After renting for several months I purchased used tanks of my own explained to them I had done so and returned the rentals and brought in my owner supplied tanks. Well they lost track of the first 5 I brought in and even though it shows I brought back 18 tanks of which 8 were mine I had just bought. I explained this to the managers and they said they would get back to and I would have to continue to rent. After a week and a half with no one getting back to me and they still gave me the run around. My account manager said they would only give me back 6 of the 8 ad they had lost track of what I had returned. Luckily I have cameras throughout my entire business that record everything and save for 90 days.The customer service here is awful and apparently they don’t have much for honesty or integrity either.I just want my property back so I can go somewhere else. Pricing is also more expensive here. I would actually give negative stars if I could. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Expensive and horrible customer experience
Wrong Product, Double Charged, Delivered LateI asked the salesman for a pressure demand respirator system (about $6000 of masks, hoses, and a compressor). He said everything was in stock and could get to me the next day.Five days later, I received masks and a compressor that didn’t fit together. The salesman wouldn’t return my calls, and the guy at the counter didn’t know what was going on. I looked at my bank account and saw that they had charged me twice for the equipment. I had to buy the masks and hoses from another vendor, and it took three weeks to unravel the payments to Airgas.Never, never again will I buy anything from Airgas.
Good luck calling the 1-800 #. I got offered via recorded message, a cruise, a Wal-mart gift card, and one other BS thing I dident want, when all I wanted was to talk to a rep. Wasted 10 min. listening to offers and never did get through to a rep. Thanks for nothing.
