Perfect ice cream. I wish that they’d open on the Eastside because it’s rare I’m in Ballard but it’s worth the 40 min drive. It melts so smooth and have the perfect amount of flavor. It’s also a very cute store and the employees are very nice. I feel great supporting local businesses. Can’t wait for my next trip!

Although quite bummed after my friend took me to Parfait Ice Cream to try one of their signature baked goods (??? still a mystery) they stop serving them after breakfast.Since we didnt want to leave empty handed we grabbed a couple coconut flavored nutritional waters and picked up a couple of their Ooey Gooey Double Chocolate Cookies. Im not even a big fan of chocolate (Im a chip girl.) and I nearly inked in my panties.

Came here right before closing on a Saturday and it was phenomenalFarm to table isnt just a saying. You can taste how fresh the ingredients are. The proof is in the ice cream for this oneI got the honey ice cream and my god. Love at first taste. Usually honey can make things super super sweet but not this one. It tastes like milk sweetened with honey mmmWe also got the coffee with cookies. The coffee flavor was just right. Not too bitter and overwhelming. Kinda like a latte flavor. But I wish it was on its on and skip the cookie add ins.Lastly we got the toffee w hazelnuts. Surprisingly good honestly. The toffee is smashed up so little which I love. So I dont have to break my teeth on all the pieces. And there are real hazelnut pieces I think.I just love the fresh milk flavor. Plus they have vegan and no dairy options. All of them rotate so I cant wait to come back soon! Also the price?! Finally I can go out for ice cream and my wallet wont hate me.

Delicious, fresh, creamy, and you can really tell it’s made from scratch. The owner is super nice and relateable, and even was scooping samples of her ice cream herself at one of the new grocery store openings in Ballard. The butter toffee is delicious! I preferred it over the hype of Salt & Straw (also in Ballard).

Why waste time in line at Salt & Straw (which I still like) when you can have your Ballard treat here? Amazingly good ice cream and very nice indoor and outdoor seating. The Rosewater & Raspberry ice cream was oh so good, and their Strawberry one of the best in Seattle. Impecable service too.

Best ice cream around!! This is the way all ice cream should taste-- its rich and creamy with great texture. They even have vegan options! My favorite part is the fresh, handmade waffle cones especially when theyre fresh baked and still warm! Highly recommend!

Parfait Ice Cream is pricey, and theres often a long wait outside (one that got longer when 6-8 people cut in line in front of us last night; thanks for your etiquette, guys!). That said, once you take a bite of whatever you order, all of that melts away. The selection is wide, and theyve got pretty much every ice cream-related dessert you can ask for. I had two scoops of cookies and cream, and my girlfriend had a mint chip-themed ice cream sandwich that looked really good.Expensive? Sure. Slow? Yeah. But worth the hassle?

My boyfriend & I loved this place. We had the Cookies & Cream and the Caramel Toffee Crunch (not sure if this is the exact name). Their ice cream is the perfect creaminess - not too creamy where it leaves a coating on the roof of your mouth, but creamy enough to satisfy your ice cream craving! Nom!!

I am not a patient person, so waiting in line was killing me. I waited for about 20 mins just to order. I ordered the banana split the original and it was huge, Didnt even finish half before being overloaded with sweetness. (More of a sodium girl)Only thing I really hate is street parking. Its my first time here and I was meeting a group of friends and I get a parking ticket. -__________- $68NO PARKING 6pm-8am!!!!!The banana split was NOT worth $68 :(

Great alternative to the disappointing Molly Moon franchise. Flavors are great and prices are reasonable. It can get busy with not alot of staff behind the counter, but Ive been searching for a good ice cream place like this for awhile, and Im glad I found it in Ballard.

I absolutely love the ice cream at Parfait Ice Cream. Every bite/lick is the perfect blend of texture, sweetness, creaminess, freshness and flavor. Coffee Oreo is my favorite, and the Oreos are just one of the many homemade topings they make. They have a really nice outdoor area where you can sit in the sun and enjoy your delicious treat. They also serve Vegan ice cream, with offerings that vary. The vegan chocolate is off the hook.

I called to ask about the size of their ice cream cakes, I was told I should call back and talk to a specific person. So I waited and called back the next day. I spoke to the specific person and was then put on hold. When I heard someone speaking again she was in the background talking S$%! About me, my call and that I had asked for a specific person!! I was then promptly hung up on!! They hung up on me! Very rude, very unprofessional. My company WAS planning on doing long term business with them..... I will be taking my monthly orders elsewhere.

So, yeah, lavender caramel ice cream is legit and the orange blossom with apricot should leave you worried for your waistline. The only downside? No dogs inside.Parfait is nestled off the main drag in Ballard, next to the Skillet location there. If youre not looking for it, you might miss it! And that would be a shame. If youre reading this now, call ahead and order your Smores Ice Cream Pie a couple days before you visit.

Prices were lower than other ice cream shops in Seattle. The scoops were probably a little smaller too but they were definitely a good size, so the value felt spot on. (~$4.50 for a double scoop + $1 for the housemade cone.)All of the ingredients are locally sourced, and many of them are actually grown in the onsite garden! This was definitely reflected in the quality of the flavors. (On this visit it was the rosewater and spearmint.) I had the peanut butter cup (homemade, not Reeses!) and coffee with Oreo (actually homemade cookies). They were both great. It wasnt my favorite coffee ice cream (thats still Cupcake Royales, actually!) but Id get it again. The cone tasted great with a nice, buttery flavor. It was a good hardness and didnt have any leaks. The only downside was that, due to the small cone size, the bottom was too constricted and ice cream couldnt make it down. As a result, the last couple of bites were overwhelmingly buttery.

Pretty legit Ice Cream joint - id say the ice cream itself is more of a 3 star for my taste buds because I enjoy a more creamy texture and taste while the POAIC was very clean and more icey taste - borderline frozen yogurt than ice cream. However the saving grace is the super fresh ingredients, I had the butter pecan it was splendid in flavor and crunch texture. My favorite part of it all - the cone. It is the PERFECT flavor of cone, crunchy, sweet, savory. Amazing cone!!!! Id come back just to eat that cone again with a caramel drizzle!
