Great tasting gelato with generous sized portions too

Fainting Goat is the BEST! Locally made in small batches, their options change frequently. It. Is. SO. GOOD! The smoothest, creamiest, most decadent, gelato. The service is phenomenal as well. Both times Ive been in, the staff have been knowledgeable and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. They also have had a dairy free option both times Ive been. And, as an added bonus, everything they use to serve (such as spoons, cups, etc.) is compostable. They need 10 stars.

Mastik gelato was sublime escapism. Mixed with the lemon cookie = one of the best Ive had.Plus the guy behind the counter was awesome.

For quite awhile I’ve been on a mission to find a good gelato shop in the Seattle area. After visiting several and not being overly impressed I came upon The Fainting Goat. I must say I was a bit taken back and skeptical of the name of the place but hey, what do I have to loose? I tried the tiramisu and it was amazingly delicious! The one downside is they actually charge you $0.40 to put it on a cone. Nope, not a fancy or waffle cone… just a sugar cone in general. For the amount we pay for the scoop that should be included. Or you’d think it would be. Overall I had a great experience and will be back when I’m in the area!

Tried rose flavor some of reviewers had highly recommended, but it was not my favorite.

A 3.75-4. Enjoyed the stracciatella. The pistachio was pretty good too. Their smalls are huge.Went here a second time and not nearly as good as the first. There was no chocolate in the stracciatella and it wasn’t as creamy

We wanted some cupcakes but trophy ran out of what we wanted. Thats okay because we went here instead for a small waffle come with hazelnut and pistachio. The small comes with 2 generous scoops. Its huge! Definitely worth the money and the gelato was delicious. The staff was very nice too.

The gelato was fantastic, what I expected and then some for flavor. The configuration at this location wasnt great though and had a sticky vibe.

Was very impressoed with the Tiramisu in a cup with some hot stuff poured over it.

Excellent gelato, different flavors, sorbet as well, pricey but a good indulgence.

Great service...the (one and only) wait staff closed late to get us out the door with our gelato. The samples are generous, and the servings are as well. If you thought Molly Moons earl grey was good, try this stuff. Much stronger and flavorful.

This place is the GOAT. My review is biased because BABY GOATS. Support this place. How can you not. Its gelato and other items. I like the Oregon hazelnut a lot. Pear ginger and pistachio. Banana nutella was good too. The staff is friendly. Got a free shirt. But back to GOATS. They had baby goats for their 10th anniversary -it was AMAZING. You cant not give them 5 stars when they bring people and baby goats together.

Rose ice cream is best

One of the high quality ice cream locations in Seattle. Mastic and pistachio flavors are pretty good. For negatives, ice cream melts rather quickly, anything larger than small size and you will be drinking your late half of your ice cream. They are also on the sweet size, you should taste the milk and cream normally but here you have a bit more sweet taste.

Classic ice scream spot. Tons of these in WA but I finally got to try Fainting Goat Gelato. Its been a long time coming but here I am. With this one scoop of ice scream in a cup. Classic vanilla. And Im in peace. Its funny how I used to love ice cream as a kid and eat like 3 scoops of it but now $4 of one scoop is almost too much for me. Can I get half a scoop?? Its weird how these things change as you get older. I still got love for it but I dont be eating as much as I used to. Fainting Goat Gelato definitely has my approval though. Great ice cream and seems like its always crowded too.

My mom took me here for the first time after I spent mothers day doing manual labor in her yard. It was amazing and Im hooked. I liked the vanilla bean so much i bought a pint. I rarely get vanilla! Never again will I wait in the line for ice cream at Mollys across the street.

Fainting Goat is a staple for us. We can always count on delicious flavors and warm staff. They will let you sample any flavors you want, which we always take advantage of. Its great to sample a new flavor even if you stick with your go-to order. I tend to stick with a 1 scoop of chocolate and 1 scoop of peanut butter, or something similar. They also have sorbet flavors of your non-dairy!

Fainting goat, both in Fremont and Wallingford, provide great gelato and are relatively affordable. This particular location is very convenient for those of us living in Wallingford! Weve never been disappointed visiting here.

The gelato was great and flavorful. This is a good place if you like more traditional options. There are lots of sizes to choose from. The decor is super cute and fun. Worker was also kind.

Outstanding homemade waffle cones and really good gelato. Prices are pretty good, even for the huge homemade waffle cones. The flavors are good, but some are a bit over the top sweet. Disappointed that they didnt have any goat milk flavors though. Really liked the salted caramel flavor.

The gelltto is good there is not usually a line which is Nice. However I do not believe they make their own waffle cones on site. The waffle cones they have there are fine but would prefer ones made fresh on Site.

This place has the best fruit-based flavors of all the gelato places in Seattle.Now, Seattles numerous premium ice cream and gelato joints are all pretty great, but if I want grapefruit, or ginger pear, this is where Id go.Staff is helpful, prompt, and courteous.Space was much smaller than last I visited, with a different layout, but flavor was unaffected!

My husband and I really enjoyed the selection of gelato. The woman behind the counter paid attention to each customer as if they were the only ones in the establishment. I would suggest you be patient, you will be treated with respect and enjoy the delicious gelato as well.

Dark chocolate affogato was good, but the vanilla milkshake tasted like sugary, unpasteurized milk with barely any taste of vanilla...But its a neat little shop, and the server Alisha was nice!

I found this with my family on accident, and now every time we are all in Seattle together we come here for gelato. They always have unique and delicious flavors and the atmosphere is comfortable. If you’re in the vicinity, I totally recommend stopping by and grabbing some gelato. You won’t regret it!

Quaint little location. Staff was friendly and patient as the everyone had a sample of what they wanted. As for vegan options, I was underwhelmed as I am not one for adventurous flavors. Ended up with a grapefruit sorbet which was ok... but like I said I’m not one for the fancy flavored things. The people I was with, who were non vegan absolutely loved their selections however!

Handmade gelato so good itll make you faint, roll on your back and stick your limbs in the air with rigor mortis! Small, mom-n-pop shop with minimalist decor. Youll often find the mom, pop or their kids working behind the counter. Ive been going there for a decade.

2 cones and a waffle cup for the price of a dinner meal. But was it delicious? Hell, yeah. Make money, get money from your parents or stroll here with your date and make them pay for it.

Love this place. The Pear Gelato is the best I have ever had it really does taste like you just bit into a delicious fresh pear. Smooth and creamy.... I will be going back for sure.

Best gelato around, everytime im in Seattle its a tradition to stop in. Sad the past few times I havent been lucky enough to get the fig ricotta flavor, but, ive enjoyed trying new tastes.

Terrific gelato. Its served in either comes or cups. The scoops are small enough that you dont feel like youre eating too much, but large enough to satisfy. Locations in Wallingford and Fremont. Usually a line at these shops so expect a wait, but its worth it.

Awesome gelato. The owners are super friendly. I love the traditional goat milk flavor, but honestly all of the flavors are great. You get to try two at least.

Despite the name the sorbets here are my favourite. Very strong flavour and a hint of creaminess. The gelato flavours range from basics like Chocolate to the more out there Mango Habernero or Earl Grey and the staff were very happy to let us try a variety before finally deciding.

Delicious gelato place run by a Turkish family. Love their goat milk mastica. I enjoy the ice cream more here than across the street (Molly moons).

We used to live close by and would walk down for a treat. Now we live farther away but still make it a point to drop by when we are nearby. All the flavors are great, but you must try the Lemon Grisbi as its amazing.

Best gelato in Seattle, and probably the best Ive had anywhere (including a lot in Italy)! Lots of out-of-the-ordinary flavors -- I highly recommend the goat mastic or the mango habanero, but almost anything there is great.

The ice cream at the Fainting Goat Gelato is good! Really good. The place is small, cozy and has limited socially distanced seating.
