a deal with him and were very pleased with the vehicle. He is very responsive, communicates clearly with no reading between the lines.I highly recommend giving auto quest the chance to get you into a great vehicle at a fair price.

It was first the thoroughly laid out advertisements that interested us in the cars at AutoQuest. Outlining the details and information very well of each car. Upon arriving you will enter into a beautiful showroom where the cars are excellently kept and stored inside (not out in the rain of Seattle). We were stunned by the pristine condition of each and every car. The car we had requested to view was front and center, prepped for viewing, and ready for our test drive. We were allowed to be alone to enjoy the showroom at our leisure, without any hovering or pressure from sales people. The huge selection of nice shiny cars was a wonderful variety to choose from. I emphasize shiny because the cars gleam from superior detailing and care. Surely, many will catch your eye. This isnt just a cover up either. The car themselves have been maintained and service records provided by AQ. The prices were very reasonable and fair for the selection provided. Craig and Logan answered any and all questions and were very thorough throughout our sale. Ensuring everything was taken care of and checked prior to receiving our car. We are shipping our car to Hawaii soon and they assisted with details for our transfer of states. This place is an absolute scam!!! Avoid at all cost!! This place has gotten shut down many times and they Always reopen under a new name.... Its always the same low lifes working there. Do not fall for there In house financing its a total scam. They basicly tell u to make payments directly to them. Then eventually they will sell ur loan to a real bank and lie about the amount owed... Even the contract says that they have the right to sell ur loan to a real bank with out notifying u. U will be notifyed by the bank that purchased ur loan... I paid 300$ payments directly to them for 2 years, then they sold my loan to a bank and lied about how much I still owed on my car. There was nothing I could do about it because the receipts they gave me were not official I ended up paying over 12 grand for a car that was priced at 5 grand...

I had a great experience with Auto Quest yesterday. I normally wouldnt travel so far to buy a car (I live in Bremerton) but I fell in love with a limited edition 2014 Subaru Outback they had listed on their website. I contacted them late at night to see about a test drive and Zeke got back to me right when they opened the next day. Since I was unable to get there until late afternoon, I kept up communication throughout the day to make sure they knew I was serious about buying. I was able to get pre-qualified so that after the long drive and confirmation I was taking her home, the process of paying and signing papers was such a seamless breeze. This is honestly the first time that I have ever gone to an auto dealership and spent the entire time I was there feeling so comfortable and confident, and the first time I have left feeling overwhelmingly pleased with the vehicle I bought and deal that I was offered.

Worth the long drive up from Beaverton, OR! They had a 2015 Lexus RX350 that was hard to find in Oregon. It was priced well and their website had a free Carfax to download, a feature that is really helpful. Our sales guy, Zeke, was low key and welcoming. He gave us the keys to the car and said we could hit the road to check it out. We liked it, but had some trepidation on how the purchasing process would be, knowing how dealers could be and all. NO PROBLEM!! It went well. A little gentle negotiations, no pressure, no silly warranty sales hype...and the car was ours. We spent more time test driving the car than buying it, amazing. And to cap it off, days later we found out that the check we had written for the car was on the wrong account, so it bounced. Were they upset with us? No! We just resent the money, all went well, and they sent us the title for our new purchase. Very impressed, and Im a car guy for over 40 years and have never had this kind of pleasant experience at a dealer, or even with most private parties! Give them a shot sometime. (P.S. I know this is just a temporary thing, but our car has even gone up in value about $2k since we bought it! )

If i could give it zero i would, bought the worst car of my life from this place. didnt last 3 weeks before it had critical failures (5k+ repair jobs) in 3 years i only got 18k miles on it (bought it at 86k) and it is completely shot. avoid this place the sells cars with issues

Not your typical used car dealer experience! I came in for a test drive expecting the typical used car salesperson tactics, but was very surprised that they do not operate like that. Ive test driven a few similar cars to the one I checked out here, and at each of the other dealerships I was at the mercy of the salesperson trying to make a sale as fast as they could to make as much profit as humanly possible. Here, I was able to take my time to look over the car and decide for myself if I liked the options on the car. I even scheduled an appointment on very short notice as I had unexpectedly had the day off work, and they had the car absolutely spotless and ready for me to check it out. I really enjoyed that I didnt have to interview to see if I really was about to buy the car, or let alone a hard credit pull to test drive (@Tacoma/Fife used car dealers). Craig knew a bunch about the car I was looking at and didnt give me any false promises about the car (a first for me). He offered the car at an incredible price relative to the market, but I decided that I would be happier in a slightly different model.

They were great! They have a good selection and their vehicles are in good shape. Logan was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and easy. I would recommend them for anyone looking at getting a new car.

I was initially scheduled by Logan the manager but worked with Ryan when I arrived. I was able to test drive a several different vehicles on my own and they let me take my time. They have a good selection of luxury used cars in their indoor warehouse. Everyone I talked to was very nice and it is true that they are a no pressure sales atmosphere. I enjoyed conversations with Ryan as he was very knowledgeable about cars and answered all my questions. I came there looking for a specific lexus and it was actually tough for me since there were so many choices. They are up front with what they can do as a small business and will work with you (without the pressure) to ear your business. In the end, I was able to get the vehicle that I wanted and felt good about my purchase. They even provided me with a fix-it form to work on some paint chips since this is a used car dealership. I didnt get a chance to test drive the car at higher speeds since the Blue Angels were in town but I noticed on the ride was noisy and steering wheel vibrated on the way home. Ill have to ask them about this. I like to support small businesses and this will be a place I recommend to friends and family. Will return again. Thanks Ryan and the Auto Quest team!

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced in my life!!!!!!!! The salesman couldnt be bothered to even stsnd up to help us let alone make eye contact. There was a beautiful BMW on the lot that, had the service been better I wouldve loved to have taken it home that day. I was so put off, I walked out and bought another great BMW elsewhere. They might have great cars but the service is horrible. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that appreciates your business.

Best Friend bought a used Volvo V50 here 2 to 3 years back, the car ended up having more and more issues than advertised, spark plugs were factory originals (long overdue for replacement). There also was some sort of body damage that deteriorated slowly until it was only noticeable until now and repairs would exceed the value of the car. Do not buy here, they seem to lie to sell any car.

I was looking to purchase a luxury vehicle from Auto Quest. Craig seemed friendly at first but when I asked him questions about the state the vehicle was in he began to be defensive and got worse after a few minutes. Craig informed me that the vehicle I was looking at had new battery and rear brakes replaced but the rear brake were not replaced as he claimed and to confirm this the vehicle service warning light for brakes pad warning light came on while I was checking out the car. It was missing 2 of the 4 Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors, cracked front bumper, loose and droopy headliner, inoperable cup holder sliding cover, driver and passenger side heated seats did not work, engine compartment/hood struts did not work to name a few defects.When I questioned Craig about a squealing noise coming from the engine and asked if it was the timing belt, he replied, What?! Yea, I hear the engine running. I dont hear anything else. I dont know what youre talking about. He also went on to say angrily, that I must work for an Asian Psychic because I can hear that the timing belt is about to go out. I walked out after that insult.

I was ready for a marathon negotiation. I was disappointed it only lasted 5 minutes. Logan S., the manager wasted no time. I gave my offer and he countered fairly. In addition, he looked at my car to trade and gave me the best trade value compare to carmax, caravana and even Tesla. Finally, Logan got me a better rate than my credit union with the same term. Dealerships in general should run their business like Autoquest. No pressure. No long negotiations. In and out in less than an hour...the owner is a cool guy too.

Cars were clean, staff was friendly and let me look without being pushy for a sale, good selection. However, I wanted to look at a specific car that advertised online. Its at a repair shop, and despite me asking about it on two occasions, they were unable to tell me what was wrong with the car or give me an ETA of when the car would be back. Im not sure why they didnt call the shop to ask.

Not one to write reviews but I had quite the experience, went and saw their white 2017 Lexus is300 AWD, the car looked nice, no rust that I can see, so I did what every buyer who wants a last confirmation to buy does, I went and got a pre purchase inspection done at a Lexus dealership, small price to pay for what would have been a terrible buy, they end up telling me that the break calipers where painted over to hide corrosion, that the break system was quite corroded, and that the tires where nowhere near safe to drive on( nylon fibers showing in the picture s shown, the car had 4 bent rims, and runs on a lot of the under carriage . I should have taken it as a red flag when I asked for the inspection sheet from their third party inspected arrows automotive. I have purchased a car that had been inspected by arrows previously and I know they give the report to the dealer so when they told me they didn’t have it I should’ve taken it as a sign to walk away.

I purchased my Mercedes from Auto Quest, and the initial visit was pleasant and the sale went smoothly. Their finance guy took time with me in finding the best rate for me on the loan. Once we started working out the details, he sold me the after-market warranty that Auto Quest endorses. He referred to it as “Peace of Mind” and that it would “be in my best interest, especially being that its an expensive automobile.” I decided that I did want the peace of mind with my new car, and purchased the two-year warranty for a little less than $5,000.About two months ago, my Mercedes began making a very strange noise. I took it into Auto Quests preferred auto shop to have it looked at, where they informed me that the drive chain is on its way out. The shop told me that they had a call out to the warranty company for approval to have it repaired. A week later, the warranty company rejected the claim, stating that it still works so it does not need repair. The owner of the auto shop was in disbelief that they would not cover the costs, and he went to bat for me by calling the warranty company and telling them that if this does not get repaired, it will very likely do much more damage to the car. They still rejected the claim, saying for me to call them once the drive chain doesnt move. I am floored that I am expected to drive a car that is unreliable and that will eventually leave me in a dangerous situation on the side of the road. I reached out to Auto Quest where Zeek took my call and assured me he would call the warranty company to call in a favor and have it fixed. It is now almost eight weeks later, and Auto Quest will not return my phone calls. My Mercedes now sounds like a freight truck and I am concerned to drive it any sort of long distance. I paid a lot of money for the peace of mind, and so far it has been everything but peaceful. DO NOT PURCHASE THE WARRANTY. Its not worth it.

I have been to car lots in the past and stopped going because I really hated the feeling of pressure sales and being treated as a woman not knowing what she really wants. That was NOT the case at Auto Quest Inc. There was no pressure from Logan, he in fact was so relaxed about what I was looking for I felt like we were friends. He made sure I got to look at what I wanted and when I told him about another car I was looking at we compared the carfax together. I told him how much I will willing to pay and he made it happen.But it doesnt stop there... I was needing to finance the car. Scott set me up. I was having a hard time not using my Credit Union, but they were not giving a very good rate. The next day Scott informed me he found me a much better rate! He did the homework to make it happen! not just a few minor points off 4 points! yes, that is what I said. So not only do I have an amazing car with the price I was willing to pay for I got it at the lowest rate possible. Seriously, I will not be going to any other car lot but them from now on. (well, I hope to not have to get another car for a while but I am sending all my friends here)

My experience with Auto Quest was smooth from start to finish. I worked with Kevin to get into a beautiful BMW and took it home within 2 hours. They had the vehicle ready out front for me to test drive, let me drive solo, and didn’t tell me when to be back. In the finance department, Scott helped me out with a fair loan offer. I bought a vehicle from them a couple months ago. Seems like I have to take it in every 2 weeks to have something checked out.I’ve had to replace engine sensors, rear latch bolts, rear tail lights. When it snowed here a few weeks back, I noticed the rear defrost not working. I took it to the shop to see if it could be replaced under warranty, shop said “no” and it would be $1,300 to replace. Also noticed the rear heater/cooler isn’t working for the people sitting in the back.If I had the opportunity to go back in time, I would have not purchases this car. I STRONGLY recommend you have an independent 3rd party mechanic inspect the car before you buy. Do not trust what they say.

I bought a Nissan Pathfinder here 10 years ago that was a great car and I am recent returning customer after trading in the pathfinder for something nicer. Honest and truth worthy staff. Ryan was a lot of help for me with getting me all the details I wanted about the car. I would definitely recommend coming here and I will definitely look here next time I’m in the market for a new car.

Bought a used Q5 from them. The shopping experience was good. They let you on your own to go and look at the cars and also just give the keys if you want to test drive. It really helped me and my wife to spend some time with the car and make the decision without a sales man consistently coming in the way. Once we wanted to move ahead, the next steps were reasonably hassle free as well. Overall, liked the experience.We did find that the car we wanted had a windshield damage. They did offer to replace it for free in the coming week. I will update the review on their servicing side once we get the service done.Update: They did the windshield upgrade.

Super impressed with this dealership. Their model is that they are they to give you a fair price and sell cars. The sales dept is not high pressure and they have great offerings at more than fair prices. Highly recommend! Not the typical wait around in the dealership and haggle for hours type experience, which was probably the best part for me. I hate car buying experience in those environments.

My latest purchase, a Lexus Hybrid SUV, was my second one with Auto Quest and the experience was excellent. I worked with Robert, who I worked with on my first purchase 9 years ago, and he went out of his way to please me and make the experience great. They gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade in without any negotiation. Due to the new vehicle being delayed and having to turn my trade in over to them, they gave me a fantastic loaner car for 5 days that was over the top. The new vehicle had tires that were marginal so they threw in four new tires to make everything perfect. I cant hesitate to recommend them and would definitely buy from them again.

Good dealership that only deals in luxury cars and means business. Priced competitively, not really interested in haggling. Great inventory that seems to turn over quickly. Sales and service staff are nice.Only knock is that theyre sometimes a bit aloof, and always hustling to get to something else, and you can easily stand around waiting for service if youre not looking to buy a $100k+ car.But when youre looking to buy, theyre straight up about the cars and offer generous test drives. Any time you come in through them for service they offer a loaner car.

Even the owner had his hands in things as he assessed my trade-in vehicle, which I thought was really cool. I was treated with great respect the whole time and never once felt a bit of car lot pressure to buy. It was super simple and quick as well. From the test drive to keys in hand, after all was said and done, I was in and out of there in 3hrs. Very efficient system! Also, their inventory is very impressive! I recently purchased a Fiat 500e from AutoQuest. The had a nice selection in stock, and offered to hunt down and hold something if I didnt like what they had. I tested a few, and liked one they had in stock. They gave me a good trade in, and paperwork was fast. I was happy to go here and would recommend it to others.

One of the best dealerships I’ve dealt with. The guys over there are very professional and helpful. I bought a vehicle from them and I went back a week after for an oil change and another issue with the vehicle they gave me a loaner car, and fixed my car with zero charge! Highly recommend this place if you looking to buy a car all of there cars are super nice and cheap compared to the other dealers. My next car will be from them as well for sure.

I worked with Jay as the sales team member. Keep in mind, the employees at this location are not commissioned based. They are salaried, and are not going to push you into purchasing a vehicle immediately. I had a great experience purchasing my car from this dealership. Jay and the finance manager really did work with me to get the best price and APR possible for the vehicle I chose. I was pretty set on purchasing what I wanted and was prepared to leave if I did not like what I saw and heard. Dont let a high-end dealership scare you away from making a purchase, the employees are pretty laid back. And they have all types of cars for the average person.

Bought a Lexus IS350 from these guys a couple years back. The buying process was smooth. I pretty much just had to come in to sign papers to take my car home. My car has been mechanically sound so far and that Im thankful for. The car however was obviously in a car accident. I asked this before buying because one of the panels had popped out. 2 years later my right head light isnt flushed against my front right side body panel from a half inch to an inch off.

This was our first vehicle purchase from Auto Quest and the experience was great! It was like buying a vehicle from a group of friends as they treated us very well and made us feel very comfortable. I initially called them inquiring about a car they had up for sale, when speaking to a representative they told me that the car was at a shop getting diagnosed and that they would call me back once it was done to come take a look at it. I call back roughly a week later to see if there were any updates, only to be told that the car has been SOLD. Terrible customer service and business equity.

All the staff, particularly Kevin and Zeke, were friendly and professional. The car was in tip top shape and the couple of trim details were dealt with promptly either in their shop or at the shop that does their repairs and inspections which is also very experienced and knowledgeable. It is like a dealer experience without the cost and bureaucracy.

These guys are hands down the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Zac is a great guy and made it the best car buying experience I have had, pretty much the best experience I have had buying anything. I found them online and had to fly in to pick up the car but it was worth it. If I need another car in the future I will check them first.

These guys are great. It was an awesome buying experience with absolutely no pressure, soooo different from the other dealerships I went to while searching out my new car. They also replaced my bumper that was damaged by the previous owner and did a fabulous job installing an aftermarket one. As a car guy, this place is great. A lot of really nice cars and great, knowledgeable staff. I bought a cream-puff Honda Pilot from them and I am VERY happy with it. Do yourself a favor. If youre looking for a very nice, high-end car and you dont want to loose 20% of the value as soon as you drive a new car off a dealer lot, go here. Reading other reviews make me laugh. Seeing others give this dealership 5 stars actually make me jealous! I came in looking for the Lexus IS350 and my dad was about to pay cash for a junk car. The car was obviously been hit, tires were messed up, I asked for an explanation and all they said was Check the car fax and tell me if you want it like what? Im the customer with cash in my pocket, persuade me to buy it lol, but I was actually about it buy it trusting them there is nothing wrong. Thank god I test drove it, the car had rattle sounds and it just didnt drive right to me. Logan and his crew gave me the worst experience ever it actually makes me laugh. By the way, the car was the Lexus IS350 white exterior, red interior with 49,000 miles.
