This was such an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice that there were changing rooms, a restroom, and shower for afterwards with body wash and shampoo! I’d recommend bringing snacks and drinks for while you’re out there, but they had these available for purchase as well. The views of the city were amazing even though it was really dark out. The wireless speaker on the boats are a nice touch also. Well worth it to try this out!

We had a great time with Hot Tub Boats on Labor Day morning! We arrived a little late, thankfully there was easy free parking right out front. Andrew checked us in, gave us the run down on the boat, facilities, gave us some bottled water, and a blue tooth speaker. There was more than enough storage we could leave behind or bring with us in the boat. We also received dry boxes for our keys and cell phones. We had earliest time slot of 9am and it was a perfect day with not many other boats out on the water! The hot tub is pretty hot! but it was nice to relax in after hiking and walking so much over the weekend! You can always sit up on top to cool down.The 2 hour time limit on the water was a perfect amount of time to go around most of the lake. It was easy to steer the joy stick too.When we returned, we were able to take a hot shower and they had shampoos and soaps to use, bathroom and 2 changing rooms. While we were showering and changing, we saw them clean out our whole hot tub, power scrub and sanitize and put in new water for the next group. Everything at the facilities were clean, organized and well kept. We would highly recommend to friends and hope to be back one day! Thank you Andrew and the rest of the Hot Tub Staff!

This place is super amazing! Highly recommend you go with a group of friends (6 max, but you should really max it out to 6 people) for the best experience. Reservations sell out months in advance, so plan a trip well ahead of time! I went in the evening during summer right as the sun was setting, which was excellent for the views and just the right temperature. If it gets too hot, you can turn off the heater. The boat moves slowly (~5mph) so try to plan your trip around Lake Union accordingly. You should have just enough time to go around most of the Lake. Youll be instructed on how to pilot the boat before you leave the dock, but honestly its pretty straightforward and nobody in the party that I went with had any issues with steering. My only piece of advice would be to make sure you turn well ahead of time if you are about to run into another boat. Waterproof boxes (roughly 7x5x5) that float in the hot tub will be available for you to store your phones, and a compartment (roughly 1 cubic yard, enough for 2-3 backpacks) in the back of the boat will allow you to store larger items. Water is provided for you before the ride, and shampoo and a shower is provided afterwards. There is a place for you to place your items, as well as lockers, changing rooms, and a bathroom.

Words can’t describe this experience! What a way to ring in 40. We had 4 in our boat and it was the perfect amount. The staff was so friendly and helpful from the booking to the execution. I was put on a wait list and was sent a text there was an opening. They provided us water and great directions. I would recommend this to anyone who is in the Seattle area.

I truly loved every moment; I went out with my sisters early on a Monday and it was idyllic and this funny kind of NW luxury. There were 4 of us, I could see fitting six, but 4 was perfect.Staff was friendly, informative, and welcoming, we liked the rustic changing room and shower options. Boat was comfortable, easy to drive, and 2 hours was the perfect amount of time.We loved seeing Seattle from the lake and getting the chance to reconnect while in a freaking hot tub boat! So ready to go again.We had brought snacks and didnt need them, but water is a must!

This may have been the best Seattle adventure we have ever been on. The staff was very professional and helpful. There were changing rooms and storage for the items we didnt want to take on the boat. The boat had plenty of room for our cooler and they even provided waterproof containers for phones, keys, etc. The blue tooth speaker was perfect. I came all the way from Texas for this experience and it lived up to EVERY expectation I could have possibly fathomed! As much as I enjoyed the experience, I feel that it is definitely worth mentioning that the staff who made all of this possible is AMAZING!!! This experience was definitely the highlight of our anniversary trip and we will never forget it! Everyone should definitely experience this at least once in their lifetime…

Had such a great time for a friends birthday celebration. The hot tub boat was was easy to drive and perfect for a group of 5 women to enjoy and relax. Highly recommend!

We went out on a partly cloudy day and even got caught in the middle of a rainstorm. Although the water was a little choppy at times, I felt incredibly safe and it was easy to navigate. The dry boxes for our phones were a huge plus, and it was nice to have storage on the boat for our food and drinks. I would recommend bringing either a dry sack or a small waterproof cooler for anything you want to put in the boat’s storage as it does get wet. There are also shelves and lockers (bring your own lock) to store your towels and clothes back at the dock. The staff was friendly and gave great instructions about how to work the boat and what areas of the lake would be best to explore. I would definitely do this again, (even in the rain), it was an unforgettable experience and we had a blast!

This was a really fun girls night idea, definitely recommend. Just wish it was bigger for more people was pretty hard choosing only 6 people 😅 they even have a shower to rinse off and shampoo! Changing rooms as well you can bring snacks so that’s a plus!

James was our attendant and he was extremely helpful and friendly! The boat itself was clean, easy to operate, the Bluetooth worked well and there was plenty of space! It was a magical experience to be out on Lake Washington at night. The folks at Hot Tub Boats did a great job of explaining the lake viewing options for a night time tour. The facilities were great for changing clothes and storing items you didnt want to take on the boat. The water on the boat stayed warm. Nice touches were the provided bluetooth speaker and dry box. I would highly recommend to anyone to take a boat out for a lovely date night.

We had such an amazing time on the hot tub boat! We got a BT speaker to bring with us on our trip, had a place to store our clothes and such on shore and a space to store some things in the boat. They also have a space for you to shower/wash off after the trip with multiple different kinds of shampoos and conditioners. We noticed the water in the hot tub got super hot towards the end of the trip so make sure you call them if that happens while you’re out! There is a thermostat to adjust the water temp somewhere in the boat. Lovely trip! Would highly recommend anyone looking to do this to definitely book it!!

Had a great experience with SLU Hot Tub Boats at Friday evening. The staff here is super friendly. The cabin like facility (change room, locker, front desk) is very cute and clean. You can rent a hot tub boat for 2 hours and drive around SLU. The boat does not move very fast but it is the perfect speed for hot tub experience. Bring your own towel and swimsuit. Do not forget to bring food and beverages! Beer, fruits and sandwiches are good options. You can take you phone on the boat and there is a waterproof box to place it. There is also a Bluetooth speaker on the boat so you can play music from your phone!

The outdoor shower with the plethora of shampoos and body washes a very well thought out surprise. Theyve thought of everything. Will definitely do this again. Thanks for the great experience.

My friends and I did the hot tub boat for my birthday last night and it was so much fun! I highly recommend going on the 6-8 pm boat if available because the city lights look amazing. I would love to do this again.

Just the name alone, Hot Tub Boat already sounds like fun, but the experience is so much more than just fun! Fair warning, it IS a little pricey, so my advice is to maybe save up with lots of time, or split it with friends, because it is SO WORTH IT! The lake you boat in is on the smaller side so you wont get lost, but its large enough to roam around in for two hours and get to enjoy the views/sights. I recommend going in at dusk, with just enough daylight to enjoy the rustic gas works park, and as the sun sets, the glowing city lights!

This was an amazing experience! I loved our two hours on the hot tub boat. It was really easy to use and fun to see the sights of lake union from. They had dry boxes for our electronics and a storage place for other items. We were able to change and shower off on site after returning our boat. I thoroughly enjoyed our time on the boat and I am already thinking about when I can do this again!

Such a unique, fun, and relaxing experience! This is exactly what I look for when Visiting a new city, and this was the perfect date-night experience to begin our weekend in Seattle. Although the idea of a hot tub boat sounds amazing we were still a little uncertain going into our experience. However, after two hours on the boat we were all talking about doing it again. The facility is great (and quaint) and the staff were fantastic. Very helpful and friendly with all of our questions. The boat itself is easy to drive and a fun way to tour Lake Union. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing outing with friends on Lake Union. It far exceeded our expectations. Customer service and directions were clear and we really enjoyed the staff. The hub had a cute changing station and shower with as many products as you need. We were able to use the speakers to play our music and ride around Lake Union looking at the house boats. Next time we do it we’ll call in an order from the Ivars Salmon House.

Recently went with my boyfriend last week on a hot tub boat for the first time. Andrew was helping us that day. First off they have GREAT customer service and really want you to enjoy your time on the ride. It is a 2 hour boat ride with easy maneuvering. I went from 9pm-11pm and by 10pm I was catching the sun setting and WOW an amazing view of the city. There is a compartment to keep your stuff dry as well as your choice of music on the speaker. Returning from the boat ride there is a shower you can use and they provide the shampoo/body wash. From beginning to end is was great service and definitely an unforgettable experience.

We booked two boats for my daughter’s bachelorette party with a spa theme. This was two days before her wedding as she lives in Seattle and the rest of us traveled to the wedding. We invited the men as well in order to fill up the two boats. It was raining when we started out and the lake was very empty. We were comfortable and wore matching suits and hats. It soon cleared up and we had a great tour of the lake and came out so relaxed! The staff was very professional and we felt safe on the lake and with the cleanliness of the boats.

This was everything we could have dreamed of and more... Weve been wanting to do this since we saw it on Booze Traveler years ago and we finally did it. It was a beautiful day and not too busy on the lake. This is probably going to be our new staple of things we do when we have visitors from out of town. A really fun and unique view of Seattle.

Where do I even begin!? This was a dream come true, absolutely incredible customer service and a high quality experience. The boats are gorgeous and easy to use, the facility was adorable and well located. If I could only do one activity for the rest of my life I’d probably choose this.

They take the time to make sure you understand everything before you go, show you the map and controls, and make sure youre comfortable.Theyve got spare waters if you forget, dry boxes for your important stuff, and a hold to keep everything dry you might want! They even make some shelf space at the dock to keep things you might not want to bring with.When you come back, a nice warm shower awaits to rinse and prepare yourself for the rest of the day.I absolutely recommend this. It was cool to take some visitors out and show them the sights from this unique experience. Prepare to have plenty of other boaters hoot at you and ask questions!

My husband, myself, our three kids, and my sister enjoyed a lovely hot tub time on the lake with Hot Tub Boats. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The outdoor shower was a great feature as some of us were wanting our hot tub temp a little warmer, but we found the thermostat easily and turned up the temp during our time on the lake. The facilities were clean and they made everything easy for us. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a rental boat experience.

It’s 5 stars from my group and I! We had an amazing and fun time with the hot tub boat. The 2 hour reservation gives you more than enough time to float around Lake Union and see the Seattle sky line and Gas Works Park! The boat itself has 2 dry compartments to put whatever you want to throw in there. We were even given dry boxes (that float!) to put our phones in just in case. They also provide a JBL Bluetooth speaker, which was awesome to have. We arrived a little early but Stephen was able to let us in and get us on the boat early! He was super friendly and showed us the changing area, bathroom, and the cubbies to put our belongings. One of our favorite things is that there is a outdoor shower to rinse off your body and they have tons of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash you can use. We’d 10/10 recommend this in Seattle!

It was so fun cruising around the lake at night seeing all the big yachts and floating houses with the Seattle skyline and Space Needle in the background. A beautiful experience on the water. We went out at 8:30 PM (dark and a bit rainy) and loved it. We stayed cozy in the hot hot tub, got to check out the city lights and the houseboats and it was perfect.

We went late at night since it was the last appointment available at 9pm, but it did not take away from the experience! The hot tub kept us warm and we got killer views! Recommend to pay attention to where the boat dock is since at night its hard to recognize where you came from when coming back! Friendly staff, has music boombox that is easy to connect to, rinse off area with shampoo conditioner and soap, can bring food and drink so long as there is no glass involved! max capacity is 6. Great way to see the city of Seattle!

We loved it so much that well be going again next time we visit our family who lives here. Great to take a hot bath on lake! The boat was easy to drive, and the bath temperature is adjustable but the default was already great. You can bring food and drink onto the boat. The staff was super awesome! Great facilities that you can change clothes in a private room, store your items, and take a shower after bath if needed. We bought an 2hr rental at the UNCF auction in 2019. Due to COVID we couldn’t use it. On a whim I emailed the contact on the certificate. Henry got right back to me and HONORED the certificate. The availability was limited but that was due to the amazing Seattle weather we are having in 2021. ☀️YES! They honored my request and we were booked. This was the most AMAZING experience! The employees were great and responded to ALL of my random questions.Once we got out on the water after my many questions, we had a blast!!!!! I will definitely be back & you should go too! It is completely worth the money!!!

Such an awesome experience! We loved how a blue tooth speaker was provided to enjoy music. There was more storage than what we expected, so now we know for next time that we can bring more with us - like drinks and snacks. We are already planning on coming back in the winter months.

I booked a rental for my gf and it was amazing! The check in process was quick and easy. There is plenty storage on the boat for things you want to bring on water and personal cubby space at the facility reserved for you and your party for things you don’t want to bring. Using the boat is very simple and we were given complete and easy instruction on how to drive and maneuver the boat and also what to expect on the water in different parts of the lake (there’s also a nice map attached to the boats storage hatch). There was options of different bath salts to add to your boats hot tub (we used the eucalyptus mint) which was very nice. After the ride there was a warm shower waiting for us with different soaps and shampoos to choose from; we were aloud to take our time before checking out. This was a unique and amazing experience, I would definitely do it again in the future!

Staff was very nice and helpful. Boat was hot and ready upon our arrival. They had a set of cubbies for our dry clothes and misc belongings to stay on shore, changing rooms, and a bathroom. The boat functioned great and we enjoyed a put-put around Lake Union, having enough time to make it around the entire lake! Boats were clean, comfortable, and came with a small dry-box for phones/valuables we wanted to bring with. Price was expensive, but a good value for the experience and I would definitely go again for a special occasion.

Such an amazing experience! The staff was really friendly and the boat itself was nice and super clean. A really good way to see Lake Union. Would definitely do it again.

My wife and I had a wonderful time on the hot tub boat. We boated all around Lake Union and had plenty of time to see all the docks and marinas on the lake. It was fun seeing the city from this perspective and to see all the different kinds of house boats on Lake Union. We noticed another company renting hot tub boats but they were wood-heated and had a smoke-stack as part of the boat structure. The smoke stack really didnt smell good and I cant imagine riding around for a few hours having to smell that the whole time. So, if youre wondering which company to go with, the Hot Tub Boat company runs a much cleaner, less foul-smelling vehicle. Thanks again!

Great service by the team. I took my girlfriend out in one of these awesome boats for her birthday, and she later referred to the experience as a princess treatment. Points for me, more points for the Hot Tub Boats! The staff was informative and professional, and led us through each step from the moment we got into the boat till our arrival. We showed up about 10 minutes late to our appointment, and they graciously extended our session another 10 minutes. With a hot, freshwater shower ready to go upon docking, the whole experience was 5 stars! Will be using them again in the future.

Such a great time! We had a blast on a hot tub boat yesterday afternoon. The boat and team were ready to go when we arrived, with great instructions on how to operate the boat, directions, etc. Profession, friendly and just all around awesome. Thanks so much for a fantastic afternoon!
