Greed will be the down fall of this place! Marking up vehicles in a pandemic on the highly desired vehicles because just selling the vehicle isn’t good enough anymore. Marking up Only on higher trim level vehicles. It’s a way to unfairly price gouge the person who prepared heavily for purchasing a expensive vehicle. The customer care was not ideal and I had to avoid drips of water coming out of the bathroom because of the leaking ceiling. Seems to me a place who can barley do repairs on its own building has no right over charging for their vehicles. Extremely disappointed and would never recommend anyone to purchase from this place.
After looking and test driving multiple vehicles we found what we wanted and price in our budget. Everyone treated us so well but most of all Scott went over and above to help us. Lee also jumped in and was very helpful too. Thank you for the great service and we will definitely share our experience with our friends n family.
The service department has always been stellar here. Good communication, friendly, timely. Its a shame that a couple bad interactions dragged the rating down for the other good people that work there.A couple years ago I asked the salesperson about the trade-in value of my Sonata. He checked Carfax and then accused me of lying by trying to hide a previous repair job from him. It was rear ended previously and the body shop had to re-weld the gas tank mount which constitutes structural damage, and can reduce the value of the car quite a bit. I had no idea because I do not work in a body shop or car dealership. I just paid Fix Auto to replace a bumper and that was that.Then today, bringing it in for service I asked to be contacted by a salesperson to discuss trade-in value again, making sure to mention the body damage so we didnt end up in the same situation. The service guy says Yeah you told him you didnt know with a smirk like - right buddy Im sure you didnt know wink wink. This guy doesnt know me or anything about me yet here I am, for the second time, and Im the liar trying to pull the wool over their eyes.I asked about a loaner and the same guy tells me its not in the budget, and Im thinking - how much inventory in and out of there can they skim off enough to maintain a small rotating fleet of loaners? Or arrange a volume deal with a local car rental service? Being accused of lying once is a run-in with an ahole. Twice and theres a customer service culture problem. Ill be taking my car to another Hyundai dealership next time.
Started speaking with a sales rep about purchasing a Calligraphy. Was going to be coming from Portland to purchase so I wanted to get most things settled before we made the drive.I was promised that whatever trade amount on my vehicle the might offer through pictures and video would be the lowest they would go and that the offer could only go up.Before heading up there, the salesman asked me what I was expecting to pay for a Palisade Calligraphy. After looking at pricing online and from my experience I indicated my price, which was coincidentally, only $1000 less than the sticker price they had on the vehicle online. The salesman comes back with a text reply of We got 10,000 mark up on our Palisade sir. But I wish the best of luck in finding a calligraphy. To which I replied, Sticker price is $50,000. Might explain why that car is still on the lot.Not quite the way to garner goodwill or reputation. This might explain why the salesman had such great assurances regarding the trade value of our vehicle. They are making it up by jacking up the price of their vehicles.Just be careful and ask questions.
Great service and very quick turn around time. They have serviced and retuned my car much earlier than what theyve promised. They have not recommended any unwanted part replacements unlike other Hyundai service centers. I highly recommend this place for any Hyundai car service.

Ahmed wasnt pushy or obnoxious like a typical salesman, and instead was patient as he explained the price breakdown and made sure to answer any questions we had. I had to come from the Eastside, but I know the service they provide there is second to none and worth my trip. They have taken care of my whole family. They dont sell just to sell, they want it to be the right car for you and then treat you like you are important. Its pretty awesome!

So, I began writing a long review, only to be told that I had exceeded my characters allowed. Thats how much I have to say about my experience, which is mostly, not a good thing.For a brief overview, what started as an amazing experience, quickly went downhill to the point that I was not receiving any communication from the manager at this location and nobody could provide the most simple of answers to my questions. While they may start out friendly, they QUICKLY discard you after youve made the purchase.I ended up having to contact a different location in order to get any of my questions answered and I will most likely not be going back to this location, unless they have another amazing deal that I did receive.Im giving 2 stars, only because of the amazing deal I received (that I had to ensure was legit over and over again, because they didnt fully want to talk about it). I would take off more, if it wasnt for that and for the cheerfulness of the staff while I was there. There were MULTIPLE hickups the entire processes and while communication started out great, like I said after the purchase, went to nothing without constant bickering, which I should have not had to do.I wish I could provide the full review here, but Ill have to find somewhere else to do it. Unless you can get a great deal on a car here and make SURE you get it, go somewhere else. Cheerfulness does not make up for so many breakdowns throughout the process.
I have been trying to get in touch with the service department for over a week now and have left multiple voicemails with no returns. I leased my car not even eight months ago and there is extensive water leakage and mold throughout the vehicle. The earliest the could get me in to have it fixed was a month out. Finally I called and asked for a loaner vehicle (there was no straightforward answer) since I cant safely drive in a molded vehicle. They advised me to get it detailed instead (a $1200, week-long process to dry out the entire car and treat for mold) and refuse to pay for the detailing even though the car is under warranty and brand new. I feel like theres nothing I could have done-- I couldnt prevent the water damage or mold, I couldnt get it fixed sooner, I couldnt go without having it detailed, I couldnt get a loaner vehicle... Not sure what they expect when they treat their customers like this.
My Girlfriend and I were shopping around for a Kia Telluride, after multiple test drives and spending two days at the Kia near our house we decided to finally start closing on one, knowing full well that it would take about 2 months to arrive. We go inside and the dealership told us oh today we started a market adjustment of $3995. So we walked out. On our way out the sales guy tried to stop us and asked what he could do so I told him Cars arent worth MSRP, definitely not paying more.We ended up at Hyundai Seattle looking into a Palisade and were immediately impressed. Great driving car with a much more premium look. Even though they are very similar cars, we ended up liking the Palisade more.The Sales associate, Saad H. worked with us to earn our business, He was very low pressure at the beginning when we were simply deciding if we wanted the car. Once we decided on the car he went to work to get us a deal I was extremely happy with, according to TrueCar, KBB and AutoTrader we got a great deal on the the vehicle and also made us even happier by getting more for our trade-in than I expected.We absolutely love our new car. Bought on New Years Eve with 24 miles, 12 of those were our test drive. Just got it back from the tint shop and also took a drive through the Pass to get it nice and dirty and test the AWD.In full disclosure, I had a bad experience with Hyundai of Seattle about 1 year ago from an extremely pushy, over energetic young sales person and was hesitant about coming back in this time, We were both glad we gave them a second chance and Saad really turned our perception around.Thank you to the staff HoS and Saad especially. We are very happy with our purchase.

They don’t care anymore.. we got worst experience buying a car from this dealership. The car we bought broke down once we got off the dealership lot.. I have been going back and forth with the internet sales manager A. And every time I kept emphasizing that I will bring in my own finance and car insurance. Ive also visited the car dealer site in person. Every time I got a guarantee that the discount $2500 is valid. Today when I was in a bank applying for a cashiers check and ready to go to the car dealer, I received a call saying that I need to use Hyundais finance in order to get the $2500 discount. Otherwise they could just give me with the markup. The person in call knew that was promised but now they can only give me this option. Keeping a promise is that difficult for such a big dealer?
After venturing off to multiple Hyundai dealerships, this one had the right car package for me. The overall selection of vehicles is definitely second to none in the Greater Seattle Area. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, I would highly recommend my salesperson, Kha, as he was extremely helpful throughout the experience - going above and beyond even after the transaction.
Worst experience I have had at a dealer ship. Called earlier morning that the car listed on the web was still available and went over the particulars of price. Traveling from far away our “salesmen” Mustaf ensured me that the car was there. Upon reaching the dealership, test driving and sitting down for the paperwork the price magically went 2500 (18500 total) with no real or satisfying answer onto why. Big disappointment, this has determined me from ever buying a Hyundai, let alone doing business with that line of dealerships again.

I bought my Sonata Hybrid used, but the folks at Hyundai of Seattle have been GREAT with parts and service since my first visit. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else to get my Sonata serviced. My next car will definitely be a Hyundai!

Do not waste your time with this dealership. They would not honor their online pricing and then offered to honor it if I financed through them. They still would not offer the discounts and rebates and instead tried to upsell the price by $4,000. They will take advantage of you over trying to work with you. Their second offer was to show me my credit score instead of working with any honestly or integrity.
Boy, where do I start? Buying a car is always an emotional experience for me. I was looking for a Santa Fe and Hyundai of Seattle had the one I wanted with the options I was looking for in stock. Working the dealer was a complete disappointed. It felt like the usual used car sales experience. I was especially put off by their sales manager who told me I was out of luck when I went to leave after I got feed up with the way they were ignoring my simple request for transparent pricing. There was a vehicle waiting on delivery to a customer and I was told they were not going to move it so I could leave the lot and I would just have to wait for the delivery. I then saw a gap where another car on the lot was missing that I was able to squeeze through to leave almost scraping the bottom of my car. Once I left I realized I forgot my backpack and had to turn around to go get it. When I arrived, Jim, who identified himself as the owner, came out to talk to me to see if we could still work a deal. I gave them another chance and after telling me a different price for my trade in than what their own website told me I had to fight for the price I knew was fair and accurate. THEN after being told the sticker price on the Santa Fe could not be lowered I asked about my Costco discount which I got but only after I had to submit it through the Costco website. Once I received the the quote from them on line with the Costco pricing, they lowered the price. Am I done? Not yet. The last bit that really irked me was their Security Etching that they put on all their cars and then charge $395 dollars for. When I said I didnt want that I was told too bad its already on there. Heres the kicker, the finance guy told me that they do the etching to lower their dealership insurance premium. Then told me they have to pass the cost to the customer. WHAT?! So they are getting double what they paid for that security feature back in their pockets? Once by reduced insurance premiums and then again by charging the customer. Its another undercoating scam to fleece customers out of their hard earned money. Recommendation: buy Hyundai but not from Hyundai of Seattle.
Thank you Hyundai of Seattle for giving us such a perfect service. In the past I dread having to spend hours negotiating for price of a car to purchase. Furthermore, I was trying to buy/lease a car for my son remotely as my son is in Seattle and I am in Southern California. Ashley and the team at Hyundai of Seattle made it really simple. I contacted Ashley, via email, and told her what I want in a car including options and lease terms. She replied back as what she can do...very transparent with what we will be getting, even a copy of car sticker. Then, arranged my son to sign papers and pick up the car. Ashley and the team had everything ready for my son - explained all paperwork to be signed and afterwards, they explained thoroughly how to operate the car. That was it. On top of that, my son loves the car he picked - 2020 Ionic Hybrid, that gets like 55 miles per gallon and good performance vehicle....and believe or not comes with free maintenance for the period we are leasing the vehicle. I never thought about purchasing Hyundai, but now, I changed my mind. Thank you Ashely and Hyundai of Seattle.
DO NOT VISIT, DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LIES! We went to this Hyundai showroom because of an email that was sent to us regarding offer on a car. When we reached they made us do a test drive and avoided showing the numbers until we agreed to lease it. We were shocked when the numbers showed 2 times more than what was offered over email WITH a $4000 down - (we were offered 0 down in the email)! When we told them what we were offered, they showed us an INCORRECT credit score and made all the stories in the world to believe it was ours. When we argued that wasnt ours and we did have a qualifying score, they agreed to remove the $4000 down, but we were still being given twice the amount from the email offer.We walked out. NEVER BELIEVE what these guys send over emails and especially DO NOT believe the credit score report paper they hand you! I had my credit score checked by another Hyundai showroom the very next day and it was actually qualifying for the offer and i got my car for half the price.The manager is an extremely rude person who will make you believe what he wants to hear. The sales persons do not have much of a say since they are being controlled by such a terrible management. I feel sad for those working here.

I purchased an Elantra from Cedric about 5 months back and it was a great experience. I live out of state and called multiple dealerships trying to get them to work with me on a good deal before I traveled the 7+ hours to retrieve the car. Many of the other dealerships were jerking me around and not taking my offers seriously, just because I wasnt in person at the dealership. The internet sales manager, Ashley, along with Cedric, made the transaction as easy as possible. I was able to have my car and all paperwork done and out the door in no time. Doc in finance helped with the out of state registration when our Montana DMV was an absolute mess as well. One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Transparent, honest, great deal, and easy to work with. If I decide to come back to the Hyundai brand again, I will always call these guys first!

I went here to get my vehicle serviced after finding out there had been a recall. No problem - made an appointment two weeks in advance and planned my day off around that appointment. I got to the appointment and was told that they didnt have the parts for the recall. I was not notified about this before my appointment, and the excuse I received was that they had never seen this car before. I was upset, but rescheduled my appointment later, when I had to get the recall done and could not get to any other dealerships.Today, I took my car back to this dealership to get the recall done. The check-in was smooth, and I was told that it would be about an hour to an hour and a half to get the work done and they would call me to let me know when to pick the car up. I dropped the car off at 11AM. I called at 12:40, when I had not heard back from the dealership; I was informed that the staff were at lunch and no updates were available. The guy who answered the phone was rude and insisted on transferring me to another guys voicemail. I left a voicemail, requesting an update as soon as possible. It took him another hour and a half to get back to me. At 2:10, I got a call to pick up the vehicle, but I had specified when I dropped the vehicle off that it would have to be ready before 1:30 for me to be able to come back in a reasonable time frame.TL;DR: their service department will jerk you around. To them, one hour is the same as three hours, and scheduling an appointment well in advance will still not guarantee that they have the parts to do the work. Would give zero stars if possible.
Walking out of the door today, I didnt expect to buy a car right away. My whole intention was to shop around. But shout out to Saad for making the whole buying car experience so much easier and more fun (his manager as well). He explained everything about the car to the detail. From the moment we walked in the door, he greeted us with a smile and we didnt feel the pressure to buy in anything at all. He also tried his very best to get us the best price possible. We were there to test drive and wanted to discuss on the numbers.The experience started very professional with Zia. He is a professional. After a while, we had to reschedule the meeting because our time constrain. Then came Mustafa - One unprofessional rude person I have seen. He doesnt care for our time. Literally no respect for a customer. Beware of the dealership. Worst experience ever.
Been trying to get my license plates from the dealership since they sent me a post card about 2 weeks ago. They keep telling me theyre going to send them, then I call to check up on the status, and find that they havent done anything.This is after lying to me about the dealer discount to get me in the door. I asked them a specific question about whether it was tied to any action by me. I asked if I had to trade-in or get financing through them and was told a direct no. Didnt find out it was a lie until I was already haggling over the car.I told them I was a veteran with health issues from my time in service and even filled out the information that was supposed to save me time at the dealership but I still ended up spending over three hours there. Most of it outside in the cold while they thanked me for my service.Then they played games with my financing from Hyundai. Trying to take a cut for themselves by charging more than when I applied to Hyundai financing myself.To top it all off they charge $400 for some rip-off stickers. I tried to get them to take it off but they said its mandatory and on all their vehicles which begs the question why it isnt in the final price of the car.Basically avoid this dealership if you can. I hope theyll stop holding my license plates and registration but as you can see I dont have a lot of high hopes for the service that is provided at this dealership.ETA: Got my plates after about 2 and a half weeks but I still dont recommend this dealership based on the reasons Ive given. Plus there are other Hyundai dealerships without King Countys higher tax rate.Notice how he didnt address the fact that his employee straight up lied when I asked him directly whether those discounts were tied to anything. Just to reiterate he said No. to my questions. You cant get a more firm answer than that. Those disclaimers that he mention use the word MAY and are not on every website which is why I asked an employee directly. But they got me in the door which was the purpose of lying to me.Also those anti-theft protections are stickers. Two which are on windows that any potential thieves would most likely break out. The fact this dealership would justify such a scam should tell you everything you need to know about what other games theyll play with you once they have you at their dealership.
We were very disappointed with our purchasing experience with Hyundai of Seattle and felt that they tried to engage in bait-and-switch sales tactics. If you decide to purchase from Hyundai of Seattle, beware of shady sales tactics and lack of transparency. We had communicated over text message repeatedly with a salesperson, and communicated the exact car that we were looking to purchase, including the specific accessories. The salesperson offered us a lower price to beat an offer by another dealership and told us wed need to purchase that day to get the price. Upon arriving, the salesperson asked about our financing and we said that we had financing through our bank and wed be using that; the salesperson said that was fine. Then we were sat down and a different salesperson came with paperwork, including credit applications. We again said that we had our own financing so we didnt understand why wed need to fill out a credit application. The person vaguely said it was needed for discounts and that it was required for the purchase. We were confused but filled out the paperwork since wed already had a hard pull that week for our own financing so it wouldnt affect our credit score. Then after filling out the paperwork, they presented us with a sheet of paper with a terrible interest rate way above the market (and way above the rate wed already told them we had through our bank) and said that the price wed agreed upon was contingent on us using Hyundais financing (at that terrible rate). This was never mentioned before. They insisted wed been told this, but we had not. I even showed them the text messages from the salesperson and told them weve always used our own financing and would never agree to use Hyundais financing. We had to wait for quite a long time as they went back and forth with their front desk, at least 40 minutes. But they insisted that we had to use Hyundais financing or the price of the car would go up significantly. We said no and walked out. The original salesperson ran after us and asked us to wait for a bit. We then waited for around 45 minutes before they finally agreed that we could use our own financing at the originally-agreed price but only if we purchased a $400 theft deterrent device for the doors that we did not want. We told them that we were upset that they again were not honoring the agreed-upon price and were trying to force us to purchase something that was not part of the original deal. We discussed and considered just leaving and going to the other dealership, but we ultimately decided to go ahead with the purchase because Seattle Hyundai still was offering the best price. All together, we were at the dealership for almost three hours and it was very inefficient. Even after wed finished purchasing the car, they realized they hadnt filled up the gas tank and we had to wait another 15-20 minutes for someone to go fill it up. After bringing the car home, we then discovered that theyd installed a permanent large decal advertising the dealership on the back of our vehicle that was not disclosed and well have to pay to have removed.
I stopped by to purchase new Hyundai on July 16th 2021. Before the visit, I went online check the stock and price. went into the dealer test drove the car and sales rep came back with car price $4,000 above the price shown on their website. He said there is market markup on this car. I understand market mark up could happen but their website should show the accurate pricing to prevent any time to be wasted on customers. Sales rep did not apologize for not having the accurate price on their website or wasting my time. I ended up buying the car from elsewhere.my experience on Hyundai dealership was normally good but it was not great at all with Hyundai of Seattle.

Started the day with a phone call to Ashley at Hyundai of Seattle. Ended the day with a brand new Tucson after hanging out with Ashley and Les. Experience was great and they both were fantastic to work with.

Came in looking at a few cars that we had picked out online. We ended up purchasing a used car that me and my partner enjoyed. The car had a mold problem in the back but was cleaned up after our inspection and decision to purchase.Charles was great in helping us and offered a second cleaning if needed for the mold once we picked up our plates.

I thought I found the perfect car, we test drove it and before I could even step out of the car we were being brought inside to sign. No time to discuss with my partner. When we got inside It was difficult to think with how aggressive they were being. I did not end up buying the car because of this. If you do decide to purchase here, proceed with caution for being charged too much/ tricked into buying before you are ready. Good luck out there!

Bought a Kona with this dealership and the overall process was very smooth! After doing much of my own research on different cars and prices around the area, I set up an online appt with Ashley who answered all my questions swiftly through email. When arriving to the dealership I mainly worked with Les and Scott. Even though it was busy, both of them worked efficiently to make sure my personal car needs were met. If there were any delays or problems Les would update the plan and what was happening to make sure we didn’t feel forgotten. “Doc” in finance also explained the paperwork efficiently! I had done a lot of my own research on the trim I purchase, but they made sure to reiterate the features that the car had. I never felt pressured during my time here. Day after purchase Les made sure to follow up with me to make sure I was pleased with my purchase and answered any residual questions I had! Would recommend putting into consideration this dealership for your Hyundai needs and wants!
My experience at Hyundai of Seattle was better than I expected. Before coming in Ive done my research and was already ready to buy a car. It made the experience 10 times better as I was fully aware of what I wanted.When I arrived to HOS, Hunter greeted us before I even hooped out of my now old car. He was super friendly and very straightforward. He even admitted I knew the car and its features much better than him. Overall, from start to finish my experience was great and I highly recommend HOS to anyone.Note for HOS: You guys really need a remodel.

My experience felt like a textbook example of why people hate going to dealerships to buy a car. The employees I worked with were extremely pushy, even though I was clear I was only there to test drive. It was a bit upsetting to find out that even though I had an appointment (which I was slightly early for), it took 15 minutes to pull the correct car around once I was able to get away from the first rep and get in the building. We were clear when we walked in that we would need to be done in a reasonable amount of time due to other engagements. I told the rep who greeted us that I was only interested in the base model, but he still attempted to show us the next step up. I didnt even lay eyes on the correct car for 25 minutes.After the very short test drive, the rep insisted on five minutes to talk about financing (when both my partner and I repeated multiple times that I was ONLY there to test drive). I gave him five minutes, explicitly stating that it would be limited to five minutes. I humored him to see what he could come up with. Unfortunately, it was completely wasted because he was not able to receive the information he wanted to discuss in those five minutes. I ended up walking out. The reps I worked with continued to state that they valued our time while running out the clock, talking in circles about discussing financing. I just wanted to test drive a car to see if I liked how it drove.I was only able to drive the car for five minutes at about 20 mph because we were short on time. I was also very disappointed that they kept deferring to my male partner, even though both of us were clear that I was the only party involved in the transaction. This is the 21st century, and my partner does not control my pocketbook. I am my own complete person and make decisions for myself.When we walked out, the rep also got way too close to us in an effort to talk/guilt us into coming back inside. Personal space is a big deal to me generally, but especially during a pandemic! The whole thing felt like a time share pitch by that point, and I just wanted to leave.

Id say its a good mechanic to get stuff fixed at but just know that their labor is about 2 to 3 times more expensive than your average mechanic.
The folks at Hyundai of Seattle are great. It is not their fault that Hyundai has recalled the battery on my vehicle. Nor is it their fault that Hyundai has kept them in the dark about the timeline for replacement. The value of my car is decreased dramatically thanks to this recall. I will not purchase another Hyundai.
We purchased a 2021 Palisade SEL from Mustaf who did a great job showing us the vehicle and discussing all the options. He was definitely well informed and although incredibly busy he made us feel valued and appreciated. They had markups on the Palisade since the market for these vehicles are so hot right now, but I came in prepared with a different dealerships price and they were able to match it. We wanted to work with Mustaf so I’m glad he was able to get the price we wanted. Overall it was a very positive and quick experience. From first walk in to driving off the lot (including test drive etc) it was under 3 hours. A pleasant experience all around.

Came in looking at a few cars that we had picked out online. The price was different from the online price because we did not have a trade-in. We ended up purchasing a used car. The car had a mold problem in the back but they cleaned it up after it was pointed out.Charles was great in helping us and offered a second cleaning if needed for the mold once we picked up our plates.
Initial experience was ok, but then it went south once they had us sign on the dotted line for the vehicle we were buying.Its too bad it went south because it started out as a very pleasant experience with the two sales people we dealt with, but then we went back and the newest of the sales people walked right past us as if he had never seen us before.Delivery of this vehicle was non-existent.Dont sell your vehicle to this dealership outright - they did not deliver what we know we could have from having sold it to CarMax. Had we followed our plan and gone to CarMax we would have had a check on the day we gave them our vehicle - instead we are 2 weeks after they took our vehicle and we still do not have our money in hand.
I went here with my son to shop for his first car. After the test drive I let the salesperson know we were ready to go, but please give me his card. He refused to give me a card, contained trying to sell me the car. I said we were going to leave, please give me his card, and he left and after several minutes returned without his card and continued to try and sell the car. I said no thank you, were leaving and we got into my car and closed the doors. Suddenly the salesperson opened the passenger door, leaned in over my teenage son and started trying to get me to buy the car!! Unbelievable! Ill never go back to this place, and will share this warning story to anyone looking for a car. Beware of this place!

I was Searching and searching for deals on the 2020 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid to trade in my Ionic. Here in Texas Hyundai dealers do not buy or advertise much on their hybrids. Sadly when they do, the hybrids are out of stock. Working from out of state Ashley helped me from start to finish. Even when she did not know the answer she found out quickly and made sure I was taken care of. Brian in finance was great and informative as well. Thank You Hyundai of Seattle for my trade inn and my new 2020 Sonata Hybrid.they made it easy!

The wife and I felt like Cedric the Sales Consultant was a buyer agent working on our behalf to get us the best deal possible. If I owned a car business I would offer him a raise to have him come work for me. He was that good! Got a Sonata Hybrid from them before moving to the area. Did everything remotely before arriving. They sent the paper work overnight to sign and held the car for a few weeks until I arrived. I was a bit nervous but they had the best prices around and the car upon arrival was in perfect condition. I worked with Cedric and Ashley.
My car purchase was way easier than I ever could have imagined. Hunter is a straightforward salesman and I respect him for that. He granted all of my requests without any resistance. Hunter was professional, respectful and he made my car buying experience feel like a breeze!

Worst experience. Went in for a lease,Did my research before stepping in and got the numbers before hand and once we stepped in the numbers where double of what we were offered first. They pull credit reports from God knows where and the numbers are as false as their quotes. Came back home checked in score wayyy better than what they showed and leased a car the next day from a way better dealership. Highly recommended Car Pros Renton.

He is a straight forward guy, and gives people the best possible deal without all the games. The customer service is fantastic! If they don’t have what you’re looking for on the lot they will do whatever they can to track it down for you or find you something thats comparable or better.Jennifer Duffy, finance manager, also made this process a breeze and I couldn’t believe how fast I had gotten the car and drove off. They take pride in their work all the way from the service team to the managers. Came in at the last minute to look at a new car because my old Ford was unsafe and Hyundai has always been a car I trust. Mustafa was attentive to what I was looking for and my price range. He found me a car I love and got approved for the purchase all within a couple hours. Got an amazing deal and lots of perks that Hyundai offers for the next 10 years.
Overall they need to be a bit more professional. The website inventory is not updated and things at the showroom move super slow. It took me more than 4 hours to select and finalize the deal.However, the two representatives Mustaf and Scott helped me a lot to finalise the purchase and also they delivered the car on time. I strongly recommend Mustaf and Scott.
I recommend to keep away from this shop, coming to this dealership was a waste of time, neither go there nor trust their words and especially the internet prices (read other comments, there are many concerns similar to my one)!That was the first time I wanted to buy hundai, before that I owned various cars from different brands both new and used ones.Here is the story...First stop by was on evening 05/30, it was wasted since the office did not have internet working, so they could seal only the cash deals and even could not check my credit score, the system did not work for them e.t.c.The same day I reserved one car for the ePrice via their web-site and received e-mail confirmation to stop by as there were 4 cars available just like I wanted for the price I reserved. I was fine that the price would be 1500 higher than the internet price since I did not plan to trade in.I stopped by the next day (05/31) but the seller at the site lied me that the cars I wanted had been already sold out and proposed to buy a chipper car with the lowest trim which I thankfully refused to buy and as a result returned home with nothing.The next day (06/01 - just once the holiday discounts ended), I received another email from their internet sales manager, who proposed to buy the same car I wanted (ops its still in the stock, the onsite manager mistaken...) but the price got higher since the discounts ended.Its ridiculous how unfair and unprofessional their play is.Next time Ill go to another hundai dealership or even likely stick to another brand.
Today I lease the Sonata SEL model with the best price. Tha sales man, Saad Hussein is so nice and kind. Although I asked several times the good deal, he tried his best. Its really thanksful. So, today I can get the amazing Sonata. Fantastic!
Do not recommend. Uncommunicative when charging (we thought they said for parts and service, but turns out it was just for the part - and an overpriced one, too) and the person who called with the service quote was angry and aggressive, offering no explanations. Only YOU PAID FOR THE PART THIS IS FOR THE INSTALL no joke, on repeat. Jeez, train your customer service folks to have a little more chill and to have clear communication.
This location exceeded my expectations! I am incredibly satisfied. WHEN you go here ask for Rich McGill. This man is the most down to earth person you can speak with; very kind, courteous, whole heartily give people the kindness he can (this was not just with me but what I also observed with is communication with others in the office). Thorough with his communication, does not promise you anything while quickly builds your trust. Rich was professional but also very matter of fact, and didnt try to sell me but he I felt like his customer service was to the point of a family member getting me into something that I truly wanted needed and could afford. I felt like I was treated like family, not a customer. When its time to move on from my new car, I will be sure to shop here again.The best thing that put the cherry on top was when I spoke with Phil in the financial office. Its always scary talking about money for the first time alone but Phil took care of me. No only did he comfort me by letting me know he was doing while he was typing way on the computer, looking for papers and forms, but kept a lovely conversation. Explained everything, I mean EVERY THING! listened to my questions, and treated me with respect. Once my son came into the office he treated my 11 year old son like his own, spoke to him as an adult and did not dismiss him as just a kid.Lets talk about the car! Clean, amazing blue color, with warranty (yes it did cost more), low mileage but over all expensive. Given my background (which is not so great, divorce) I believe was taken care of. Choose Hyundai of Seattle and ask for Rich McGill they will take care of you!Rich and Phil, if you see thing THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES OVER!
